Abstract

The strategic geographical location of Tegal City supports the development of business and services. YOGYA Group is a Supermaket and Department Store company. In building construction there is a structural analysis that is used as a method or system to achieve development as planned. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Literature method by collecting data, studying and identifying.Observation method by conducting a survey to the research location. Adhering to the guidelines of SNI 2847: 2013 (Requirements for structural concrete for buildings), SNI 1727: 2013 (Minimum load for building design and other structures), Guidelines for house planning and building loading (PPURG 1987) and SNI 1726: 2012 (earthquake resistance planning procedures for buildings and non-building structures). This analysis obtained a result of dimension data and the number of beam reinforcement, column, plate and the number of pile needs for the YogyaTegal department store building.Keyword : Analysis, Building, Concrete, SNI, Strategic

Abstract

Reliable infrastructure requires effective and efficient management from the planning, structural, construction, operational and maintenance phases to the end of service life. Good management of civil infrastructure guarantees not only to save funds, but to use natural resources appropriately, thus ensuring ecological sustainability.Construction management is part of civil engineering science that focuses on managing construction projects to realize technical concepts and designs produced by other parts of civil engineering science. Construction management aims to build built physical facilities or infrastructure that is needed to support human life.Management of construction projects is becoming increasingly complex due to the many parties that interact in it and the increasingly high demands for quality of functions, comfort, security, aesthetics and sustainability. Therefore construction management is needed to ensure the efficiency and productivity of a construction project in meeting various expectations and requirements. This thesis analysis includes volume calculation, Needs of labor, materials and equipment, Bar chart, Cash flow, S Curve, method of CPM (Critical Path Method) is a method of identifying critical work paths or items. Forwards calculation, backwards calculation, free float and total float. Based on the calculation of cash flow to complete the construction of Cideres Hospital Kadipaten Dawuan Majalengka project until final stage more or less cost as much Rp. 9,034,000,000,00. These costs are divided into two parts, structure and architecture work ,for structures the cost as much Rp. 3,644,000,000,00 and for architecture the cost is Rp. 5,390,000,000,00. From the calculation of CPM scheduling analysis, the development of Cideres Hospitalproject takes time for 45 weeksKeyword: Project Management, Bar Chart, S Curve, Critical Path Method

Abstract

Salamdarma weir is located right in the border area of Indramayu and Subang, belongs to administrative area of Anjatan District, Indramayu Regency.  Managed by PT JasaTirta II Section of Patrol.  This irrigation netwoork has a total service area of 35871 Ha, the service area includes Subang District and Indramayu District. The existence of Salamdarma irrigation network has an important role for the farmers especially during dry season to support the crops’ growth. In this research to analyze the performance used parameter from Permen No 11/PRT/M/2015 and calculated using Hydrology regulation from KP 01 Irrigation 2013.The analysis result of this research show that 80,9% of structures and 95,1% of canals are in damaged condition with different various level of damage. Based on the calculation and comparison between potential discharge and water requirement, the potential discharge has fulfilled the irrigation water requirement and the comparison. The water requirement is 29890 lt/s and the potential discharge is 64074 lt/s. The human resources in Salamdarma irrigation there is only deficient in the head of branch position of 12%. For POB, PPA, PPS Personel amount has fulfilled the required amount of personel.  The Operation and Maintenance budget in Salamdarma Irrigation is increased at 30,112% between 2016 to 2017. Keyword : Irrigation, Salamdarma, Performance, Irrigation water requirement.

Abstract

Cilimus Market is located in Desa Cilimus, Kecamatan Cilimus, Kabupaten Kuningan-Jawa Barat. For Cilimus Market conditions, it’s now starting to become irregular, such as parking lots being used as a place to sell, spaces in the stuffy market, air circulation is not good, types of traders are not separated according to the block, market space capacity is not in accordance with the number of visitors and traders. And often experience traffic jams around the Cilimus Market area due to vehicles parked along the road.So that to overcome these problems needed a solution. First, to determine the determination of market development strategies using the analysis method of Strengths Opportunities Aspirations Results (SOAR), both projections of the number of traders are projected for 2023. Then planning the market building becomes 3 (three) floors with the addition of facilities and infrastructure facilities and market spatial plans based on SNI 8152: 2015 regulation on the People's Market designed with Autocad and SketchUp. And for the Cilimus Market area such as Taman Cilimus and Terminal Cilimus developed by adding infrastructure facilities in accordance with RDTR Kecamatan Cilimus Tahun 2014 and Peraturan Direktorat Perhubungan Tahun 1996.The results of this thesis research are Cilimus Market was developed into a Modern Market with it's constructed 3 floors and to Cilimus Market area added other facilities according to existing regulations. Keywords : Market Development, Market Spatial Planning, SOAR Analysis.

Abstract

The use of light wood combined with heavy wood can improve the quality of the combinationwood. Apart from being used as laminated beams, a combination of light wood and heavy wood can also be used as a laminated column given compressive loads. Based on SNI 7973-2013, the adhesive that was permitted on built up columns or laminated columns can be in the form of bolts and nails, so this study has also used adhesive nails and bolts. This study purpose to determine the compressive capacity of the laminated column which combines several types of wood. The specimens made were four variations of the laminate column. Furthermore, three layers of wood have been used on one laminated column with heavy wood types on the outermost layer. The results showed that all variations of the laminated column had a higher compressive capacity than the solid column. Keywords: compressive capacity, lamination column, light and heavy wood
