Abstract

This service aims to develop digital literacy-based MSMEs for Kawal Kelurahan business actors, Bintan Regency. One of the SMEs in the Kawal sub-district is the Dimas Banana Chips UMKM. The methods in this service are surveys, training and direct assistance in the field with the aim of MSME owners having new knowledge about digitizing MSMEs that every MSMEs should have done and used this digital literacy, which can be obtained at low cost and free of charge

Abstract

This service aims to analyze more deeply regarding the application of digital cash books to MSMEs. The digital cash book used is the BukuKas application which can be accessed via an Android phone and downloaded from the playstore. This service was carried out for Bu Mitro's Kerupuk UMKM which is located on Jalan H. Agus Salim, West Tanjungpinang Village, West Tanjungpinang District, Tanjungpinang City. By using the BukuKas application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for Kerupuk Bu Mitro's MSMEs to know their financial management so that these MSMEs are able to continue to survive even during this difficult pandemic. This community service activity yielded the result that recording a digital cash book with the BukuKas application was very easy to implement and useful in helping Kerupuk Bu Mitro's UMKM in managing their finances

Abstract

This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to find out the implementation of the opening with the application of Daily Financial Records in UMKM Malay Buffet Restaurant 7 West Tanjungpinang Village. Using the Daily Financial Records application can make it easier for business owners to record transactions quickly and easily. Simply by inputting transaction data such as sales, expenses and payables/receivables into the features available in the application, a transaction report has been generated and can be downloaded in PDF or Excel format according to the required date. The reports that can be downloaded include: Profit and Loss Reports, Accounts Payable Reports, and Customer Reports. The method of implementing the activities used in this PKM is a qualitative descriptive assumption method, data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The result of this PKM activity is that UKM Malay Buffet Restaurant 7 has been given an explanation on the use of digital financial report bookkeeping with the Daily Financial Record Application media and made brochures as information media in understanding how to use the daily financial record application
