Abstract

The rapid development of knowledge encourages universities to collaborate on their knowledge in specific expertise field to create an equitable distribution of knowledge. Program of computer science at Bogor Agriculture University (IPB) is a superior expertise in the field of agriculture while Pakuan University (UNPAK) is superior expertise in the field of electronics. The aim of this study was to design a prototype of knowledge management system as the knowledge sharing for learning of inter-universities using Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC) method. The study result was Joomla one kind of Content Management System (CMS) can be used to share knowledge in the form of discussion forums and combining various info from IPB and UNPAK in one interface including news, announcements, agenda, and social media. This CMS also collaborate with applications Electronic Learning System (ELS) Moodle and Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML). ELS Moodle serves as an application in learning of inter-university with the single sign concept which was run in a single interface, while HTML serves as a search engine knowledge by generating external link that combines 2 KMS from IPB and UNPAK into one interface. The conclusion was the knowledge sharing for learning of inter-university can be done with the design of knowledge management system through collaboration three different systems.Keywords: CMS Joomla, ELS Moodle, HTML search engine, KMSLC, Knowledge Management Systems, Prototype

Abstract

The dictionary is one of the instruments that can be used so that language differences are not an interaction obstacle. However, the Bugis Language Dictionary is only available in certain places, such as language centers, and is not widely known by the native Bugis community or outsiders. In addition to the rare number, the Bugis language dictionary is still in the form of a thick book, so it takes a relatively long time to find the desired vocabulary and is felt less effective in its use. With this, the researchers designed an application using the Flutter Framework to help people who want to learn local languages. Flutter is an open-source SDK or framework developed by Google to design or develop an application that will run on Android and iOS operating systems. The development method used is Waterfall, the testing method used to test an application is black-box, and user validation testing uses the System Usability Scale with a total of 47 respondents. This application produces an average SUS score of 74.25 with a grade scale "B" and an adjective ranking value of "Good".

Abstract

Bidan Care Clinic is a health service that provides homecare services in the field of midwifery health. The problem that exists at the Bidan Care Clinic today is the process of ordering homecare services that still use whatsapp, so it is considered still inefficient, because the process of ordering homecare services through the whatsapp application requires communication or feedback between midwives and prospective patients to get information about ordering homecare services. This study aims to design and build a midwifery health service booking information system based on progressive web Application (PWA) at the Bidan Care Clinic. The system built was developed based on PWA because it has several advantages such as a responsive display, automatic update process, can be added to the home screen page without an installation process, the push notification feature and can be accessed again even in offline internet conditions. The system development method used is using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and system testing using the Blackbox and System Usability Scale (SUS) methods. Based on the results of SUS testing that has been done, it shows a result of 80.32 or gets an adjective rating of "Excellent", this shows that the level of usability of this system is feasible and can be applied well to users. Abstract

Utilization of information technology by government institutions also using a monitoring system known as E-Government is an important part of government sustainability. The obstacle faced by each section head is during the process of making monthly reports, where when making monthly reports activities are often not recorded in the agenda book. To overcome this problem, we need a system that can record the daily activities of each section head systematically and accurately. The system that can solve the above problems is a website system, Progressive Web Apps (PWA) is a concept for implementing website creation that applies technology by building applications using the PWA concept which will make web applications run on various platforms such as websites, desktops, and mobile or Android platforms. Based on the percentage value of the question indicators, the System Usability Scale test results were 80.1 and received a "Good" score in the Adjective rating section and received a grade of "B". The method used by the author for this system design research, the Agile Method is a methodology in software development that is based on an iterative work process consisting of agreed rules and solutions.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat memungkinkan seseorang dapat melakukan proses belajar dan mengajar tanpa terbataskan waktu dan tempat, dimanapun dan kapanpun menggunakan Internet. Berdasarkan data dan hasil implementasi dari sistem pembelajaran bahasa pemrograman berbasis online yang telah dibuat untuk program studi Sistem Informasi UIN Alauddin Makassar secara rata-rata / dominan mahasiswa menginginkan adanya sistem pembelajaran untuk bahasa pemrograman secara online. Karena berkaitan dengan infrastruktur yang dimiliki mahasiwa baik dari segi smartphone, laptop, paket data internet yang dimiliki bahkan mempunya lebih dari 2 smartphone. Sehingga ini memungkinkan dapat dilakukannya atau diterapkannya pembelajaran / praktikum bahasa pemrograman secara online. Selain dari pada itu mereka lebih cepat dan mudah memahami jika pembelajaran bahasa pemrograman dalam bentuk visual seperti gambar, video, forum diskusi, dan training code program.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran, E-Learning System, UIN Alauddin Makassar

Abstract

Dinas Pariwisata Kota Makassar merupakan unsur pelaksana urusan pemerintahan pada bidang pariwisata yang menjadi kewenangan daerah. Salah satu tugas yang dilaksanakan adalah menyediakan transportasi untuk mengakses tempat wisata yang ada di Kota Makassar khususnya di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Terdapat beberapa kendala salah satunya ialah pada saat peminjam melakukan permohonan peminjaman kendaraan, memakan waktu berhari-hari sampai disetujui oleh Kepala Dinas Pariwisata Kota Makassar. Selain itu peminjam tidak dapat melakukan pelacakan surat permohonan yang diajukan. Hal inilah yang membuat peneliti ingin membuat sebuah sistem Perancangan dan Implementasi Sistem Layanan Umum Reservasi Peminjaman Bus Pada Dinas Pariwisata Kota Makassar Berbasis Website. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, dan wawancara. Sistem ini mencakup beberapa konten yaitu peminjaman kendaraan, monitoring surat, approval, user dan invoice. Perancangan dan Implementasi Sistem Layanan Umum Reservasi Peminjaman Bus Pada Dinas Pariwisata Kota Makassar Berbasis Website ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, Framework Codeigniter dan MySQL sebagai basis datanya. Sistem ini menggunakan metode pengujian Blackbox. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat memudahkan dalam peminjaman kendaraan, monitoring surat dan manajemen kendaraan.

Abstract

Gisella Farma Pharmacy is a pharmacy that sells a wide variety of medicines. Each type of drug has a different priority level, which causes difficulty in determining priorities for drug procurement. This can lead to a waste of funds and stock buildup, which can be detrimental to the pharmacy. Additionally, in managing drug inventory, regular checks are still required for every request, as there is no real-time information on the amount of drug stock available in the pharmacy. The activity-based costing method is used to assign different priorities to each group of drugs and support drug procurement. Extreme Programming was used in developing this system, with black-box testing as the system testing method. From the results of research using the activity-based costing method: Drug sales data in April showed that 37 items (47.44%) of drugs belonged to class A with a total sales value of 79.54%, 23 items to class B (29.49%) with a total sales value of 15.28%, and 18 items to class C (23.08%) with a total sales value of 5.18%. Drug sales data in May included 31 items (43.06%) of drugs belonging to class A with a total sales value of 79.42%, 21 items to class B (29.17%) with a total sales value of 15.18%, and 20 items to class C (27.78%) with a total sales value of 5.40%. Drug sales data in June showed that 39 items (49.86%) of drugs belonged to class A with a total sales value of 79.42%, 27 items to class B (29.67%) with a total sales value of 15.37%, and 25 items to class C (27.47%) with a total sales value of 5.21%. Drug sales data in July included 40 items (44.94%) of drugs belonging to class A with a total sales value of 79.74%, 24 items to class B (26.97%) with a total sales value of 14.96%, and 25 items to class C (28.09%) with a total sales value of 5.30%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of the Kampili Community Health Center in managing medical record data which is still done manually, thus complicating the analysis process and medical decision-making. This study aims to design and build a web-based medical record data clustering system using the K-Means algorithm. This system is expected to assist the community health center in grouping patient data based on attributes such as disease type, address, gender, age, and number of cases, thereby facilitating the identification of disease patterns. The study uses the Lean Software Development (LSD) development method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and literature studies. System testing was conducted using the Blackbox method and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results showed that the system was successfully implemented and was able to group data effectively, facilitate information retrieval, and produce accurate cluster visualizations. This system obtained a usability score of 84.3 on the SUS scale, which is included in the "Excellent" category with an A rating. This indicates that the application is easy to understand and use by users, and is useful in supporting decision-making in the field of public health.

Abstract

Penanganan masalah sampah di Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara masih menghadapi banyak kendala. Kebiasaan masyarakat membuang sampah sembarangan dan kurangnya kemauan untuk mengelola sampah dari kegiatan industri dan rumah tangga telah menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan, baik dari sampah organik maupun non-organik, Kondisi tersebut terjadi karena kurangnya pengawasan pemerintah dalam penanganan sampah sampah sering terlihat berserakan di luar tempat pembuangan sampah (TPS) atau di pinggir jalan, dan tidak diangkut sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan. Meskipun TPS sudah mencapai kapasitas penuh dan tidak lagi mampu menampung sampah dari masyarakat setempat, pengelolaan sampah di daerah tersebut masih menunjukkan efektivitas yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengawasan pemerintah dalam penanganan sampah di Desa Sogu Kecamatan Monano Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan  adalah: Teknik Observasi, Wawancara dan pencatatan data sekunder. Sesuai dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan, maka teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dilihat dari dimensi langkah-langkah pemerintah desa, Dilihat dari aspek penentuan pengukuran pelaksanaan penanganan sampah masih kurang dilakukan, Dilihat dari aspek pengambilan tindakan masih kurang dilakukan, karena pemerintah desa selama ini hanya sebatas memberikan himbauan atau perintah agar selalu menjaga kebersihan, Secara keseluruahn penelitian mengenai pengawasan pemerintah dalam penanganan sampah di Desa Sogu Kecamatan Monano Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara yang dilihat dari langkah-langkah pemerintah.
