Abstract

Contraceptives are methods used to control pregnancy. Based on the profile data of the Surabaya City Health Office in 2016, the highest family planning (Family Planning) pill acceptors were located in Tambaksari District, amounting to 4440 acceptors. According to WHO data, the failure rate for birth control pills reaches 90 per 1000 people. This can happen due to a lack of knowledge and information related to things that can reduce the effectiveness of the birth control pill.[1] Based on a preliminary study in Pagendinggan Village, Kec. Galis Pamekasan Regency obtained as many as (53.34%) the wrong way of drinking, namely when experiencing forgetting to drink or during menstruation. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of birth control pills in PMB Hj. Yuni Sri Rahayu, SST Kec. Galis Pamekasan Regency. This type of research is descriptive. With a cross sectional approach. The independent variable in this study was the use of birth control pills.[2] The sample in this study amounted to 30 acceptors at PMB Hj. Yuni Sri Rahayu, SST Kec. Galis Pamekasan Regency was taken by total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that from the level of education most of the acceptors have a basic education level, namely 17 respondents (56.67%) about knowledge of how to take birth control pills. Based on these conclusions, the solution that can be done is to provide counseling to the parties concerned, namely the acceptors themselves, husbands, and families because counseling can provide knowledge to acceptors about birth control pills such as side effects, when to use and how to take birth control pills correctly, loss. and health workers can improve the quality of counseling by collaborating with family planning counseling and related agencies, so that acceptors can easily understand the counseling provided so that acceptors or the public are not wrong in using contraceptives. Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi saat ini dimana terjadinya peningkatan kehamilan di usia remaja. Saat new normal, remaja putri mempunyai banyak waktu untuk berkumpul bersama teman sebaya dan melakukan perilaku seksual yang berdampak pada kehamilan di usia remaja putri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pandemik covid 19 terhadap angka kehamilan pada remaja putri di Puskesmas Banggai Timur Raya. Desain penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi yang diteliti adalah semua remaja berjumlah 61 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 53 remaja putri, dengan teknik simple random sampling. Variabel independen adalah pandemik Covid 19 dan variabel dependen adalah angka kehamilan pada remaja putri. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hampir setengah dari responden sebanyak 19 (36%) responden dalam kategori Zona Orange. Sebagian besar responden sebanyak 39 (74%) responden dalam kategori tidak hamil. Hasil uji statistic chi square test menunjukan bahwa tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < α = 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima dengan demikian ada Pengaruh Pandemik Covid 19 Terhadap Angka Kehamilan Pada Remaja Putri Di Puskesmas Banggai Timur Raya. Ada Pengaruh Pandemik Covid 19 Terhadap Angka Kehamilan Pada Remaja Putri Di Puskesmas Banggai Timur Raya.

Abstract

Adolescence is one of the stages in human life which is often referred to as puberty, which is a period of transition from children to adulthood. At this stage, adolescents will experience physical, emotional and social changes as a feature of puberty. This researcher aims to analyze the relationship between adolescent knowledge and the level of anxiety of adolescent girls about menarche.The research design used a correlation analytic design, with a Cross Sectional approach. With the independent variable is the knowledge of adolescents, while the dependent variable is the level of anxiety of young women about menarche. The sample studied was 30 female students. By taking samples using Non Probability Sampling, namely the total sampling technique. Data collection using Questionnaires and Checklists. The data is presented in tabular form, narration and cross tabulation is performed. The results showed that the knowledge of adolescents was sufficient as many as 26 people (86.6%). The level of anxiety of young women about menarche with a mild level of anxiety as many as 24 people (80%). The results of the statistical test obtained a significance result of P 0.000 <a 0.05, then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between adolescent knowledge and the level of anxiety of adolescent girls about menarche.With the problem of menarche, it is necessary to strive for problem solving between related parties, namely institutions, health service agencies, health centers by providing counseling so that risk factors can be identified and handled early.

Abstract

Increased anxiety in adolescent girls causes the production of estrogen, progesterone and various other hormones in the body to become unstable. causing irregular menstrual cycles. Caused the effect of stress by the changes in life during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of female adolescent anxiety levels on the menstrual cycle during the Covid-19 pandemic at Public High School 1 Maluku Tenggara. The design of this research is observational analytic with a cross sectional approach. Respondents were taken by simple random sampling technique. The population is 175 with a sample of 64 people. The results of statistical tests using logistic regression. The results of data analysis show that the significance level is 0.001 < = 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, thus there is an Influence of Adolescent Girls' Anxiety Levels on Menstrual Cycle During the Covid-19 Pandemic Period at Public High School 1 Maluku Tenggara. It is recommended for young women who experience anxiety to convey their complaints and problems to counseling teachers at schools and health workers so that they can help overcome their problems and reduce their anxiety.

Abstract

The lack of provision of health education to adolescents about sex as well as the rapid development of internet media such as free access to pornographic content has caused adolescents' sexual behavior to become more risky and to influence behavior that is not good about sex. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of health education on adolescent behavior regarding free sex in Karadiri Village, Wanggar District, Nabire Regency. The research design used pre-experimental research with a one group pre test-post test design. The sample for this study were 42 adolescents aged 15-21 years in Karadiri Village in June 2023. Sampling method using Simple Random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. Bivariate analysis used the Wilcoxon statistical test with a significant level of α = 0.05. Based on the results of the study that out of 42 respondents, most of the respondents before being given health education had negative sexual behavior as many as 22 respondents (52.3%) and after being given health education almost all respondents had positive sexual behavior as many as 40 respondents (95.2%). The Wilcoxon test results obtained p = 0.000 <0.05, so H1 is accepted or Ho is rejected, meaning that there is an effect of sexual health education on adolescent behavior regarding free sex in Karadiri Village, Wanggar District, Nabire Regency. Providing sexual health education has an important role in providing knowledge to teenagers to have positive behavior and prevent promiscuous sexual behavior.

Abstract

Wanita memasuki masa menopause dengan usia yang berbeda-beda tergantung pada faktor-faktor seperti menarche, psikis, jumlah anak, usia melahirkan, pemakaian kontrasepsi, merokok dan sosial ekonomi. Kejadian menopause ini sangat berpengaruh pada kesehatan wanita. Gangguan kesehatan yang merupakan risiko dari kejadian menopause dini diantaranya osteoporosis dan masalah jantung. Sebaliknya, keterlambatan wanita dalam mengalami menopause dapat dicurigai adanya tumor ovarium sebagai organ penghasil esterogen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan lama penggunaan KB suntik 3 bulan terhadap usia terjadinya menopause di desa SumberPutih kecamatan Wajak kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasi. Teknik sampling yang di gunakan adalah purpose sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, di dapatkan sampel berjumlah 42 orang, pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner, analisis bivariat untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen menggunakan uji statistik Spearman’s Rho dengan tingkat signifikan α=0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 42 responden hampir setengah berusia <40 tahun 2 responden 4,8 % yang mengalami usia menopause lebih cepat dan lama penggunaan KB suntik 3 bulan sebagian besar 5-10 tahun sebanyak 17 responden 40,5 %. Berdasarkan uji statistik spearman’s rho nilai signifikansi p value = 0,000 maka didapatkan P<0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara penggunaan KB suntik 3 bulan dengan kejadian menopause di PMB Sri Surya Candra, A.Md.Keb desa SumberPutih kecamatan Wajak kabupaten Malang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan lama penggunaan KB suntik 3 bulan terhadap usia terjadinya menopause di desa SumberPutih kecamatan Wajak kabupaten Malang.

Abstract

Adolescent girls especially female students, as academic individuals cannot be separated from stress in daily activities. As result of perceveid stress, it can cause the putiaitary to release ACTH wich then increases cortisol levels, causing disruption of the menstrual cycle. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between stress levels and the menstrual cycle in adolescent girls at the Manbatul Akhlaq Mojo Kediri Islamic Boarding School. This research uses an observational analytical research design with a cross sectional approach. Purposive sampling technique. The sample was 32 respondents, statistical tests used spearmen-Rho. The results of the reserch from 32 respondents showed that the majority of respondents who experienced moderate levels of stress had irregular menstrual cycles (<21 or >35 days) with a precentage of 16 people (50%) and respondents who experienced moderate levels of stress had regular menstrual cycles (21-35 days) There were 2 people with a percentage (6.25%), respondents with mild levels of stress had irreguler menstrual cycles totaling 5 people (15.6%), and respondents with low levels of stress had regular menstrual cycles as many as 9 people(28,1%). There is sigifict reltioship etwee stress d the menstrual cycle in adolescent girls the Mamtul Akhlaq Mojo Kediri Islamic Boarding School. P=0.001<0.05. You need to get enough rest, joke and tell stories to friends, do fun things, do physical activity/exercise, so that the stress felt by respondents can be minimized and their menstruation becomes regular.

Abstract

One of the problems related to the health reproductive in adolescents that needs special attention is the incidence of marriage at a young age (less than 19 years old). The coomon reason by marrying early, mothers will still be healthy and active at work when their children grow up and to prevent premarital pregnancy. The study aimed to determine the impact of dropping out of school on early marriage in Potil Pololoba Village, Banggai District, Banggai Laut Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The study is a correlational study with cross sectional approach. Respondents were taken by total sampling technique. The number of samples is 30 people. The independent variable is dropping out of school and the dependent variable is early marriage. The results were analyzed using the chi square statistical test. The results showed that almost all of the respondents were known to drop out of school as many as 25 (83%) respondents in the category occurred. Early Marriage is known that most of the respondents as many as 21 (70%) in the category occurs. Data analysis show that the significance level is 0.000 ≤ 0.05 therefore H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, thus there is an impact of dropouts on early marriage. It is recommended that health workers always provide health education to the community, especially in schools about the impact of early marriage which results in maternal and fetal death.

Abstract

During menstruation women sometimes experience pain, the nature and level of pain varies, depending on each woman's pain threshold. Excessive pain during menstruation is called dysmenorrhea and one of the treatments for dysmenorrhea is non-pharmacological. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Carrot Juice (Daucus Carota L) on reducing the degree of dysmenorrhea pain in adolescent women at State High School 1 Sampit, East Kotawaringin Regency.The research design used was a pre-experimental design method with a pretest-posttest design using a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study were 46 respondents with purposive sampling. The results of bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon Test Statistical test with α 0.05.From the results of the study it was found that the majority of respondents experienced controlled severe pain before being given carrot juice, namely as many as 28 respondents (60.9%), Almost all respondents experienced moderate pain after being given carrot juice, namely as many as 36 respondents (78.3%). The results of statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test showed that p value = 0.000 <α (0.05), which means that H0 is rejected, H1 is accepted. means the effect of Carrot Juice (Daucus Carota L) on Reducing the Degree of Dysmenorrhea Pain in adolescent women at State High School 1 Sampit, East Kotawaringin Regency.Provision of carrot juice (Daucus Carota L) is effective for reducing the degree of dysmenorrhoea pain in young women, so it is expected that schools and health workers will provide socialization to overcome dysmenorrhoea pain with non-pharmacological alternatives, namely using carrot juice.

Abstract

The SC ERACS method is a safer Caesarean delivery method with a faster recovery process than the Caesarean delivery process in general. SC ERACS allows the patient to move the body more quickly. That is, about two hours after a Caesarean section with minimal pain. This study aims to determine the relationship between ERACS SC method delivery and the incidence of asphyxia in newborns in the working area of ​​Bunda Pengharapan Hospital Merauke, South Papua. This research uses a research design Quantitative. The research method uses correlative descriptive with approach cross sectional. With technique sampling purposive A sample of 30 respondents was obtained, the independent variable (SC delivery ERACS method) and the dependent variable (Incidence of Asphyxia in newborns) using questionnaires and medical records. Statistical tests are used Chi-Square to find out the relationship between the two variables. The research results from 30 respondents almost all chose SC ERACS surgery, namely (80%), the majority of which were 24 respondents, with the incidence rate of newborn asphyxia being 17 babies, namely (56.7%) and there were 13 babies who did not experience asphyxia based on the results of the Chi statistical test. -Sguare where there is a significant correlation between birth by sc eracs method and the incidence of asphyxia in newborn babies. Analysis using the Chi-Square statistical test shows that the significance value is equal to 0.046 for the incidence of asphyxia and 0.001 for the type of operation with an error rate of 5%, meaning the p.value is smaller than 0.5, which means there is a relationship between the incidence of asphyxia and the type of SC ERACS. for ​​Bunda Pengharapan Hospital SPO SC ERACS revised and socialized the latest SPO, paying attention to the competency of the staff who will be given the task of receiving babies born SC both SC ERACS and non ERACS, ensuring that the baby receiving team is complete (SP.A Doctor, PERINATAL nurse/Midwife) in order to reduce incidence of asphyxia in newborns.
