Abstract

This study aims to develop a Web-Based Orphanage Information System (e-Panti) at the Silaturrahmi Orphanage in Makassar City. The information system for the Orphanage (e-orphanage) is used as a tool in conveying information on the Silaturrahmi Orphanage in Makassar City to people who want to know the official information of the Silaturrahmi Orphanage and can make it easier for the public to donate online. This research belongs to the type of Research and Development (RD) research. The information system is designed using a prototyping development model. The research subjects in the development of this system are the caretaker of the orphanage, the orphanage and the community. The data analysis technique tested uses the ISO 25010 testing standard which includes aspects of Functionality Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Portability and Usability. Based on the results of the research, a Web-Based Orphanage Information System (e-orphanage) was obtained. In testing the Functionality Suitability aspect in the very feasible category, the Performance Efficiency aspect using the Gtmetrix class in the good category, the Portability aspect using the browserstack.com software, where the system is said to have fulfilled the portability aspect because this system can run well without errors and in good category, the aspect Usability in the very good category. So it can be concluded that the Web-Based Orphanage Information System (e-orphanage) is suitable for use at the Silaturrahmi Toddopuli Orphanage in Makassar City and is in accordance with the ISO 25010 feasibility standard.

Abstract

CS (customer service) is a crucial part in an agency that deals with customers, including universities. Especially on the part of the new student admissions committee. However, the ability of CS handled by humans is very limited. In addition, the questions asked are often repeated. So we need an AI-based chatbot (Artificial intelligence) to answer questions from prospective new students. The purpose of this research is to design and build a chatbot system using NLP (natural language processing) to assist the CS of the new student admissions committee at Aisyiyah Polytechnic Pontianak in handling questions from prospective new students. This study uses the NLP method to recognize natural language input from the user. For the weighting of the answers using TF-IDF and cosine similarity. The chatbot system is implemented in the python programming language. The messaging application used is Telegram using the AIOGRAM library and BotFather as a provider of bots on Telegram. This research resulted in a chatbot application using Telegram which was built using the Python programming language and has been trained to recognize the natural language input from the user. From the test results obtained a recall rate of 88% and a precision of 66%. The chatbot application that was built can help the new student admissions committee in serving questions for prospective new students. The evaluation results show that the built chatbot is able to answer questions from users well.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the design of information analysis system completeness of filling medical records sheets by using Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2010 Hospital X. Research method used is qualitative method with descriptive approach, while the method of developing data collection techniques used is waterfall method. The results of the research conducted found problems that are standard operating procedures related to filling medical records that have been established but in the implementation has not gone well, The management of data analysis completeness of filling medical records sheet is still using manual, There are still unfilled and incomplete medical records. The advice given is to build an effective and integrated information system, Implement a complete information system filling medical records sheets, Give advice to doctors or health workers to always complete medical records. The research results conclude that the standard of operational procedures (SOP) related to the completeness of filling medical records already exists but the implementation has not gone well. Analysis of medical records is still done manually, as well as in the creation of a report recapitulating the completeness of medical records. By implementing a completeness analysis system following the SOP that has been established by the hospital and building the design of a computerized information system to facilitate the analysis of the completeness of medical records filling sheets in Hospital X.

Abstract

Borneo wood which has good quality wood for building basic materials and other purposes, has been widely known and sold. There are more than 120 types of wood, some of them are from Kalimantan. Cempaka wood, Putat wood, Mentibu wood, Meranti wood, Merbabu wood, Ironwood, Teak wood, and Sengon wood are included in various types, both endemic and from Borneo. This research is a continuation of previous research that has been running on the initial development of AR Wood, Raw Materials for Typical Crafts of East Borneo. This research aims to test forestry applications for information or socialization of the classification and utilization of East Borneo typical wood. This research objective can be achieved by using Augmented Reality (AR) technology which can incorporate almost all levels of virtual object society into the real environment and also use Android mobile technology. Therefore, functional adequacy testing is needed, namely black box testing and usability to find out how much the system can meet the needs if it is used as a raw material for East Borneo handicrafts, where the results of black box testing are good in test results for six features and standards. When using wood as a raw material, tests are carried out. With good classification results, usability reached 71.6%.

Abstract

Hyperspectral imaging is one of remote sensing technology that gather information from a wide spectrum of electromagnets called spectral bands, with the aim of finding objects, identifying materials, or detecting processes. In an effort to calculate the amount of rice crops can be harvested within a certain periode of time, we need to accurately predict the growing phase of paddy plant at that time. In determining the phase of the rice plant with high accuracy value, need to be supported with the selection of appropriate algorithms, and also the features selection. In this study, a comparison between the Decision Tree and Naive Bayes methods to classify the nine phases of rice growth based on hyperspectral image achieve accuracy value of 91.67% and 83% respectively. Based on the accuracy result, our new proposed method improved 6,38% accuracy compare to our previous research.

Abstract

The implementation of rural community services is currently still facing problems with an ineffective government system and the lack of human resources in rural institutions. Population administration is one of the most important points in administrative governance in the village. One of them is population data collection at the Kejayaan Village office which has limited access to the population service process manually, so errors often occur and are less accurate in managing population data. In this research, a mobile web-based population data collection application will be designed using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. Which starts from System Design, System Design, Web Development / Coding, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance. The flow in this study is described in the form of a Flowchart. The results of the study. a mobile web-based population data collection application that can be accessed via a smartphone can provide convenience for the village government in processing population data and can also provide information on the potential development of the Kejayaan Village. In addition, the village community can update their population data directly and make it easier for the community to obtain the latest information about the village and the village profile.
