Abstract

Communication between humans is very important in everyday life. In communication, a communication model is needed. In social communication, humans always use language to communicate. But not everyone in this world can communicate perfectly, one of them is a person with special needs. One that can be used is sign language. Sign language itself has a limited range of uses. In contrast to the Special Schools (SLB) environment, where the use of sign language has always been a priority language, in the life of the community itself each sign language is foreign, even though there are several deaf people around them, so there are still many people who do not know or understand the sign language conveyed by interlocutor. This raises the need for learning facilities to learn this sign language easily. Because sign language is a means of communication for deaf people with the people around them. Because there is still a lack of sign language learning media that is easily accessible to all people, this application was made to help people who want to learn sign language. This application is designed using the agile extreme programming method to increase client satisfaction and make the system development faster.

Abstract

The design of an IoT-based Control System for Koi Fish Care is a monitoring system that provides automatic temperature and feeding control for Koi fish in an aquarium. This system uses the DS18B20 Temperature Sensor and the HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Sensor as inputs to detect the temperature and distance of the fish in the aquarium. The NodeMCU is used as a data processor, and the Motor Servo and fan are used as outputs to regulate the ideal temperature and distance. A Real-Time Clock (RTC) is also utilized for the automatic feeding time. The Motor Servo serves as the output to drive the feeder. This prototype can be stored in the aquarium to monitor temperature and distance using a smartphone device.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan yang bertujuan membantu PT Diawoor Frozen Food Ciater dalam menetapkan produk terbaik dengan menggunakan metode (MOORA). Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah kesulitan dalam menentukan produk unggulan karena adanya berbagai kriteria yang perlu dipertimbangkan. Metode MOORA dipilih karena mampu memberikan perhitungan yang objektif dengan cara membandingkan rasio nilai setiap alternatif terhadap kriteria yang bersifat keuntungan (benefit). Tahapan penelitian mencakup proses pengumpulan data, normalisasi, pemberian bobot, hingga perankingan untuk memperoleh alternatif terbaik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang mampu memberikan rekomendasi produk unggulan secara tepat, sehingga dapat mendukung perusahaan dalam membuat keputusan yang lebih akurat dan efisien.
