Semuli Raya Village in the process of selecting home renovations only relies on data collected and does not use criteria or methods, but instead uses conditions obtained from prospective recipients of house renovation assistance, so as to determine who is entitled to receive assistance the results are not in accordance with reality which exists. Citizens who have the right do not get aid as they should, whereas the rich get help. Abstract

Development of an E-Document Information System in the Department of Informatics and Computer Engineering using a QR Code. Informatics and Computer Engineering Education Study Program. Department of Informatics and Computer Engineering. Faculty of Engineering. Makassar public university. This study aims to develop an E-Document mailing information system using Quick Response Code. This research is a type of Research Development (RD) research. The development of this system is carried out using the RAD development method or model. Other methods used include direct observation, interviews with related parties, and questionnaires or questionnaires to determine the feasibility of the aspects of their use. The research subjects in the development of this system are staff and students of the Department of Informatics and Computer Engineering. The results of software testing based on the ISO 25010 testing standard showed that the functional suitability aspect was in the very good category, the performance efficiency aspect of the results obtained by the GTMatrix class obtained a C value with 68% performance, the structure was 85% by obtaining 2.6 seconds and was included in the very category. well, the portability aspect is in the very good category or has a value of 1, which means that the system test on the device being tested is successful because it can be run in different browser types. The Usability aspect got a presentation result of 87.6% so that the score was included in the very feasible category, and these results indicate that this system meets the Usability aspect category.

Abstract

RPG is a game genre where a player can play a role in the game. RPG genre games have various genres, one of which is MMO which offers players to interact with many players at the same time. The Indonesian game industry does not yet have a role in competing with foreign products. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to examine character design. which can affect one's interest in playing. The method used in this study is a multi-method, namely a mixture of quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative used is distributing questionnaires and qualitatively collecting data by interview. The results of the quantitative study showed that the appearance of the facial features and good looks of a character influenced the player's interest in playing, while the qualitative results were not significant in terms of the appearance of the facial features and good looks of a character.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media penyebar informasi publik sehingga mampu menunjang goverment. Salah satu bentuk media penyampai informasi di Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Tanggamus dengan istem informasi website. Lemahnya sistem informasi berpengaruh terhadap akurasinya dan ketepatan waktu dalam menyampaikan informasi. Sistem informasi memiliki tiga elemen utama, yaitu data yang menyediakan informasi, prosedur yang memberitahu pengguna bagaimana mengoperasikan sistem informasi, dan orang-orang yang membuat produk. Dengan dirancangnya Web Mobile dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, text editor Macro Dreamweaver, dan Photoshop CS6 memudahkan publikasi informasi di Dinas Perikanan Kanupaten Tanggamus. Pengembangan aplikasi juga di bangun dengan metode pengembangan sistem SDLC yang menggunkan tahapan perancanaan, analisis, desain, koding, testing dan perawatan. Hasil uji sitem dengan menyebarkan quisioner terhadap 25 responden aplikai web mobile yang di bangun untuk informasi Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Tanggamus dinilai layak dan baik di implemantasikan sebagai media informasi resmi dinas perikanan Kabupaten Taggamus.

Abstract

Keenansupercar uses the website as one of the media for its business promotion. Based on the results of discussions with the Keenansupercar owner, the researchers found that the current website is only limited to fulfilling the availability of startup website addresses or business profiles on the internet and regardless of the importance of the involvement of potential customers in this website. This has an impact on the value of website functionality as one of the media for business promotion as well as a forum for information about the services offered by Keenansupercar itself. The purpose of this research is to design the current website interface design and then test whether the new interface improvement design can be easier to use or not. In order to fix the problem with the appearance of the Keenansupercar website, the solution given is to analyze and develop a design using the User Centered Design method.The results obtained after evaluating the design of the new website design using the User Experience Questionnaire method and getting an average Usability value of 6 scales with benchmarks "Excellent" and "Good".

Abstract

Technology is growing in the current era of development encourages each region to take advantage of technology in supporting the progress of the area. One of the aspects that become the foundation in advancing the region is the potential of the region. Understanding the potential of the region as a whole will facilitate the government in building facilities and infrastructure. Central Lampung regency is one of the districts contained in Lampung Province which has considerable regional potential. But many people who do not know the potential of the area is caused by lack of information. Through the potential information system of Central Lampung District based Website, the public is expected to know information about the potential of Central Lampung Regency. Making of this potential information system of area is built by collecting data based on system planning, that is context diagram, DFD (Data Flow Diagram), and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). With making of potency information system area, people will easy to get information through fast access and efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a decision-making system in determining effective online learning media for students of SMP Al Qolam Kotaagung using the Weight Product (WP) method. In today's digital era, choosing the right learning media is very important to improve the quality of online learning, especially at the junior high school level. The Weight Product method was chosen because of its ability to optimize the assessment of various media alternatives based on predetermined criteria, such as ease of access, interactivity, availability of materials, and suitability to the curriculum. This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques that involve giving weights to each relevant criterion. SMP Al Qolam Kotaagung is under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Tanggamus Regency Education Office. The online school application is an important application for all students during this pandemic. Many students use the WhatsApp, Classroom, Zoom, Edmodo, Google Meet applications. In other cases, many students use these applications. Therefore, this analysis determines which media is effective, in analyzing the application using the Weighted Product method. The results of the study are expected to provide recommendations for appropriate and effective learning media, so that they can increase the effectiveness of the online learning process at SMP Al Qolam Kotaagung. In addition, this system can be a reference for other schools in choosing the right online learning media according to the needs and characteristics of students.

Abstract

Official travel at the Ministry of Social Affairs are carried out in order to meet the performance as well as the realization of the budget every year. The implementation of official travel is carried out by ASN (State Civil Apparatus) employees who are assigned by the related leader by bringing several documents for administrative and travel needs. Employees who have carried out official travel are required to bring back official travel documents. These documents are often in trouble because they are lost or forgotten in the filing, making difficulties when the leader needs them for annual audits. To solve this problem, the Official Travel Information System (Sipedas) was developed which has the ability to provide convenience to ASN in carrying out official travel by providing management features for planning, implementation, and monitoring of activities. Regarding documents, features include ticket management, hotel money, daily allowances, transport fees, and uploading of official travel documents so as to reduce document loss. A feature to monitor the results of official travel and the realization of activities carried out in each work unit. Sipedas was built using object-oriented methods, using UML diagrams as a tool. The implementation of making Sipedas uses the Laravel Framework, Bootstrap, and MySQL database. Sipedas can increase the understanding of ASN in carrying out official travel and can help monitor ASN performance in work units as well as the budget realization and minimize the loss of official travel documents so that it can improve the ministry's performance in general because budget realization affects the ministry's performance.

Abstract

Sunar Farm is a startup that provides tools for trapping pests and rat repellents on rice plants, which is currently under the guidance of the STMIK Primakara business incubator. Startup Sunar Farm is experiencing problems in sales, there is still no interest from farmers in buying Sunar Farm equipment. The solution that is trying to be applied to these problems is by developing and mapping the business model of the Sunar Farm startup using the Design Sprint method. The Design Sprint method is used to find solutions, validate the problems of Startup Sunar Farm, and use BMC to map changes in the business model of the solutions obtained. The Design Sprint method has 5 stages consisting of understanding to understand the user's problems, the divergence stage to make solutions to existing problems, the decide voting stage for the solution, the prototype stage, namely making the physical form of the selected solution, and the validate stage validating the prototype made. The results of this study using the Design Sprint method obtained several additions to the BMC, namely additions to the customer segment, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, and key partnerships.

Psidum guajava L or often we call guava is a plant originating from the central United States and spreads this plant extends to Southeast Asia, precisely Indonesia. Guava is one of the superior fruits that have a productive market. The support system is a system that is used to assist the process in determining the quality of superior guava products using the weighted product method which is one method used to find optimal alternatives from various alternatives. through the multiplication method to connect the rating attribute where each attribute must be raised using the specified attribute V1 = 0.132661 V2 = 0.105908 V3 = 0.117061 V4 = 0.078243 V5 = 0.109166 V6 = 0.070103 V7 = 0.104337 V8 = 0.073385 V9 = 0.072149 V10 = 0.136982 from the calculation of the most appropriate value is the value of V10 = 0.136982.
