Abstract

An abstract is a brief Route optimization and cargo optimization have a role in efforts to streamline the company's operational logistics activities. There are 5 routes on PT Temas Shipping, the results of the research are one route that dominates the least cargo, especially on the Sumatra route dominated by the skinny route or the least cargo. The method used is Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) with Simulated Annealing (SA) approach. Based on the results of research based on MATLAB software, it can be found that the results of the comparison of the minimum optimization value between alternative ships and existing conditions, namely ship alternative 1 with a difference in the value of 10.16% (existing conditions ship 0. 117 tons and alternative ships 0.116 tons) in the existing condition of the ship, alternative ship 2 with a difference value of 406.56% (existing condition of the ship 0.7 tons and alternative ship 0.03 tons) in the existing condition of the ship In the existing condition of the ship. While testing the route using simulated annealing obtained the results of alternative route 1 with a smaller optimization value with a difference of 0.78% (Existing condition route of 1,424 Nm and Alternative route of 1,346 Nm) than the existing condition route..

Abstract

Company X, which operates in the e-commerce sector, provides end-to-end logistics services, including supply chain management, distribution, transportation, and storage. Currently, the company faces challenges in achieving inbound KPI targets due to a lack of communication regarding standard operating procedures (SOPs), resulting in slow and time-consuming inbound processes. This study aims to analyze the entire inbound process at Company X’s bulky warehouse using Lean Warehousing and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) techniques. The findings show improvements in time efficiency, with Value Added (VA) time decreasing from 210 minutes to 165 minutes, Non-Value Added (NVA) time reduced from 135 minutes to 25 minutes, and Necessary Non-Value Added (NNVA) time reduced from 105 minutes to 50 minutes after implementing VSM. By applying VSM and improvements using streamlining tools, Company X successfully enhanced time efficiency and reduced waste in the inbound process.

Abstract

PT. DPM is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of bodies, motorcycle spare parts (2 wheels) and cars (4 wheels). The company handles several types of parts on cars focused on the stamping area, in this study analyzing part quality control in the Box Fuel Inlet sub-group. During the production process there are known problems, namely the existence of defects or defects in the accuracy of clearance or gaps. This shows that the quality of goods is not optimal in the Box Fuel Inlet sub-group. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out an analysis of quality control in order to be able to reduce the number of defects or to produce zero defects. The method used in this study uses Six Sigma with DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) stages and to determine critical points or failure modes with the highest risk value to provide recommendations or recommended actions. The results showed that the highest defect was found in the D30 Fuel Inlet Box with a total defect of 31 pcs. The Capability Process (CP) calculation shows that the three Box Fuel Inlet sub-groups are below the normal limit

Abstract

Transportation problems greatly affect the growth of community mobility, land use as a support for transportation. The purpose of this study is to determine the potential for implementing Transit Oriented Development (TOD) so that it is easily accessible to commuter line service users and makes it easier to transfer modes, the analysis method uses PTV Vissim software, SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences), Geoffrey's statistical test E. Havers (GEH). Jalan Margonda Raya 2023 (Existing) is known to have a Level Of Service C with an average free flow speed of 45.39 Km/hour with a capacity of 4086.72 cur/hour, the degree of saturation (DS) value is 0.7 . the results of the calculation of stopped vehicles, obtained an average value of 0.99 seconds for stopped vehicles, a minimum value of 0.99 seconds, and a maximum value of 0.99 seconds. From the results of calculating vehicle speed, an average value of 21.51 km/hour is obtained, a minimum value of 21.51 km/hour and a maximum value of 21.51 km/hour. All GEH calculated values generated from data are smaller than 5 (<5 GEH) means that there is no significant difference for the data pair and the model is declared valid. The application of TOD at the new Depok station is reviewed from 8 aspects of TOD. It is considered to have the potential to apply Transit Oriented Development.

Abstract

The role of ocean transport is essential to economic, social, government, defense and security for island areas like Indonesia. Indonesia is rich in islands that own more vast oceans than land. With Indonesia's harbor one of the key functions in assisting with the mobility of products and consumer goods from around the world. Sunda coconut harbor was established in 1527 and was operating from the 5th century onward, having an area of 1,760 acres [760 ha] and a pool of 16,470 acres [16,470 ha], the main harbor having an area of 12,700 feet [3,250 m] long and an area of 1,200 feet [1,200 m]. With the decision made by the sea crossing UM.002/3818/DJPL-11 on the harbor's standard operating service as one way to increase sea transport infrastructure, there should be an evaluation of the quality of operating performance of one of the harbor's oil plants. The harbor's operational performance of operations can be done by analysis by the drill method (berth hesancy ratio), BTP (berth the troughtput), BT (Berthing Time), YOR (yard sixancy ratio), ytp (yard throughput), TSH (ton of ship hour), sor (shed camp any ratio). Analysis explains that the 2000 ships' 2022 visit with the flow of ships, berthing time in 2022 73.52 hours. The performance of using the pier in march-december was (81.17%) in 2022 was too high to be compared with government standards. D productivity.

Abstract

Along with the development of transportation, demand for transportation is also increasing every year, which will indirectly increase the risk of growing traffic problems, such as accidents. According to data from PT. Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, obtained information that in the last three years there have been 525 incidents of accidents on lane A and 516 incidents of accidents on lane B. This study aims to analyze the location of accidents in accident-prone areas (black sites) on the Jakarta - Cikampek toll road by take advantage of Geographic Information Systems. It is hoped that the mapping of accident-prone areas (black sites) will serve as information as well as input to see traffic problems and also to overcome these problems for related agencies. Calling accident-prone areas (black sites) in this study uses the Z-Score statistical method. From the results of the study it was concluded that in lane A there are 13 roads which are accidentprone areas and 19 roads which are not accident-prone areas. Meanwhile, in lane B there are 14 road sections which are accident-prone areas and 18 road sections which are non-accident-prone areas during the vulnerable period from 2020 to 2022.
