Abstract

Background:Anemia is a condition with hemoglobin levels below 11 gr/dl in pregnant women I and III or levels <10.5 gr/dl in the II trimester. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the incidence of anemia in terms of gestational age and Chronic Energy Deficiency in pregnant women at the Central Sulawesi.Method:The research design used in this study is correlational analytic with a cross sectional time approach.The sampling method in this study uses accidental sampling techniques.Results:The analysis test using Chi Square shows that the significance level is 0.000 < = 0.05. Thus, there is a relationship between gestational age and Chronic Energy Deficiency in pregnant women with the incidence of anemia at the Siniu Public Health Center.Conclution: It was concluded that gestational age and Chronic Energy Deficiency can cause anemia in pregnant women at the Siniu Health Center, Motong Regency, Central Sulawesi.Keywords:Anemia, Gestational Age, Chronic Energy Deficiency

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Rendahnya jumlah pasangan usia subur (PUS) di bawah usia 20 tahun dalam kepentingan menunda kehamilan berisiko. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian konseling kesehatan pranikah terhadap minat menunda kehamilan berisiko. Metode : Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pre-experimental design dengan one-group pre-test-post-test design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah beberapa calon pasangan usia subur di bawah 20 tahun. metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon dengan taraf signifikan = 0,05. Hasil : Hasil uji Wilcoxon diperoleh p = 0,002 < 0,05 yang artinya ada pengaruh pemberian konseling kesehatan pranikah terhadap minat menunda kehamilan berisiko pada calon pasangan usia subur di bawah 20 tahun. Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan pranikah terhadap minat menunda kehamilan berisiko pada calon pasangan usia subur dibawah 20 tahun di KUA Kecamatan Cempaga Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur.

Abstract

Background : The lack of knowledge about adolescent reproductive health can affect adolescent attitudes about premarital sex which creates the risk of unhealthy sexual acts that affect reproductive health. This study aims to determine the effect of adolescent reproductive health knowledge on premarital sexual attitudes. Method : This study used an observational analytic survey method with a cross sectional approach. The sample was taken using Proportional Random Sampling with a sample of 60 respondents, namely 21 students of class X, 17 students of class XI and 22 students of class XII, then analyzed using the Spearman Rank Test. Results : The P-value is 0.021 < (α = 0.05), which means that there is a relationship between adolescent reproductive health knowledge and premarital sexual attitudes. Conclution : Adolescents who have good knowledge about reproductive health will have a positive attitude in preventing teenage pregnancy which is included in premarital sexual attitudes

Abstract

Background:Adolescents experience many challenges both from themselves or the environment this is a period of storm or stress in adolescents. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the role of midwives on youth activity in participating in youth posyandu. Methods: Literature review is done by searching for journals from databases, namely PubMed, Google Scholar. The keywords used are midwives, youth, youth posyandu. Literature that meets the inclusion criteria of 8 journals. Results: This literature review research half 50% using the total sampling technique with most of the 62.5% using a questionnaire sheet, the research analysis is very small using the chi square test of 25%. Conclusion: With the role of midwives on adolescent activity increasing, it was found that there was an influence of the role of midwives on adolescent activity.

Abstract

The lack of health education to teenager about free sex affects young women's perceptions that are not good about free sex. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of sexual health education on adolescent girls' perceptions of free sex. The research design used pre-experimental research with one group pre-test-post-test design. The sample of this study was some young women aged 15-21 years, as many as 42 people. Based on the results of the study, it showed that of the 42 respondents, most of the respondents before being given health education had a sufficient perception of free sex. Almost all respondents have a good perception of free sex. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of sexual health education on the perception of young women about free sex in Sindang Baru Village, Toili District, Banggai Regency.

Abstract

The low success of toilet training in the community influenced the many mothers who do not train their children for chapters and bak in their place. The purpose of this study is the influence of parental awareness levels on the success of toilet training in children aged 1-3 years. The design of this study is observational with a cross sectional approach. The population using simple random sampling techniques obtained a sample of 33 respondents. The results showed that most of the respondents had a lesser level of awareness, which was 23 respondents. And most respondents have the ability to toilet training late, which is 23 respondents. There is an influence on the level of parental awareness on the success of toilet training. The level of parental awareness is able to increase the success of toilet training in children, parents want to motivate and train their children toilet training early on.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background : Indonesia has made the implementation of the corona virus vaccination part of the system for handling the corona virus pandemic. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between pregnant women about the covid-19 vaccine and the level of participation of pregnant women in the covid-19 vaccination programMethod : The research design used is a correlational study, with simple random sampling technique. Statistical test with Spearman Rank test.Results : Spearman Rank statistical test that the rhoxy count is 0.782 and because N>30 with = 0.05 where z count (4.56) > z table (+1.96) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.. Conclution : There is a relationship between the knowledge of pregnant women about the covid-19 vaccine and the level of participation of pregnant women in the covid-19 vaccination program in Jiwut Village, Nglegok District, Blitar Regency. Abstract

The triple elimination program for HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B is a government program aimed at preventing vertical transmission of HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B from mother to child. The method is one group pre-test post-test design. The research subjects were all pregnant women who visited according to the inclusion-exclusion criteria. The sample was selected by purposive sampling of 35 respondents. The results showed that most of the respondents had a moderate interest in screening before being given Health Education by 68.4% and after 100%. Analysis with the Wilcoxon test found that there was an effect before and after being given Health Education on interest in screening for pregnant women other Valuof e 0.00 < = 0.05. The discussion showed that there was a difference before and after being given Health Education about the Triple Elimination of HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis B in the interest in screening for pregnant women

Abstract

Background : Stress infertility is a problem that is often faced by women of childbearing age. This of course will trigger stress to peak when the unexpected menstruation finally arrives, which in fact indicates that the wife is not pregnant. Methods: The research design is a one-group pre-post test design. Respondents were taken by purposive sampling technique with a sample of 30 people who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The independent variable is Self Affirmation and the dependent variable is Stress on Women in Waiting for Pregnancy Online Forum. The results of statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test. Results: The results showed that before self-affirmation, almost all respondents were as many as 15 (75%) in the category of severe stress while after self-affirmation almost all respondents as many as 17 (85%) in the category of mild stress.

Abstract

Background : This study aims to evaluate the supplementary feeding program for recovery at the Posyandu, Waung Village, Boyolangu District, Tulungagung Regency. Method : This study uses qualitative research methods with purposive sampling of informants. Results : The results of the study indicate that the implementation of this program has not run optimally. Of the four stages that affect the implementation of the program, there are three variables that have not run optimally so that it hampers the implementation of the program. The three things are preparation, including no study of eating patterns and calculation of children's daily needs, no target group of mothers and toddlers and lack of socialization / counseling. Conclution : Suggestions for related agencies, increasing socialization and outreach activities to program targets and increasing supervision on the implementation of the supplementary recovery feeding program
