Abstract

The evaluation of the Information Systems Department Student Association is a critical component in ensuring the organization’s success and long-term sustainability. However, the current assessment system relies heavily on subjective judgments and opinions, which may not accurately reflect the actual performance of the organization. Therefore, there is a need to implement a system that can objectively and accurately measure organizational performance over a defined period using the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) method. This approach should include clear success indicators, such as the execution of work programs within the specified timeframe, the achievement of the association’s vision and mission, and the level of member participation in each activity. The final outcome of this research is the development of a web-based Organizational Performance Assessment System that is both effective and accurate. The results of the system’s implementation demonstrate that the KPI method used in the Information System can support systematic performance evaluations and provide measurable, accountable insights into the achievement of organizational goals.mThe system utilizes five key performance indicators: the Scientific Division, the Communication and Information Division (Kominfo), the Regeneration Division, the Public Relations Division (PR), and the Secretarial and Logistics Division (Keslog). Each of these divisions plays a vital role in performance evaluation based on the KPI framework.

Abstract

A medicine is a substance used for diagnosis, pain relief, and for treating or preventing diseases in humans or animals. Medicine in a broad sense is any chemical substance that can affect life processes, so pharmacology is a very broad science. The problem currently faced by Mifta Polewali Mandar Hospital is that all data input and output processes are still done manually, and there is often a shortage or excess of medicines in the pharmacy stockroom during the process of stock procurement, which is an activity to maximise the supply of medicines so that errors do not occur. Errors in stock procurement planning can result in an excess or shortage of medicines. A shortage of medicines can result in less than optimal service to consumers and can affect the pharmacy's profit or revenue. Meanwhile, overstocking results in a lot of expired and wasted medicines because they cannot be returned to the supplier and also requires more space to store medicines. The purpose of this study is to develop a decision support system for drug stock procurement at Mifta Polewali Mandar Hospital and to implement the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in drug stock procurement at Mifta Polewali Mandar Hospital. In this study, the researchers used a type of qualitative research. The results of this study showed that the decision suppo

Abstract

Gisella Farma Pharmacy is a pharmacy that sells a wide variety of medicines. Each type of drug has a different priority level, which causes difficulty in determining priorities for drug procurement. This can lead to a waste of funds and stock buildup, which can be detrimental to the pharmacy. Additionally, in managing drug inventory, regular checks are still required for every request, as there is no real-time information on the amount of drug stock available in the pharmacy. The activity-based costing method is used to assign different priorities to each group of drugs and support drug procurement. Extreme Programming was used in developing this system, with black-box testing as the system testing method. From the results of research using the activity-based costing method: Drug sales data in April showed that 37 items (47.44%) of drugs belonged to class A with a total sales value of 79.54%, 23 items to class B (29.49%) with a total sales value of 15.28%, and 18 items to class C (23.08%) with a total sales value of 5.18%. Drug sales data in May included 31 items (43.06%) of drugs belonging to class A with a total sales value of 79.42%, 21 items to class B (29.17%) with a total sales value of 15.18%, and 20 items to class C (27.78%) with a total sales value of 5.40%. Drug sales data in June showed that 39 items (49.86%) of drugs belonged to class A with a total sales value of 79.42%, 27 items to class B (29.67%) with a total sales value of 15.37%, and 25 items to class C (27.47%) with a total sales value of 5.21%. Drug sales data in July included 40 items (44.94%) of drugs belonging to class A with a total sales value of 79.74%, 24 items to class B (26.97%) with a total sales value of 14.96%, and 25 items to class C (28.09%) with a total sales value of 5.30%.

Abstract

Academic information services are information services that are very important for the academic community, and greatly affect student satisfaction in their use because the management of information data for academics is something that is absolutely necessary for educational institutions such as universities. The purpose of this research is to create a new academic information service that will be developed using chatbots on the WhatsApp application, especially in the UIN Alauddin Makassar Information Systems Study Program. Academic information services were developed to be able to access information for members of the Information Systems study program such as student status (view student status), payment (view payment status), KRS (view KRS status), schedule (view class schedule), IPS (see history IPS), Ipk (see GPA history. The type of research used is applied research with a quantitative approach. System development uses the waterfall method, then the system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) data. The programming language used is JavaScript. System testing with Black box testing.Research conducted to create an academic information service system using chatbots has a good effect of 76.4% on the ease of obtaining inform
