Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work From Home secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Tri Pakarta cabang Makassar. Responden yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Asuransi Tri Pakarta (TRIPA) Cabang Makassar yang berjumlah 18 orang. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan kuesioner (angket) yang berisikan daftar pertanyaan dengan bentuk jawaban pilihan yang dapat dipilih oleh responden sesuai dengan keinginannya. Sedangkan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Analisis Regresi Sederhana dengan menggunakan Uji Parsial (Uji t) dengan menggunkan Statistical Product and Servise Solution (SPSS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Work From Home berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang berarti Work From Home (X) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Namun Work From Home hanya memiliki pengaruh sebesar 26,9% terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sedangkan 73,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Work From Home, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine whether ability and motivation have an influence on performance. The sample used in this study amounted to 64 teachers of SMA 6 Jeneponto which were divided into PNS and Non-PNS teachers. Then the data collection techniques carried out in this study used the method of observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using Statisstical Product and Service Solution (SPSS).These results indicate that partially the ability variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and the motivation variable (X2) has a greater positive and significant effect than the ability variable (X1). Simultaneously, the two independent variables, namely Ability (X1) and Motivation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 5 (five) periods, namely 2016-2020. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling technique as many as 5 companies. The data analysis technique uses profitability ratios, liquidity ratios and solvency ratios. The results showed that based on the profitability ratio of PT. Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk, PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT. Mayora Indah Tbk, PT. Sekar Laut Tbk, and PT. Siantar Top Tbk has a financial performance that is in poor condition seen from the average value of NPM and ROE below industry standards. Based on the liquidity ratio of PT. Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk, PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT. Mayora Indah Tbk, and PT. Siantar Top Tbk has financial performance that is in good condition seen from the CR and QR values ​​above industry standards. While at PT. Sekar Laut Tbk. have financial performance that is in bad condition. Based on the solvency ratio seen from the DAR value of PT. Wilmar Cahaya Tbk. have financial performance that is in good condition. while judging from the DER value, PT. Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk., PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk and PT. Siantar Top Tbk. have financial performance that is in good condition.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze investment decisions on LQ45 index stocks for the period 2017-2021 using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method. This type of quantitative research is descriptive. The population in this study are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample is all company shares listed in the LQ45 index for the period February 2017-December 2021, namely 67 company shares. Data collection techniques used are literature and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM). The results showed that the systematic risk and the expected rate of return have a linear relationship and there are 26 company shares which are included in efficient shares and 41 company shares which include inefficient shares.

Abstract

Satuan kerja perangkat daerah yang berfokus pada pelayanan publik serta memiliki keleluasaan atas pola pengelolaan keuangnnya disebut dengan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah atau BLUD. Sebagai satuan kerja pemerintahan daerah yang berbentuk badan layanan umum, Puskesmas X diharuskan membuat laporan keuangan atas bentuk tanggung jawab terhadap anggaran yang diterimanya sekaligus sebagai bentuk transparansi dan akuntabilitas terhadap masyarakat. Dalam penyusunan laporan keuangannya, Puskesmas X menggunakan perangkat lunak akuntansi milik PT. Syncore Indonesia yaitu Sistem Informasi Akuntansi BLUD. Penelitian ini bertujuan ada menganalisa kesesuaian komponen laporan keuangan Puskesmas X dengan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan (PSAP) Nomor 13 tentang Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum. Metode dekriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, data sekunder adalah data yang digunakan, serta pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa laporan keuangan yang disusun oleh Puskesmas X menggunakan SIA BLUD PT. Syncore Indonesia telah sepenuhnya sesuai dengan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan (PSAP) Nomor 13 tentang Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention of employee who work in PT Hadji Kalla Cokrominoto. The subjects in this study were 45 employees working at PT Hadji Kalla Cokrominoto Branch. This research is included in quantitative research where data collection is carried out using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative analysis to determine the results of respondents' responses to the variables of performance satisfaction and turnover intention and quantitative analysis to test research hypotheses using SPPS software. The results showed that the job satisfaction variable had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the t-count value of - 8.619 where 8.619 > t table (2.01537) and the significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The job satisfaction variable affects the turnover intention variable by 63.3% as evidenced by the results of the coefficient of determination test that obtains an r- square value of 0.633.
