Abstract

Semuli Raya Village in the process of selecting home renovations only relies on data collected and does not use criteria or methods, but instead uses conditions obtained from prospective recipients of house renovation assistance, so as to determine who is entitled to receive assistance the results are not in accordance with reality which exists. Citizens who have the right do not get aid as they should, whereas the rich get help. Abstract

Tanggamus Regency is one of the in Lampung Province, the most of income of them is trade, so that it product a various, such as a good product and service. Dekranasda of Tanggamus have a product by handcrafts which the marketing of process is of Dekranasda still manual, so it’s known by the public, there for they must have a good strategy to increase competitiveness with information utilizing with e-commerce application system by mobile based. So that this system can develop product marketing, product transaction as well as information about micro small and medium enterprises, Dekranasda of Tanggamus Regency, so that able to access by public in indoesian or foreign countries. The Development this e-commerce system using waterfall model with trough steps such as analysis, desain, coding, implementation, and system maintenance. So, with the formation of e-commerce dekranasda of tanggmus can be a fool for buying and selling transactions for costumer and ca be used as a promotional media od Dekranasda Tanggamus Regency.

Abstract

Along with the development of information technology has become the main choice in the formation of a powerful corporate information system, information technology has also become one of the aspects of the institution has advantages and become a strategy in dealing with this increasing problem. The need for fast and accurate information is needed by an agency. Information becomes an important part of any decision making to support performance so that the objectives of the agency can be achieved. Computers is one of the media to support the need for fast and accurate information so that what is needed by the agency, can be managed properly. Local government officials as one in the local government as well as Religious Courts and so on, in the data processing of civil servant officers less than once accurate information because it is still manual using Microsoft Word in which the system is in the data PNS rank still less the maximum of which is often the loss of data and frequent occurrence of errors when inputting data keper PNS.

Abstract

Determination of the best employee in a sub-district is an activity to evaluate the performance of each employee in the ulubelu sub-district, ulubelu sub-district is one of the sub-districts in Tanggamus district. The process of assessing the selection of the best sub-district staff is done by searching for, weighting values for each attribute, which is then carried out by the perangkigan process which will determine the optimal alternative, namely the best employee. Based on the criteria set by the sub-district, among others, a. Individual performance b. Unit performance c. Absorption d. Presence of discipline. Education. Research on the Weighted product (WP) method can assist in making decisions in selecting the best employees in the Ulubelu sub-district. Of the 6 employees, the value of Doni = 0.1333 as the employee with the lowest value and febri = 0.2240 as the best employee in the ulubelu sub-district.

Abstract

STIKes Muhammadiyah Pringsewu Lampung merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi kesehatan di Propinsi Lampung yang cukup berkembang, dengan jumlah sumberdaya yang cukup besar mengharuskan adanya kontrol dan montoring terhadap pengelolaan perguruan tinggi untuk mencapai tingkat efisiensi dan efektifitas antar sumber daya yang ada dengan produktifitas yang dihasilkan. Salah satu tolak ukur kinerja perguruan tinggi adalah diukur dari sudut pandang tenaga kependidikan dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria instrumen penilaian kinerja. Dengan menggunakan metode Analytycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) sebagai metode pembobotan kriteria dan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX) sebagai alat pengukuran dengan menggunakan model Trafic Light System, penelitian dilakukan pada periode tahun 2018 terhadap 25 tenaga kependidikan dan 4 orang responden sebagai pakar. Berdasarkan dua kali periode pengukuran yang dilakukan, dari 7 kriteria yang digunakan, sebanyak 5 kriteria mengalami peningkatan kinerja, yakni K-1 : 4,7%; K-2 : 15,4%; K-3 : 1,4%; K-4 : 5,1%; K-6 : 25,2%;  sedangkan 2 kriteria lainnya mengamai penuruan kinerja yakni K-5 : 7,1% dan K-7 : 4,9%. Sementara itu, kinerja perguruan tinggi secara umum mengalami peningkatan sebesar 8,6%.

Abstract

In solving the problem of the accuracy of the selected algorithm if it is applied to a prototype application in predicting applicants for assistance with houses of worship facilities in Pringsewu District using data mining classification methods. In solving the problem using the rough set algorithm method and Naive Bayes from the results of the discussion carried out, it can draw conclusions Rough set algorithm and the resulting rule has the highest level of accuracy that is 92% Rough set algorithm model is included in the category of excellent classification and can be implemented in determining predictions more potential grant funding. The rules generated by the Rough set algorithm are applied in the prototype prediction of the grant of houses of worship grants with 92% accuracy of prototype verification testing results. Based on the accuracy of the resulting prototype shows that the methods and prototypes that are applied are good at predicting better results. Naïve Bayes algorithm has an accuracy level of 77% The Naïve Bayes algorithm model is included in the category of good classification and can be implemented in determining the prediction of grants but because the value of the rough set algorithm is higher then the naïve Bayes algorithm is not used to determine the prototype.
