Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang terus berlanjut memainkan peran krusial dalam mengubah lanskap bisnis, khususnya dalam aspek manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Fokus pada SDM menjadi semakin penting untuk kesuksesan organisasi, dan tahap rekrutmen menjadi langkah strategis untuk mengidentifikasi individu yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Meski begitu, proses rekrutmen masih memiliki beberapa tantangan dan permasalahan, seperti sistem rekrutmen yang masih manual, jumlah pelamar yang semakin meningkat, dan proses rekrutmen yang lama, yang tentunya tidak efektif dan efisien. Dalam upaya meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi rekrutmen, penelitian ini menerapkan aplikasi berbasis website dengan sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan Metode Profile Matching. Metode ini secara umum membandingkan kompetensi individu dengan persyaratan pekerjaan, melibatkan penilaian nilai tes calon karyawan sebagai acuan pengambilan keputusan. Pentingnya penentuan bobot nilai pada setiap aspek tes dalam Profile Matching mempengaruhi hasil akhir dan peringkat karyawan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menekankan pemberian bobot tertinggi pada aspek tes yang diutamakan sesuai dengan prioritas perusahaan. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil seleksi dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan organisasi untuk mendapatkan pegawai yang paling sesuai dengan profil yang diinginkan, menjadikan metode ini sebagai landasan yang kuat bagi proses rekrutmen yang efektif dan responsif terhadap dinamika kebutuhan perusahaan. Singkatnya, penerapan aplikasi berbasis website ini dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan mengenai efisiensi dan keberlanjutan strategi pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), khususnya dalam proses rekrutmen.

Abstract

Social media is one of the platforms that is often used by people to interact and communicate with one another. Instagram is a social media platform that allows users to post photos and videos online at high speed. This study uses the usability testing method. Usability is used to measure quality based on user experience when interacting and using applications. The calculation results of the System Usability Scale (SUS) involving 50 respondents showed a score of 77.6. From this score, it can be concluded that the interpretation of the approach based on the nature (Adjective) shows that the service belonging to the Instagram application is still included in the GOOD category.

Abstract

Aplikasi Academic Information System (AIS) Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Jakarta berfungsi sebagai sarana informasi mengenai jadwal perkuliahan, penilaian, pengambilan Kartu Rencana Studi dan berbagai informasi akademik lainnya. Pengguna AIS Mobile UIN Jakarta masih mengalami kesulitan dalam navigasi aplikasi, menemukan informasi yang dibutuhkan, atau bahkan merasa tidak puas dengan antarmuka pengguna yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang ulang prototipe aplikasi AIS Mobile UIN Jakarta dengan menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD) yang fokus pada pengguna. Tahapan UCD yang dipilih meliputi analisis konteks penggunaan, definisi kebutuhan pengguna, desain awal prototipe, dan pengujian kegunaan yang melibatkan pengguna aktual. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap penelitian, yaitu dengan melakukan studi literatur, identifikasi pengguna, analisis kebutuhan pengguna, desain solusi, dan evaluasi desain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Aplikasi AIS Mobile UIN Jakarta masih memiliki hal-hal yang perlu diperbaiki dengan rancang ulang prototype yang lebih meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Penulis telah merancang ulang tampilan aplikasi AIS Mobile UIN Jakarta berdasarkan umpan balik yang diberikan beberapa koresponden sebagai pengguna. Prototipe yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang lebih optimal bagi pengguna aplikasi AIS UIN Jakarta.

Abstract

This research examines the UI/UX design for public facility complaint services in South Tangerang City, using the Design Thinking methodology. The primary focus is to meet the needs of users, including complaint submitters and government officials. The prototype created was tested through Maze to collect data related to the application's usage. During testing, it was revealed that users encountered difficulties in completing specific tasks, especially in providing feedback on resolved complaints. There was also a high error rate in the login and complaint submission processes. Although government officials generally succeeded in completing their tasks, there were significant errors in the process. These findings indicate the need for further improvement, particularly in aspects not successfully addressed by users and the enhancement of efficiency in the complaint submission process. The importance of iteration and application design improvement is emphasized to enhance the overall user experience. These improvements are expected to more effectively meet user needs and increase satisfaction with the complaint service.

Abstract

Studi tentang sistem halal telah mendapatkan banyak perhatian dari kalangan peneliti maupun dari kalangan praktisi atau pelaku bisnis. Penerapan sertifikasi halal secara global tidak hanya berlaku secara eksklusif untuk produk makanan saja tetapi mencakup produk dan layanan jasa lainnya. Ini berarti penelitian tentang sistem halal mencakup area yang sangat luas yang memerlukan berbagai macam pendekatan penelitian (multi dimension approach) dan dalam konteks yang bervariasi. Meningkatnya kesadaran konsumen Muslim atas kewajiban agama mereka juga telah berkontribusi pada meningkatnya permintaan produk dan layanan halal. Akibatnya, permintaan terhadap produk makanan halal yang besar akan menyebabkan peningkatan pasokan untuk jaminan sertifikat dan logo Halal. Paper ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesadaran dan persepsi generasi milenial khususnya di wilayah perkotaan terhadap restoran bersertifikasi halal di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan lima variabel ukur yaitu religious beliefs, self identity, religious commitment, attitude toward Halal Certified, dan social influences. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa religious commitment dan self identity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesadaran dan persepsi generasi milenial pada Restoran Bersertifikat Halal. Hasil dan temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah khususnya kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia dalam menerapkan kebijakan pada sistem sertifikasi halal ke depannya.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions are also responsible for preparing students to face the demands of the times in this modern era. Of course, in religious learning, students are also given insight into understanding the values of Pancasila. For this reason, the focus of this research is: 1) What is the process of social construction of Pancasila values for students of Al-Amien Islamic Boarding School? 2) How are the values of Pancasila for the students of the Al-Amien Islamic boarding school applied? This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research (field research). Data collection methods that researchers use in this study include the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. And in analyzing, the researcher uses three steps, namely data reduction, data display, then draw conclusions or verification. Based on the research conducted, the researcher can conclude that the application of Pancasila values. Namely: mutual tolerance, mutual respect, mutual help, doing good, is a small picture of the application of Pancasila values in Islamic boarding schools, which has the aim of training students in the application of Pancasila values while strengthening the friendship of a student, and also maintaining the integrity of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of the research is the first to find out how the application of Pancasila values in the daily life of students. The second is to find out how students understand the values of Pancasila.

Abstract

Live streaming has become one of the most prominent digital phenomena in recent years, changing the way individuals interact, consume content and shop online. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence audience engagement in live streaming, including audience motivation, the role of social interaction, technological features, platform distribution, and popular genres. Through a systematic literature review approach, 27 articles from relevant ScienceDirect and DOAJ databases were selected for analysis. The study results show that audience engagement is mainly influenced by parasocial interaction (PSI), entertainment-based motivation (hedonic value), and practical benefits (utilitarian value). Technologies such as live chat, gifting, and data-driven recommendation systems strengthen viewing duration and audience loyalty. In addition, platforms such as Twitch dominate the gaming and esports genres, while TikTok Live thrives in the e-commerce space. New genres such as VTubers and travel offer opportunities to attract a wider audience with avatar-based interaction approaches and virtual experiences. The research also identified gaps in the literature, including a lack of studies on local platforms, new genres, and the impact of innovative technologies such as AR/VR. This study makes an academic contribution by summarizing key findings and providing strategic guidance for platform developers, streamers and businesses in creating more engaging and effective live streaming experiences.

Abstract

Digital transformation has made mobile banking a core service in the banking industry, emphasizing service quality as a critical factor for user satisfaction and loyalty. This study presents a systematic literature review (SLR) of mobile banking research from 2021 to 2025, guided by PRISMA and structured using the PICOC framework (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome, Context) to systematically select and evaluate relevant studies. The MS-QUAL model, comprising nine dimensions: efficiency, system availability, responsiveness, privacy, content, contact, billing, fulfillment, and compensation, was used as the evaluation framework. Out of 924 initially identified articles, 20 met the inclusion criteria for in-depth analysis. Findings show that efficiency, system availability, privacy, responsiveness, content, and fulfillment consistently drive user satisfaction, while compensation, contact, and billing have limited influence. Satisfaction serves as the primary mediator connecting service quality to loyalty, indicating that improvements in MS-QUAL dimensions must translate into positive user experiences to foster long-term loyalty. The study further highlights challenges in maintaining security standards, adapting traditional dimensions to evolving user expectations, and ensuring consistent service quality. Opportunities lie in leveraging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and big data to create personalized, secure, and interactive experiences, enhancing both functional and emotional engagement. Overall, MS-QUAL remains a relevant and flexible framework for evaluating mobile banking service quality when aligned with contemporary technological advances and user-centered strategies.
