Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of GDP, interest rates, CPI and the number of deposits on demand for venture capital credit at state banks in Riau simultaneously and partially. The data used is secondary data sourced from Bank Indonesia North Sumatra variables, namely GDP, Interest Rates, CPI and Total Capital Savings and Loans of North Sumatra Province, on a quarterly basis from 2003 to 2011. Data analysis was carried out using OLS (Ordinary Least Square) with multiple linear regression models estimated with the help of the Eviews 5.1 program. The results of the research can be concluded that simultaneously the variable co-GDP constant change, consumer price index, interest rates, and the amount of savings have a significant effect on credit demand in the capital city of Riau Province. Furthermore, it is partially concluded that the GDP variable and the number of deposits have a positive effect on capital credit demand, while the CPI and KPR interest rate variables have a negative effect on credit demand in the capital city of Riau Province. The research results also show that the most dominant variable influencing credit demand in the capital province of Riau is the number of deposits.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of net domestic product and SBI on tax revenue in Indonesia with the independent variables net domestic product and SBI as well as the dependent variable tax revenue. The data is time series data between 1911 – 2023 using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method and the formula model used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that clean domestic product has a positive and significant effect on tax revenues in Indonesia at the 99% level. Meanwhile, SBI has a negative and significant influence on tax revenues in Indonesia at a level of 90%.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of economic variables that can explain changes or variations in the inflation rate on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) as the dependent variable. The explanatory (independent) variables used as controls are SBI, nominal interest rate spread (SBI) and the value of the rupiah against the US dollar. Based on these results, according to the specific objectives of the equation II model, it is recommended that economic actors can use the SBI interest rate spread as an indicator of variations in the CPI inflation rate at 8 and 12 month intervals, provided that the level of explanation obtained does not yet show an optimal value.

Abstract

Preparing a good budget should use bottom-up principles involving various levels of positions in each department in a company. This will be better because you can expect various input from subordinates to determine the performance targets you want to achieve in a certain period or time period. Pirngadi Hospital is a Government General Hospital in the city of Ambon. Managing Health Equipment Expenditures requires an appropriate budget in terms of planning and use. Cases of reusing or recycling medical equipment or using reconditioned medical equipment in 2023 indicate that budget management is not being used appropriately. Without organizational commitment, participation will have no effect on managerial performance. Participation with influential commitment will improve managerial performance. The system of organizational commitment and giving rewards to parties involved in preparing the budget is quite interesting. The sample was selected using the Census method, where 32 people were selected from the sample members who were in the operations and purchasing of health equipment. Pirngadi Ambon General Hospital was all taken for survey. This was done because of the limitations of the sample taken so that the entire Operations (Engineering) and equipment purchasing (planning) sections were taken which were directly involved in planning and budget preparation. Data were processed using SPSS version 17 software with a linear regression method using moderating variables. Data analysis was carried out using a regression approach using moderating variables with an alpha level of 0.05 (5%) meaning below 0.05 (t-value 0.05) so each variable has a significant effect. Partial correlation testing using the t-test shows that the organizational commitment variable has an influence on the relationship between participation in budget preparation and managerial performance. Simultaneous testing is carried out with the F-test (F-value 0.05) or 0.000, so all variables together have a significant effect. The results show that there is a simultaneous influence of organizational commitment and rewards on the relationship between participation in budget preparation and managerial performance.
