Abstract

Developments in information technology have a significant impact on a country cyber resilience. Information technology not only increases the effectiveness of communication and information access, but also strengthens the ability to detect and respond to digital threats through the use of artificial intelligence, big data, and multi-layered security systems. However, technological advances also pose risks such as the spread of hoaxes, data theft, and the increasing frequency of cyberattacks, which can threaten political, economic, and social stability. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review of various relevant sources to analyze the impact of information technology on Indonesia's cyber resilience. The result indicate that increasing digital literacy, updating cybercrime regulations, and strengthening security infrastructure are important factors in creating optimal cyber resilience. Collaborative efforts between the government, the public, and the private sector are needed to leverage information technology as a strategic opportunity, rather than a threat, to national security and resilience.

With globalization and technological advances, the character and identity of Indonesia's younger generation are being strongly influenced. This can threaten national resilience. Civic education is crucial for developing moral citizens who are aware of their rights and obligations, and love their country. This research employed a literature review, using journals as references. Data collection involved searching Google Scholar and publishing or perishing with the keywords civic education and national resilience in the era of globalization from 2021 to 2025. The study shows that civic education helps strengthen national resilience by enhancing national values, character, and understanding of national defense in the era of globalization.

Abstract

National resilience is a dynamic condition that reflects a nation's ability to maintain its survival and sovereignty amidst global challenges. This study aims to examine the role of national insight (wawasan kebangsaan) in forming Indonesia's national resilience through a literature study approach. The results show that national insight functions not only as an ideological concept but also as a moral, social, and cultural foundation that determines the nation's toughness. Social media, formal education, modern social dynamics, religious moderation, and the strengthening of social, economic, and ecological values have proven to play a role in strengthening national identity. The main challenges arise from globalization, digital disinformation, foreign cultural penetration, and weakening social solidarity among the younger generation. This study confirms that strengthening national insight must be carried out through an integrated strategy involving education, government, family, and the digital ecosystem. By managing adaptive and relevant national values, Indonesia's national resilience can be realized more firmly and sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Digital Public Participation (Right of Expression) and Legal Awareness in the context of the ITE Law and the PDP Law in Indonesia. Using a Systematic Literature Review and Thematic Synthesis of 20 articles, it was found that digital participation remains ineffective due to low literacy and infrastructure constraints. Furthermore, there are contradictory perceptions of the ITE Law: on the one hand, it is considered to create cybersecurity, but on the other hand, it is criticized for restricting freedom of expression. A balance between digital rights and obligations has not been achieved, as evidenced by the rampant cases of privacy violations due to negligence on the part of data controllers and a lack of public awareness. Therefore, this study concludes that the key to realizing intelligent and responsible participation is through strengthening the concept of Digital Citizenship, which balances literacy, ethics, and legal compliance.

Abstract

The dense use of digital spaces among Indonesian students poses relevant cybersecurity risks, characterized by low awareness of cybersecurity rights and practices. Studies show that the average cybersecurity awareness score for students is still in the moderate category (79.5%), with practices such as repeated password use being vulnerable to threats. The main objective of this article is to examine the level of student awareness regarding cybersecurity rights, highlight the challenges of implementing digital security, and recommend effective educational strategies and campus policies. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach, identifying and synthesizing findings from accredited national journals through databases such as Google Scholar and Sinta with keywords such as "digital legal awareness" and "cybersecurity rights." The literature results indicate that student awareness is still minimal, especially in understanding the principles of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability, as well as the regulations of the ITE Law. Educational interventions that integrate knowledge, attitudes, and behavior, such as interactive training and the adoption of UNESCO's Global Digital Literacy framework, are highly effective. Therefore, the conclusion of this article emphasizes the need for collaboration between educational institutions, students, and the government to build a secure campus digital ecosystem through policies and advanced educational programs.
