Abstract

This is study about the analysis of the political thought of Soetan Sjahrir. The focus discusses about what causes Soetan Sjahrir reject the ideology of communism and fascism. The finding of this study is there are three important things to be the main cause why Soetan Sjahrir opposing the ideology of communism and fascism. First, in the ideology of communism contains the suppressions of the value of human freedom, either in political, social, and economic in the name of class struggle. Second, in the ideology of fascism contained the values that assume that a certain race is better than the other race. Third, because Soetan Sjahrir was an adherent of the ideology of democratic socialism that upholds human values, social justice and based on the principle of people sovereignty. The method that used is descriptive-qualitative method that intends to describe an event in more detail.Key Word: Communism, fascism, democratic socialism

Abstract

This study is a study of the decline of Acquisition of Golkar Party Vote in Election 1999 in Indonesia. The focus discusses what caused the decline in the number of votes of the Golkar Party in the 1999 general election in Indonesia. The findings of this study, among others, there are four important things behind the decline in the number of votes of the Golkar Party in the 1999 election. First, the monetary crisis, and second, changes in national politics; Third, removal monoloyalitas civil / military; fourth, political pressure and the rift within Golkar. The method used is descriptive-qualitative method that is intended to describe an event in more detail.Keywords: Golkar, Elections, Post-Reformation.

Abstract

This study is the study of the organization of Local Government in Central Tapanuli Regency Focus discusses the implementation of Local Government whether conditions in Central Tapanuli goes well with the Law No. 32 of 2004. Findings of this study include local governance conditions in Central Tapanuli Regency is not working well, seen from the following indicators: first, local governments do not get and run the rights and obligations under the Law No. 32 of 2004; Second, in terms of guidance or personnel management, has not run well because personnel guidance, nationally regulated and not give the functions of guidance to the Local Government; Third, in terms of the functions of supervision and guidance, the Local Parliament  is no longer functioning because the monitoring function has been taken over by the Central Government. This authority should be held by the Local Parliament as a representation in the local community. The method used is descriptive-qualitative method that is intended to describe an event in more detail.Key Words: Local Government, Local Autonomy, Local Authority

This study is about the concept of consideration of Benazir Bhutto about State and woman. Focus to background the emergence of consideration of state and woman by Benazir Bhutto. There are two important things as result of this study: First, there are paradigm Islam consider that Islam is one of ideology or basic of existence a State. Second, woman reputed has great participation on sproduction and implementation politic decision. Abstract

This study is a study of the application of political marketing in the elections at Karo Regency in 2010. The focus is to discuss what is the basic of the success of political marketing strategy that undertaken by the campaign team of Kena Ukur Surbakti - Terkelin Brahmana in the elections at Karo Regency in 2010. The findings of this study, among others, there are two things on which the success of the political strategy adopted by the campaign team of Kena Ukur Surbakti - Terkelin Brahmana. Among other things: first, the campaign team of Kena Ukur Surbakti - Terkelin Brahmana strengthening the base of political marketing to areas where the majority of voters are traditionally the rural areas, and second, campaign team Kena Ukur Surbakti - Terkelin Brahmana highlight ethnicity as a key issue to attract support from the community. The method used is descriptive-qualitative method that is intended to describe an event in more detail. Key Words: marketing politics, voting behavior, the issue of ethnicity.

Abstract

This study is a study of the influence of the LOI IMF in the decree of trade minister 402/1997. The foccuss disscusses about the conditions of IMF that influence the decree of trade minister 402/1997. This study finding there is two important things as the main influence of IMF in the decrees. The influences are as follows: first, the structural reforms as the reform of the foreign trade program in Indonesia; the second, acceptance of foreign investment and the private sector in the implementation of economic development The method used is descriptive – qualitative method which is intended to describe an event in more detail.
