Abstract

Banks play a crucial role as financial institutions by collecting and distributing public funds to support national development. Conventional banks primarily generate income through interest charged on loans provided to borrowers. This study aimed to investigate the impact of interest rates on the demand for multipurpose loan (KSG) at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Hasamitra Daya, Makassar City Branch. The variables considered in this study are interest rates and the demand for multipurpose loans. The population for this study consists of all interest rate data and credit request reports for multipurpose loans at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Hasamitra Daya, Makassar City Branch. The sample includes interest rate data and credit request reports for multipurpose loan at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Hasamitra Daya, Makassar City Branch, from 2015 to 2022, covering each quarter. The data collection techniques employed in this study are documentation and interviews. The analysis used to determine the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable includes simple linear regression, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression equation for the impact of interest rates on the demand for multipurpose loans are as follows: Y = 17,337,852 - 75,073 X. Based on these findings, interest rates do not exhibit a significant effect on the demand for multipurpose loans. The influence of interest rates on the demand for multi-purpose credit at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Hasamitra Daya, Makassar City Branch, accounts for 38.4%. The remaining 61.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, solvency, and profitability on firm value. The independent variables in this study are liquidity, solvency, and profitability. The dependent variable in this study is firm value. The population in this study is telecommunications companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2022. The method of determining the sample that was used in this study was purposive sampling, namely the sampling technique using certain criteria, obtained 5 companies that met the sample criteria in this study so that the total sample in this company was 40 samples. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a negative but insignificant effect on firm value while solvency and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention of employee who work in PT Hadji Kalla Cokrominoto. The subjects in this study were 45 employees working at PT Hadji Kalla Cokrominoto Branch. This research is included in quantitative research where data collection is carried out using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative analysis to determine the results of respondents' responses to the variables of performance satisfaction and turnover intention and quantitative analysis to test research hypotheses using SPPS software. The results showed that the job satisfaction variable had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the t-count value of - 8.619 where 8.619 > t table (2.01537) and the significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The job satisfaction variable affects the turnover intention variable by 63.3% as evidenced by the results of the coefficient of determination test that obtains an r- square value of 0.633.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health and safety on the productivity of employees of PT. Source of Gems Alignment. The independent variable in this study is occupational health and safety while the dependent variable is employee productivity. The population and sample in this study are all employees of PT. Sumber Permata Selaras as many as 104 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 29.00 for windows. The results showed that the results of the t-test analysis showed that the variable Occupational Health (X1) had a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity (Y). The results of the t-test analysis show that the variable work safety (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity (Y). The results of the F-test show that the Occupational Health and Safety variables (X1 and X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity (Y)

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi lingkungan kerja atau kondisi kerja di masa pasca pandemi covid-19 sebagai aspek yang perlu diperhatikan oleh perguruan tinggi karena mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, prestasi kerja dan kinerja dosen. Untuk merespon hal tersebut maka peneliti melakukan penelitian melalui analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear sederhana. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada dosen ASN Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Makassar dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 64 orang. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor lingkungan kerja fisik yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dosen di masa pandemi Covid-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, lingkungan kerja non fisik X secara keseluruhan masuk ke dalam kategori Cukup Baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik pada Fakultas Ekonomi UNM (FE UNM) telah berjalan baik sesuai dengan yang diharapkan para dosen tetap di FE UNM. Sementara berdasarkan hasil regresi sederhana variabel Faktor Lingkungan Non Fisik (X) terhadap Variabel Kepuasan (Y) Sangat Kuat. pengaruh variabel Faktor Lingkungan Fisik (X) terhadap kepuasan (Y) adalah sebesar 89 %.
