Abstract

Children are a valuable asset of a nation. Pre-school age is 3-5 years, most of the body’s systems are mature, stable and can adapt to environmental changes.. The prevalence of emotional and behavioral disorders in pre-school children is quite high, namely 34.10%. The main factor for children’s emotional development problem is the mother’s age during pregnancy. The type of research used observational research with analytic survey research methods. The research design used a cross-sectional study. The research subjects were all patients who came clinic. Conducted from October 2022 to December 2022 at TPMB Denny's Bojonegoro. The sample of this research 74 respondents. The analysis used is chi square and multiple logistic regression. The results of the study showed that 37 respondents (50%) were aged <20 years during pregnancy and 39 (53%) children aged 3-5 years were abnormal. Based on the results of the Chi Square test, the Asimp Sig value was 0.009. Because the value of Asimp Sig 0.009 smaller than 0.05, so it is concluded that H1 is accepted, which means “there is a significant relationship between maternal age during pregnancy and the emotional development of children aged 3-5 years". Things that can be recommended for adolescents, families, and health workers to pay attention to the age of the mother during pregnancy so as to avoid emotional disturbances for children aged 3-5 years by making a pregnancy program aged 20-35 years or if married at a young age can delay pregnancy until adulthood 20-35 years old.

Abstract

Patients undergoing hemodialysis cause a lack of control over daily and social life activities, loss of independence, early retirement, and financial pressures. This causes the patient's quality of life to decrease because patients not only face health problems related to chronic kidney disease but also related to lifelong therapy. Self-efficacy is very important for patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis, namely to maintain their survival. The method of this study was correlational using the simple random sampling technique and the number of samples was 78 chronic kidney disease patients in the hemodialysis room at Lavalette Hospital. The analysis technique uses the sperman rho test. The test results using the sperman rho test obtained a value of p <0.05, namely p = 0.005, which means that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) at Lavalette Hospital Malang.

Abstract

Diarrhea is a disease characterized by defecation more than three times a day with changes in the form and consistency of loose stools which may be accompanied by vomiting or bloody stools. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between environmental indicators on the household PHBS concept, namely the use of clean water, CPTS behavior and the use of healthy latrines with the incidence of diarrhea in RW 02 Blandongan Village, Pasuruan City. The research method is a correlative descriptive using a contingent coefficient test to determine the correlation between variables. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire with a crosssectional approach. The number of samples is 148 respondents with random sampling. Based on the descriptive analysis, it was found that 17 families experienced diarrhea. Based on the correlation analysis, it is known that the strength of the relationship between the independent variables and the incidence of diarrhea is the dependent variable, namely the use of clean water has no significant correlation with very weak relationship strength (C = 0.049), CTPS behavior has a significant correlation with very moderate relationship strength (C = 0.424) and the use of healthy latrines did not have a significant correlation with very weak relationship strength (C = 0.014). The conclusion of this study is that the behavior of washing hands with soap and running water (CTPS) has a significant correlation with the incidence of diarrhea. While the use of clean water and the use of healthy latrines have no significant relationship with the incidence of diarrhea in RW 02 Blandongan Village, Pasuruan City
