Abstract

Dengan adanya Electronic Voting (e-voting) diharapkan dapat menggantikan sistem pemungutan suara konvensional yang telah ada sebelumnya. Pada sistem e-voting ini menggunakan konsep Pret a Voter yang menggunakan skema paper ballot e-voting. Skema ini menggunakan Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). Skema yang diusulkan menggunakan paper ballot e-voting dengan pertimbangan telah popular di kalangan masyarakat, tetapi didukung oleh protokol enkripsi yang kuat untuk menjamin vote secrecy dan anonymity dari pemilih. Aspek verifiability dari suatu system e-voting juga merupakan hal fundamental. Sistem e-voting menggunakan system protocol mixnets dengan kompleksitas security cukup baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi proses pembuatan naskah, reporter harus kembali ke studio untuk menyetor dan menyusun berita, sementara jauhnya jarak lokasi peliputan dan lamanya proses pengumpulan data berita membuat reporter terlambat menyetor berita. Dengan cara ini tentu belum efektif dan efisien maka diperlukan sistem pembuatan berita secara online untuk memfasilitasi reporter dalam melaksanakan tugasnya menjadi pemburu berita. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi pengelolaan konten program berita info 12 pas Radio Syiar FM UIN Alauddin Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif serta pengembangan aplikasinya menggunakan metode waterfall. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sistem dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, MySQL sebagai basis datanya serta menggunakan metode pengujian Blackbox. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi pengelolaan konten program berita berbasis  website memudahkan Reporter proses pembuatan berita. Serta menghemat waktu Hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan kuesioner terdiri dari 10 pertanyaan dan disebar ke 30 responden diperoleh hasil akhir rata-rata total persentase sebanyak 88,3% artinya responden sangat setuju dengan sistem tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tidak efektif dan efisiennya dalam pelaporan bongkar rampung kwh listrik dan layanan khusus pada PT PLN (Persero) ULP Sengkang khususnya bagian Pelayanan Pelanggan dan Administrasi (PAD) memerlukan data-data laporan yang ada di lima kantor pelayanan dengan turun langsung menyerahkan berita acara yang membutuhkan banyak waktu dan tenaga. Setelah datanya diterima, dilakukan penginputan ulang data yang berukuran besar dalam bentuk hardcopy. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem pelaporan bongkar rampung kwh listrik dan layanan khusus pada PT PLN (Persero) ULP Sengkang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif serta pengembangan aplikasinya menggunakan metode waterfall. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sistem dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, MySQL sebagai basis datanya serta menggunakan metode pengujian Blackbox. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem pelaporan bongkar rampung kwh listrik dan layanan khusus berbasis website memudahkan PT PLN (Persero) ULP Sengkang untuk memeriksa laporan yang masuk dari pegawai yang ada di lima kantor pelayanan yang telah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan fungsinya. Serta menghemat biaya, waktu dan tenaga. Hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan kuesioner terdiri dari 10 pertanyaan dan disebar ke 30 responden diperoleh hasil akhir rata-rata total persentase sebanyak 81,5% artinya responden sangat setuju dengan sistem tersebut.

Abstract

There are many different kinds of plants that can be found anywhere, but we don't know precisely what types and uses they are, so it's good for us to understand these plants. The purpose of this research is to make it easier to find out about plants by designing and building an information system about plant qualifications using QR Code technology combined with the Website application. This type of research used in this research is a qualitative method. Qualitative methods are research methods that are descriptive and tend to use analysis. Process and meaning (subject perspective) are emphasized more in qualitative methods. While the data collection methods used were observation, interviews and literature study. The application planning method used is a waterfall. In contrast, the testing technique used by the author is Black Box testing. The results of this research are in the form of a web-based plant recognition information system to make it easier for administrators to provide information and make it easier for visitors to get plant information. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that this system is running according to the common objectives.

Abstract

CV Anugerah Sejati Prima is a business entity engaged in the sale of goods/tools, selling various kinds of civil engineering laboratory equipment. In providing services to visitors, CV Anugerah Sejati Prima has provided information about the specifications of the offered goods, but as an effort to obtain this information, visitors or potential buyers must come directly to the office or ask for information about the goods or services by telephone. The methodology used in making this system uses the agile method by applying the scrum framework. This application made by using PHP as the programming language by implementing the laravel framework. And by applying blackbox testing and accessibility testing as a system testing method. The result of this information system is that users or potential buyers can get price information and specifications by accessing the website, it can increase visibility and marketing of the CV. The presence of the website can also be used as evidence if CV Anugerah Sejati Prima exists and is trusted. By directing to the website, visitors or potential buyers will find complete information about the company, from the products being sold, the location, to the vision and mission, along with the company's history.

Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) is a technology that is very popular lately and is starting to get busy in Indonesia, marked by various cellphone manufacturers building an IoT ecosystem. IoT can help connect objects such as sensors, vehicles, hospital instruments, household appliances and others. However, connecting these smart devices to the internet network causes various data security problems because internet technology and communication protocols have not been specifically designed to support IoT devices. The leakage of data security through the commercialization of IoT devices, causes privacy problems, threats of cyber-attacks, and organized crime. This paper aims to educate about how data security attacks in IoT and how to overcome them. To achieve this goal, we first discuss various well-known IoT reference models and define security in the context of IoT. Second, identify and classify various IoT attacks and threats. Third, described methods of countermeasures against IoT attacks. In the end, it provides some tips on securing IoT devices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh adanya pengguna disabilitas Makassar yang membutuhkan aplikasi dalam produk dan Jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk membuat desain dalam pemanfaatan Aplikasi GANDEKA.Pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara secara langsung kepada konsumen penyandang disabilitas. Pengumpulan data disabilitas ini berjumlah total ada 30 responden disabilitas .Dimana jenis kelamin responden laki-laki ada sekitar 56.7% dan responden perempuan 43.3% yang melakukan pengumpulan data. Dilakukannya pengumpulan data ini sebagai langkah awal untuk dapat mengidentifikasi seberapa besar keinginan masyarakat umum untuk dapat menggunakan jasa teman-teman disabilitas untuk dapat membantu mengerjakan dan menyelesaikan pekerjaan rumah tangga sehari-hari. Selain itu dapat juga mengidentifikasi seberapa besar keinginan teman-teman disabilitas untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan tambahan yang dapat mereka bisa kerjakan untuk bisa memenuhi kebutuhan hidup mereka sehar-hari.Hasil Penelitian yang diperoleh Berdasarkan data dari 30 responden didapatkan bahwa 30 responden memiliki keinginan dengan kategori "Tinggi" terhadap aplikasi Gandengka.

Abstract

The rapid development of knowledge encourages universities to collaborate on their knowledge in specific expertise field to create an equitable distribution of knowledge. Program of computer science at Bogor Agriculture University (IPB) is a superior expertise in the field of agriculture while Pakuan University (UNPAK) is superior expertise in the field of electronics. The aim of this study was to design a prototype of knowledge management system as the knowledge sharing for learning of inter-universities using Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC) method. The study result was Joomla one kind of Content Management System (CMS) can be used to share knowledge in the form of discussion forums and combining various info from IPB and UNPAK in one interface including news, announcements, agenda, and social media. This CMS also collaborate with applications Electronic Learning System (ELS) Moodle and Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML). ELS Moodle serves as an application in learning of inter-university with the single sign concept which was run in a single interface, while HTML serves as a search engine knowledge by generating external link that combines 2 KMS from IPB and UNPAK into one interface. The conclusion was the knowledge sharing for learning of inter-university can be done with the design of knowledge management system through collaboration three different systems.Keywords: CMS Joomla, ELS Moodle, HTML search engine, KMSLC, Knowledge Management Systems, Prototype

Abstract

The dictionary is one of the instruments that can be used so that language differences are not an interaction obstacle. However, the Bugis Language Dictionary is only available in certain places, such as language centers, and is not widely known by the native Bugis community or outsiders. In addition to the rare number, the Bugis language dictionary is still in the form of a thick book, so it takes a relatively long time to find the desired vocabulary and is felt less effective in its use. With this, the researchers designed an application using the Flutter Framework to help people who want to learn local languages. Flutter is an open-source SDK or framework developed by Google to design or develop an application that will run on Android and iOS operating systems. The development method used is Waterfall, the testing method used to test an application is black-box, and user validation testing uses the System Usability Scale with a total of 47 respondents. This application produces an average SUS score of 74.25 with a grade scale "B" and an adjective ranking value of "Good".

Abstract

Bidan Care Clinic is a health service that provides homecare services in the field of midwifery health. The problem that exists at the Bidan Care Clinic today is the process of ordering homecare services that still use whatsapp, so it is considered still inefficient, because the process of ordering homecare services through the whatsapp application requires communication or feedback between midwives and prospective patients to get information about ordering homecare services. This study aims to design and build a midwifery health service booking information system based on progressive web Application (PWA) at the Bidan Care Clinic. The system built was developed based on PWA because it has several advantages such as a responsive display, automatic update process, can be added to the home screen page without an installation process, the push notification feature and can be accessed again even in offline internet conditions. The system development method used is using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and system testing using the Blackbox and System Usability Scale (SUS) methods. Based on the results of SUS testing that has been done, it shows a result of 80.32 or gets an adjective rating of "Excellent", this shows that the level of usability of this system is feasible and can be applied well to users.
