Abstract

In the beauty industry, demand for skin care products is increasing, encouraging manufacturers to collaborate with other parties to produce products that suit consumers' needs and desires. The process of selecting a manufacturing loan partner or company that will produce skin care products is very important to ensure the quality and success of the product. In this research, we introduce the use of the VIKOR Method (ViseKriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje) as an approach to selecting the best contracting partners in the skin care industry. The VIKOR method is one of the effective multi-criteria decision making methods, which allows the assessment of several conflicting criteria. We collect relevant criteria for selecting a maklon partner, such as product quality, price, production capacity, regulatory compliance and quality assurance. Then, we apply the VIKOR Method to rank each maklon partner based on these criteria. The results of this research provide recommendations regarding the best maklon partners who have the best balance between the various criteria considered. This approach can help skin care manufacturers to make more informed and optimal decisions in selecting manufacturing partners, thereby improving the quality and competitiveness of the skin care products produced. The final results showed that MPM Beuaty became the first best with a final score of 0 and the second best Pt.Bunga with a final score of 0.51.

Abstract

Employees are one of the most important assets owned by a company in its efforts to maintain survival, development, the ability to compete and earn profits. Selection of the best employees will produce valid and useful information for employee administrative decisions such as promotions, training, transfers including reward systems and other decisions. The Decision Support System is a computerized system and is designed to increase effectiveness in decision making to solve semi-structured and unstructured problems so that the decision-making process carried out can be of higher quality. This application that will be created is an application that is guided by the MOORA method. In this study, the ranking results were obtained as follows: Lidya (A2) received the highest preference value of 0.533, placing her in the first rank. Meanwhile, Andre (A1) is in the second rank with a preference value of 0.458. Followed by Naomi (A4) with a value of 0.429, Muhammad (A5) with a value of 0.394, and Friska (A3) with a value of 0.337, occupying the fifth rank.

Abstract

The government's efforts to provide social assistance to fulfil all economic needs for people affected by Covid-19 are not optimal. So that many people feel that the social assistance provided is not right on target. Manual data entry in Medan Estate Village is claimed to be at risk of not being on target, multiple recipients and individuals who take advantage of the situation.  The WASPAS method is expected to determine the criteria for people who are entitled to receive Covid-19 social assistance, because the WASPAS method will carry out a ranking process based on attributes with different weights so that the results are more optimal. This research is to find the weight value for each attribute, then a ranking process is carried out which will determine the optimal alternative in receiving social assistance. The 5 alternatives that are the results of determining the recipients of Covid-19 Social Assistance are alternative A2 with a result of 0.7553, A1 with a result of 0.7198, A6 with a result of 0.6159, A11 with a result of 0.6086 and A8 with a result of 0.5999.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a comparative analysis between the MAUT (Multi-Attribute Utility Theory) and OCRA (Order of Comparative Risk Assessment) methods in the context of recommending the best sunscreen products. A Decision Support System (DSS) is employed as the underlying tool for selecting the most suitable products based on predefined criteria. The research findings indicate that both methods yield the same best alternative, which is the product "The Originote" with an A8 ranking. The MAUT method produces the best preference value of 0.53, while the OCRA method yields the best preference value of 2.455. These results reveal that in the data testing conducted, the OCRA method takes the first rank with higher preferences compared to the MAUT method. This research offers valuable insights into the selection of the best sunscreen products by utilizing two different methods, which can assist consumers and stakeholders in making more informed and data-driven decisions. These findings can serve as a basis for further developments in decision analysis methods within the context of sunscreen products and similar items.

Abstract

Customer service plays a very important and problematic role in forming the image of a company or organization, so with the help of customer service every customer or consumer can ask and use the information provided both about services and goods. Both verbal and non-verbal communication methods in customer service have a significant impact on the image of a company or organization. In order for the company's services to be provided optimally and maximally to customers, everyone must support each other. Qualification standards have a significant impact on excellent customer service in a company or organization. Effective customer service plays a key role in building good customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction. Therefore, choosing the right customer service is important for companies as well as organizations. So we need a Decision Support System (SPK) in solving this problem. So that a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed in solving this problem. In this study using the Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method. This method uses an approach to selecting the highest and lowest values ??that can be optimized to provide more accurate results. Several methods on decision support systems in producing the best alternatives include SAW, WP, AHP, MOORA, MOOSRA and OCRA. WASPAS (Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) is one of the methods that can do this to reduce errors or to optimize the evaluation of the selection of the highest and lowest values. This method is a unique combination of the MCDM approach, namely the weighted numerical model (WSM) and the Product Weight Model (WPM). One of the problems faced in the selection of customer service is due to the large number of people who register, therefore to determine the best customer service acceptance the company conducts data collection by determining the criteria and weights that must be met to carry out the calculations, so that the best alternative results can be obtained. it can be concluded that the WASPAS (Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) method is very appropriate to use in selecting the best customer service. Evidenced by the results being in alternative (A1), namely Daughter as the best preference with a value of 3.19755, so that a decision support system with the WASPAS (Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) method can help a company or a particular brand in choosing the best customer service to work together in companies or other agencies.
