Abstract

Background: Patient satisfiction is one of indicators to measure health service quality. A prolonged waiting time influences the satisfiction of a patient toward health service quality. According to the data from health agency of pesisir barat regency in 2016, the utilization of health center was low, it is 26.7%. The utilization was lower than the Lampung Province utilization, 32.6%. Purpose: The study was to identifi the correlation between waiting time and patient satisfaction. Method: The study was conducted through quantitative method with cross sectional approach. The population involved 134 patients registred at Bengkunat Belimbing Healty Center. The data collection was through questionnaires. The data analysis was through chi squer. Results: There were 81 respondents (60.4%) experinced good waiting time. 88 respondents (68.7%) felt satisfied with the health center service. There was a correlation between waiting time and patient satisfaction at Bengkunat Belimbing Health Center of Pesisir Barat in 2019 with p value = 0.048, in such a way that p value < α (0.048 < 0.05). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between waiting time and patient satisfaction with the service. Suggestion: The service, which complies with the SOP, meets patient expectations and needs to be maintained and improved to achieve service and waiting times above 90%.   Keywords: Patient; Satisfaction; Waiting time.   Pendahuluan: Kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu indikator untuk mengukur kualitas layanan kesehatan. Waktu tunggu pasien lama akan mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan. Berdasarkan Data Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pesisir Barat Tahun 2016, pemanfaatan fasilitas kesehatan di Puskesmas masih rendah, yaitu 26.7% masih rendah dibandingkan pemanfaatan fasilitas kesehatan puskesmas  di Provinsi Lampung yaitu 32.6%. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan waiting time dengan kepuasan pasien. Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan secara cross sectional, dengan populasi seluruh pasien yang berkunjung di Puskesmas Belimbing Kabupaten Pesisir Barat  yang berjumlah 421 responden. Tekhnik pengambilan sampel dengan accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 134 responden. Analisa data menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil: Pada penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden merasa waiting time yang sudah sesuai (baik) yaitu sebanyak 81 (60.4%) responden. Sebagian besar responden puas dengan pelayanan puskesmas, yaitu sebanyak 88 (68.7%) responden. Terdapat hubungan waiting time dengan kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Bengkunat Belimbing Kabupaten Pesisir Barat Tahun 2019 p-value = 0.048, sehingga  p-value < α (0.048< 0.05). Simpulan: Adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara waiting time dengan kepuasan pasien dalam mendapatkan pelayanan. Saran: Pelayanan sesuai SOP sudah sesuai yang diharapkan pasien, dan perlu dipertahankan serta ditingkatkan pelayanan dan waiting time sehingga bisa mencapai lebih dari 90%.   Kata Kunci: Kepuasan; Pasien; Waiting Time.

Abstract

Background: A pre-survey conducted by researchers at A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Regional Hospital (RSUD A. Dadi Tjokrodipo) using questionnaires distributed to 10 nurses revealed that 10 nurses (33.33%) had good knowledge and 20 nurses (66.67%) still had poor knowledge regarding hospital service compliance with patient safety. When administering medication, nurses failed to verify patient identity and the routes of administration of solid medication. Purpose: To determine the relationship between nurses' knowledge of the 6 rights of medication administration and the implementation of medication administration at A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Regional Hospital. Method: This study was a quantitative, observational, and cross-sectional analytic study. The population was all 270 nurses at A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Regional Hospital, with a sample size of 177. The Chi-Square test was used for analysis. Results: Most nurses' knowledge level regarding the 6 (six) correct principles of drug administration at A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Regional Hospital was poor, namely 117 people (66.1%), with the implementation of drug administration at A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Regional Hospital being included in the poor category, namely 113 people (63.8%). And there was a relationship between the level of nurses' knowledge regarding the 6 (six) correct principles of drug administration and the implementation of drug administration at A. Dadi Regional Hospital with a p-value = 0.025 and OR = 5.250. Conclusion: There was a relationship between the level of nurses' knowledge regarding the 6 (six) correct principles of drug administration and the implementation of drug administration at A. Dadi Tjokrodipo melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 10 orang perawat, didapatkan data pengetahuan perawat baik sebanyak 10 perawat (33.33%) dan 20 perawat (66.67%) masih kurang baik dalam kepatuhan kepatuhan pelayanan rumah sakit yang memperhatikan keamanan pasien, pada saat melakukan pemberian obat, perawat belum memeriksa identitas pasien terlebih dahulu dan apa saja rute pemberian obat dalam bentuk padat. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan perawat tentang prinsip 6 benar pemberian obat dengan penerapan pemberian obat di RSUD A. Dadi Tjokrodipo. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah jenis peneltian kuantitatif dengan observasional analitik cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat di RSUD A. Dadi Tjokrodipo sebanyak 270 orang dengan jumlah sampel diambil sebanyak 177 orang. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji Chi Square. Hasil: Sebagian besar tingkat pengetahuan perawat tentang prinsip 6 (enam) benar pemberian obat di RSUD A. Dadi Tjokrodipo kurang baik yaitu sebanyak 117 orang (66.1%) dengan penerapan pemberian obat di RSUD A. Dadi Tjokrodipo termasuk dalam kategori kurang baik yaitu sebanyak 113 orang (63.8%). Dan ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan perawat tentang prinsip 6 (enam) benar pemberian obat dengan penerapan pemberian obat di RSUD A. Dadi dengan p-value = 0.025 dan OR = 5.250. Simpulan: Ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan perawat tentang prinsip 6 (enam) benar pemberian obat dengan penerapan pemberian obat di RSUD A. Abstract

Background: Digital health services offer effective solutions to support self-management among adults with T2DM. These tools enable individuals to continuously collect longitudinal data on their daily behaviours and clinical datas, facilitating ongoing health assessments and timely responses to T2DM management. Methods:  A systematic review of English peer-reviewed articles was conducted, involving a comprehensive literature search of PubMed, MEDILINE, CINAHL, Web of Science spanning from 2013 to 2023. Inclusion criteria comprised studies focusing on digital health interventions for self-management of T2DM in adults aged 18 years and above.   Results:  Sixteen articles were identified based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, as well as the quality evaluation standards. The review underscores the transformative potential of digital health technologies, enabling not only the monitoring and management of blood glucose levels, dietary intake, body weight control, medication adherence, and physical activities, but also facilitating personalised health information dissemination, professional education and coaching, and effective two-way communication between adults with T2DM and healthcare professionals, these features empower individuals and enhance their autonomy and engagement in managing their T2DM health. Conclusion: This review has systematically evaluated the effectiveness and application features of digital health interventions for self-management among adults with T2DM. It identifies self-management behaviours tested in the reviewed literature and assesses the limitations of these studies. Furthermore, this review comprehensively explored the barriers, challenges, facilitators, research gaps, and future policy and practice directions associated with advanced technology-enabled self-care solutions for this population. Abstract

Background: Stroke is a sudden, rapidly developing brain disorder that lasts more than 24 hours. It is caused by ischemia or hemorrhage in the brain. In this condition, oxygen supply to the brain is disrupted and can affect nerve function in the brain, which can cause loss of consciousness. Impaired physical mobility is a limitation in the physical movement of one or more extremities independently. Range of motion (ROM) exercises are exercises performed to maintain or improve the level of perfection of the ability to move joints normally and completely to increase muscle tone and muscle mass. Purpose: To analyze data on stroke patients with additional literature sources and with physical mobility disorders. Focusing on Range of Motion (ROM) interventions at the Sekincau Community Health Center, West Lampung. Method: This research paper uses a descriptive approach using a case study design. This study aims to implement nursing care for stroke patients with impaired physical mobility, focusing on range of motion (ROM) interventions. Results: This study shows that on day 3, patients 1 and 2 experienced partially resolved physical mobility impairments related to weakness, with the following outcome criteria: Patient 1 reported increased muscle strength in the right side of the body, no longer experiencing pain when moved, and no longer experiencing joint stiffness, with muscle strength increasing from a scale of 3 to a scale of 4. Patient 2 reported increased muscle strength in several parts of the body, no longer experiencing pain when moved, and no longer experiencing joint stiffness, with muscle strength increasing from a scale of 2 to a scale of 3.   Keywords: Nursing Care; Impaired Physical Mobility; Stroke.   Pendahuluan: Stroke adalah gangguan yang menyerang otak secara mendadak dan berkembang cepat yang berlangsung lebih dari 24 jam ini disebabkan oleh iskemik maupun hemoragik di otak sehingga pada keadaan tersebut suplai oksigen ke otak terganggu dan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja saraf di otak, yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan kesadaran. Gangguan mobilitas fisik yaitu keterbatasan dalam gerakan fisik dari satu atau lebih ekskremitas secara mandiri. Range of motion (ROM) adalah latihan yang dilakukan untuk mempertahankan atau memperbaiki tingkat kesempurnaan kemampuan menggerakkan persendian secara normal dan lengkap untuk meningkatkan tonus otot dan masa otot. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisa data pada Pasien Stroke tambahan sumber kepustakaan dan Dengan Masalah Gangguan Mobilitas Fisik Fokus Intervensi Range Of Motion (ROM) di Puskesmas Sekincau, Lampung Barat. Metode: peulisan karya ilmiah ini menggunakan deskriptif dengan menggunakan rancangan studi kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien stoke dengan masalah gangguan mobilitas fisik fokus intervensi range of motion (ROM). Hasil: penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari pasien 1 dan pasien 2 pada hari ke 3 yaitu gangguan mobilitas fisik berhubungan dengan kelemahan tindakan teratasi sebagian dengan kriteria hasil yang didapatkan pada pasien 1 dan 2 yaitu Pasien 1 mengatakan bagian tubuh sebelah kanan sudah mulai mengalami peningkatan kekuatan otot, sudah tidak nyeri apabila digerakan, sendi sudah tidak kaku dengan peningkatan nilai kekuatan otot yang semula di skala 3 menjadi skala 4 sedangkan pada Pasien 2 mengatakan di beberapa bagian tubuh sudah mulai mengalami peningkatan kekuatan otot, sudah tidak nyeri apa bila digerakan, sendi sudah tidak kaku dengan peningkatan nilai kekuatan otot yang semula dengan skala 2 menjadi skala 3.   Kata kunci: Asuhan Keperawatan; Gangguan Mobilitas Fisik; Stroke.

Abstract

Background: The prevalence of COVID-19 in Indonesia is 488,000 cases. Students' knowledge about preventing COVID-19 transmission contributes to breaking the chain of transmission. Purpose:  To determine the characteristics of students' knowledge levels about preventing COVID-19 transmission at the Baitul Hikmah Nursing Academy in Bandar Lampung in 2021. Method: This descriptive study used a non-random sampling technique with 30 students as respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire completed via Google Forms, consisting of 30 items, and analyzed using a frequency distribution formula. Results: 19 (63%) students' knowledge level regarding COVID-19 transmission prevention at the Baitul Hikmah Nursing Academy met the following criteria: good (19%), adequate (9) (30%), and inadequate (2) (7%). Conclusion: The level of student knowledge regarding COVID-19 transmission prevention at the Baitul Hikmah Nursing Academy in Bandar Lampung in 2021 was categorized as good. Recommendation: Further in-depth research should be conducted to examine student attitudes and behaviors regarding COVID-19 transmission prevention.   Keywords: COVID-19; Transmission Prevention; Student Knowledge.   Pendahuluan: Prevalensi Covid-19 di Indonesia 488.000 kasus, Pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang pencegahan penularan Covid-19 berkontribusi untuk memutus mata rantai Covid-19. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui karakteristik tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang pencegahan penularan covid-19 di akademi keperawatan baitul hikmah bandar lampung tahun 2021. Metode: Penelitian bersifat deskriptif menggunakan teknik non random sampling dengan jumlah responden 30 mahasiswa. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi melalui google form yang terdiri dari 30 item pernyataan dengan data dianalisis menggunakan rumus distribusi frekuensi. Hasil: Terdapat kriteria tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang pencegahan penularan Covid-19 di akademi keperawatan baitul hikmah, baik 19 (63%), cukup 9 (30%), kurang 2 (7%) . Simpulan: Gambaran tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang pencegahan penularan Covid-19 di akademi keperawatan baitul hikmah bandar lampung tahun 2021 dalam kategorik baik. Saran: Dapat melakukan penelitian lebih dalam lagi dengan tema melihat sikap atau prilaku mahasiswa tentang pencegahan penularan Covid-19.   Kata Kunci: Covid-19; Pencegahan Penulara; Pengetahuan Mahasiswa.
