Abstract

The problem of environmental pollution is increasingly in the spotlight and globalized. The systemadopted in the criminal law of environmental pollution is a system of criminal responsibility basedon mistakes. Corporate crime can emerge as economic development advances. Corporate crime isnot new, but something that has happened frequently and has changed from time to time. Currently,corporations are included in the category of legal subjects so that they can be subject to criminaland civil sanctions. The doctrinal legal research used has the purpose of analyzing environmentalregulations related to corporations that pollute. UU no. 32/2009 Environmental Protection andManagement as a legal umbrella mentions the unitary environment of space with all objects, styles,circumstances, and organisms, including humans and their behavior that affect nature itself,survival, livelihood and welfare of humans and other living creatures. Loss of environmentalpollution is not only in one area but can spread to the surrounding area with a fantastic total lossvalue, this requires government firmness, especially in Indonesia which on the one hand tries topromote the economy and investment, but on the other hand requires legal instruments to maintainenvironment for sustainable development.

Abstract

This research is to capture what the Indonesian Netizen considered and hoped (“Opinion”) regarding the law enforcement proceeding on the criminal case of kakao theft accused to Nenek Minah (Case Number 247/Pid.B/2009/PN.PWT). The Case of Nenek Minah is regarded as a case which harass the society’s sense of justice. The Indonesian Netizen considered that it is an irony and againts conscience to bring Nenek Minah to a legal proceeding just for stealing 3 pieces of kakao. The Indonesian Netizen compared the inequality between the level assertiveness of legal enforcement on the Case of Nenek Minah with corruption cases or cases concerning the sovereigns and the haves. The Indonesian Netizen hoped that the law would be more fair, humane and full of conscience instead. Keyword: law enforcement, criminal, netizen, Nenek Minah

Abstract

The factor for decreasing employee performance in the Balongan District Office, Indramayu Regency, is the impact of giving inappropriate compensation to employees. With compensation can increase the effectiveness of work to achieve organizational goals of the company. Compensation is one of the operational functions in human resources that regulates wages/salaries and services provided by the company to its employees in return for what has been given to employees. This study uses the method of library research or literature review by comparing several previously published national journals. The results of this study reveal that motivation and compensation affect employee performance either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Purchasing decision is a process that starts from before the decision is taken until after the purchase decision has been made. The decision to purchase air transportation services, especially the decision to purchase Garuda tickets, is influenced by price factors, service convenience and the implementation of health protocol procedures. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, convenience of service, and implementation of health protocols on purchasing decisions for Garuda tickets. The sample for this study was taken from the population of Garuda airline service users with a sample size of 100 respondents. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and literature study. The analysis technique of this research is descriptive quantitative with operational definition of variables, instrument test with validity test, reliability test. The results showed that price (X1), convenience of service (X2) and health protocol procedures(X3) had a positive effect on the decision to purchase (Y) Garuda tickets. The f test shows that price, service convenience and health protocol procedures together have a significant effect on the decision to purchase Garuda tickets

Abstract

A carica fruit processing industry called UD. Yuasafood Berkah Makmur is located on Dieng Street km. 3.5, Krasak Village, Mojotengah District, Wonosobo Regency, Central Java. This study aims to determine if UD. Yuasafood Berkah Makmur's promotion expenses have a real and substantial impact on the sales value of carica fruit goods. The Annual Report statistics for the years 2007 through 2011 were used in this study. Simple linear regression analysis, the t test, coefficient of determination (R2), and the F test were used to examine the data. Promotion cost (X) served as the study's independent variable, and sales value served as the study's dependent variable (Y). The SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software and manual calculations were used to process the two variables. Using a variety of statistical test analyses, including simple linear regression analysis, the t test, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), and the F test.
