To wider the coverage area of a weather sensor and to be always connected in realtime manner with other sensor, we proposed the enhancement of WWS communication data using Multipoint to Multipoint link which is Wireless Mesh Networking. From previous research has resulted a communication data between server and weather sensor using Point to Point link. Wireless mesh as one of variant innovation from WLANs technology offers a unique solution because it could be a replacement or enhancement for the established wireless network to be more effective and efficient. It has a wider coverage area without neglect of security factor and mobility. The result of this research is a Wireless Weather Station system which has been integrated with Mesh Network technology.

This paper presents an Automatic Scoring System (ASS) using image processing method for processing the image of shooting target and bullet trail. Compared with other methods, such as acoustic method, image processing method is more efficient. Grab Cut and \textit{Template Matching} Algorithm will be used in the background segmentation and positioning the bullet trail. \textit{prototype} ASS applications built using IP Camera, EMGU CV and C#, is divided into two modules, namely camera calibration module and score module. Based on the results of testing on the target paper 10m \textit{air rifle} image, compared with manual / visual by officers, ASS application provide better score. 1.67 % scoring discrepancy occurred due to the poor quality of shooting target paper used. In this paper, the Reduction Method of ISO image for Operating System of Linux Distro (Open Source Based on Linux) is proposed. IGOS Nusantara as a Linux Distro is used on this study. The reduction method of ISO image for IGOS Nusantara consists of modules elimination and usage of an optimal compression technique. Using the reduction method optimally on the rpm files of the application packages of IGOS Nusantara will decrease their sizes. Experiment results demonstrate that some of the rpm files can be reduced from 40 MB to 29 MB. All reduced rpm files and other modules are processed into ISO image. By this method, the original size 890 MB of ISO image can be shrinked into 685 MB. The small and compact size of ISO image are very useful to save the internet bandwidth in downloading IGOS Nusantara and also to make it more responsive when it is used by users.

This paper attempts to explore the security issues in sensor network that include constraints in sensor networks security, the requirements of secure sensor networks, attack classification and its counter measures and security mechanisms at wirelesssensor network (WSN) such as cryptography and key management. Popularity of wireless sensor network is increasing because of its potential to provide low-cost solution for a variety of real-world problem. As a special form of ad-hoc networks, sensor networks has many limitations that lead to vulnerabilities in security issues. Currently, there are many researches in the field of sensor network security. Our analysis shows that symmetric key cryptography systems are more favorable to provide WSN security services because of its computation and energy cost. Moreover, distributed combine with pre-distributed key management is important to overcome security threats and centralize threats detection is more favorable to reduce energy and computation cost of sensor nodes.

A model of river water quality monitoring devices in accordance with the conditions of rivers in Indonesia is presented. The monitoring devices are easy to operate and maintain. Moreover, the monitoring devices are in accordance with the conditions of watershed in Indonesia, and support management functions of water resources. The methodology used is a field study in Citarum River, model development for water quality monitoring system using multiple sensors, data logger and data communications between module and flow cell development. Experiment result shows that a monitoring of the water river can be done remotely (from a distance) by telemetry technology.

One of the problems in object oriented application development is how to achieve a good quality software design. This paper presents a good quality software design for wireless weather system application based on design patterns. Abstract Factory and Mediator design patterns are used to design the application based on problem similarity. Design process produces a static and a dynamic model of the application in UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams. We use class cohesion and coupling metrices to measure the quality of our design. Measurements show our proposed design has high class cohesion and low class coupling. Â Â

This paper proposes a data communication system between MMI module with scrambler/descrambler module. The system is designed and implemented on a scrambler phone. The trasmitted data is needed to determine the speed of randomization sound signal processes and patterns. The data is transmitted through microcontroller based serial communication. A data communication protocol is designed to perform data communication between two modules. The experiment shows serial data communication between the MMI module and the scrambler/ descrambler module with 1200 bps data transmission speed is working properly without errors by a proof that the scrambler/descrambler module sends a "OK" after the MMI module sends data of the speed and pattern of the sound signal randomization that ends with a "AA".
