Abstract

Websites are a vital element in the evolution of the internet, with more than 1.9 billion sites worldwide today. Their use was initially limited to personal purposes, but now almost every company has a website, such as Facebook, Apple, and BBC News. Tim Berners-Lee created the first website in the late 1980s through the World Wide Web (W3) project. Penetration Testing is an evaluation method to identify weaknesses in the security of a system, network, or web application. It involves a direct attack on the target being tested to detect and fix weaknesses. The goal is to identify potential weak points and ensure compliance with security policies. The test results using Accuntetix showed a low-level system vulnerability on the min2kotabengkulu.sch.id website, which can be considered quite safe from attacks

Abstract

The design of the Public Service Information System aims to create an integrated platform that can improve the efficiency, transparency, and quality of public services. This system is designed to make it easier for the public to access various services. The system development method uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach with the Waterfall model. The system equipped with an administration module allows officers to manage data, process requests, and monitor service performance. The technology used includes the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework, MySQL database, and a responsive user interface using Bootstrap. The conclusion of this design is that the Public Service Information System can be an effective solution to overcome the problems of slow and less transparent public services. With the implementation of this system, it is expected to create faster, more accurate, and more reliable services, thereby increasing public satisfaction and supporting the realization of better governance.

Abstract

This study aims to design an Enterprise Architecture (AE) using the TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method) framework for insurance companies, with a focus on improving operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer experience. TOGAF ADM was chosen because of its ability to provide a structured and comprehensive approach to developing an architecture that is aligned with business objectives and technology needs. This research method involves analyzing business needs, mapping key business processes such as claim submission, insurance registration, promotion, customer service, and identifying supporting technologies such as HRD, finance and IT services. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of TOGAF ADM can help insurance companies integrate systems, improve data security, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. In addition, this design also supports product and service innovation, and increases the scalability and flexibility of the architecture to face market dynamics. However, this study also identified several limitations, including implementation complexity, significant resource requirements, and challenges in integrating legacy systems. Overall, the TOGAF ADM AE design offers a strong framework for the digital transformation of insurance companies, with the potential for positive impacts on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business competitiveness.

Abstract

Creating an Information System is important for reaching the aims of implementing Electronic Government (E-Government). The Taiwanese government has decided to use outsourcing as a method for developing these Information Systems. In 2014, sixty percent of the Information Technology (IT) budget allocated to the Taiwanese government was used for the upkeep and management of the information systems created by external companies. The skills of IT staff and how the budget is distributed in a government agency can affect how the information system functions. Nevertheless, there is not much research available on this topic. This preliminary study employed direct observation and detailed interviews to examine an information system within a specific agency of the Taiwanese government. The findings indicated that although the IT staff possessed adequate technical skills, their exclusion from the system's development led to a lack of understanding of its technical specifics, which diminished their ability to operate and manage the system effectively. Additionally, the limited budget prioritized operational costs over system improvements. The insufficient technical understanding of the system not only affected its normal functioning but also made it challenging to create adequate budgets for the IT department. This study offers practical solutions and suggestions for future research.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, all learning is held online, so all lecture activities up to student administration must be done online. To make it easier for students to obtain information about academics and administration, a chatbot feature is needed which can provide information while communicating two-way to students as users. Chatbots can provide services practically, quickly, and responsively. In order for the chatbot to provide answers that match user expectations, the question sentences that enter the system must be classified properly and correctly. This study applies the Neural Network method to classify answers on chatbots. Neural Networks are used in research methods because they can build models easily and can be used to classify text with a high level of accuracy. To measure the performance of the chatbot system in providing appropriate answers, an evaluation is carried out by calculating the accuracy, precision, recall, and f-measuring values using a confusion matrix. The results of the study show that the Neural Network method built on the chatbot system in classifying answers can run well with an accuracy value of 99.21%, precision of 88.09%, recall of 88.09%, and f-measure of 88.09%.
