Abstract

 Abstract An increase in the number of elderly people in Indonesia causes health problems associated with the elderly. According to Stanley (2006), one of the problems we can see to be a phenomenon in the elderly is stress. Stress gives a total impact of the individual is physical, social, intellectual, psychological and spiritual. One of the stress management that is Laughing Therapy combined with muscle relaxation. This is because the effects caused by stress not only cause psychological changes in the elderly but also on physical changes. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the provision of laughing therapy and muscle relaxation as stress management in the elderly. This research uses Quasy Experiment Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design method. Number of respondents were 40 respondents divided into control and treatment groups according to inclusion criteria, Respondents were given laughing therapy and muscle relaxation as much as 6 meetings in 3 weeks. Stress level gauge used is PSS (Percieved Stress Scale). The results of the study were 13 (65%) suffered from moderate stress. In the treatment group, 14 (70%) had mild stress. Analysis of research data using T-Test Paired with pvalue = 0,049 (a <0,05) which means there is giving of laughing therapy and muscle relaxation as stress management at elderly.Keywords: elderly, Laughing Theraphy, stress Abstrak Peningkatan jumlah lansia di Indonesia menyebabkan masalah kesehatan yang berhubungan dengan lansia. Menurut Stanley (2006), salah satu permasalahan yang dapat kita lihat menjadi fenomena pada lansia adalah stres. stres memberikan dampak secara total individu yaitu fisik, sosial, intelektual, psikologis dan spiritual. Salah satu manajemen stres yaitu laughing therapy dikombinasi dengan relaksasi otot. Hal ini disebabkan karena dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat stres tidak hanya menyebabkan perubahan secara psikologis lansia tetapi juga pada perubahan fisik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektifitas pemberian laughing therapy dan relaksasi otot Sebagai Manajemen Stres pada Lansia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasy Eksperimen Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Jumlah responden yaitu 40 responden yang dibagi menjadi kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi, Responden diberikan laughing therapy dan relaksasi otot sebanyak 6 kali pertemuan dalam 3 minggu. Alat ukur tingkat stres yang digunakan yaitu PSS (Percieved Stress Scale). Hasil penelitian didapatkan pada kelompok kontrol terdapat 13 (65%) yang mengalami stres sedang, pada kelompok perlakuan terdapat 14 (70%) yang mengalami stres ringan. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji T Test Berpasangan dengan hasil pvalue = 0,049 (a < 0,05) yang artinya terdapat pemberian laughing therapy dan relaksasi otot sebagai manajemen stres pada lansia.Kata Kunci: Lansia, Terapi tertawa, stres

Abstract

Memasuki lingkungan baru di pondok pesantren bagi remaja dapat menjadi sebuah stimulus yang menyebabkan munculnya berbagai permasalahan, salah satunya adalah stres. Hal ini membuat remaja harus mampu menyesuaikan diri agar dapat bertahan dan dapat menyelesaikan pendidikannya di Sekolah Pondok Pesantren. Kegagalan dalam beradaptasi dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan kepribadian remaja yang dapat memicu timbulnya perilaku negatif. Pemberian Group Discussion Therapy digunakan untuk menurunkan stres dengan memberi pemahaman tentang masalah yang dihadapi remaja melalui kegiatan kelompok untuk membantu pemecahan masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas group discussion therapy terhadap stres remaja di MTs. Pesantren Al – Amin Mojokerto. Desain penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperimental pre-post test with control group. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 22 remaja yang mengalami stress yang terdiri dari 11 remaja diberikan group discussion therapy sebanyak 3 sesi dengan durasi 90 menit setiap sesinya dan 11 remaja sebagai kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Perceived Scale Stress. Pengambilan data dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian terapi kemudian membandingkan hasil antara kedua kelompok. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan penurunan skor stres pada kelompok remaja yang mendapatkan group discussion therapy lebih tinggi secara bermakna (p-value < 0,05) dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol.Kata Kunci : Stres, remaja, group discussion therapy

Abstract

Abstrak Masalah kesehatan jiwa yang ada dimasyarakat dapat berdampak pada individu, keluarga dan masyarakat itu sendiri. Kemampuan perawat harus ditingkatkan agar dapat memberikan pelayanan keperawatan jiwa kepada pasien gangguan jiwa sehingga menjadi mandiri dan produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kemampuan perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan jiwa. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling dan didapatkan jumlah responden sesuai kriteria adalah 18 responden. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara usia (p=0,047, p<a), lama programmer (p=0,002, p<a) dan masa kerja (p=0,022, p<a) dengan kemampuan perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan kesehatan jiwa. Diharapkan perawat pemegang program jiwa mampu meningkatkan peran dan fungsinya dalam merawat pasien gangguan jiwa, sehingga membantu klien untuk mempertahankan fungsinya dan memandirikan klien dikomunitas.Kata Kunci : perawat, kesehatan jiwa, pelayanan keperawatan

Abstract

Abstrak Peningkatan jumlah penduduk lansia akan membawa dampak terhadap sosial ekonomi baik dalam keluarga, masyarakat maupun pemerintah. Hal ini disebabkan karena kemunduran fisik dan psikis pada lansia. Sehingga diperlukan upaya yang berkesinambungan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup yang optimal pada lansia melalui posyandu lansia. Pelaksanaan posyandu lansia yang tidak optimal dapat menyebabkan berkurangnya partisipasi dan pemanfaatan layanan oleh lansia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui optimalisasi posyandu lansia terhadap partisipasi lansia dan kualitas hidup lansia dalam posyandu lansia. Desain yang digunakan pre eksperimental dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 34 lansia. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner Short Form 36 (SF 36) yang digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas hidup lansia, sedangkan pengumpulan data partisipasi lansia menggunakan teknik observasi status kehadiran lansia selama pelaksanaan posyandu lansia. Teknik statistik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara partisipasi lansia mengikuti posyandu (ρ = 0,000) dan kualitas hidup lansia (ρ = 0,000) sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan kegiatan optimalisasi program posyandu lansia. diharapkan Puskesmas bersama masyarakat melakukan upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan partisipasi lansia datang ke posyandu lansia dengan mengoptimalkan pelayanan posyandu lansia dengan berbagai program kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia agar lebih sehat dan sejahtera.Kata kunci : Posyandu Lansia, Kualitas Hidup, Partisipasi, Lansia Abstract An increase in the number of elderly people will have an impact on socio-economics both in families, communities and government. This is due to physical and psychological deterioration in the elderly. So that continuous efforts are needed to improve the optimal quality of life for the elderly through the elderly posyandu. The implementation of posyandu for seniors that is not optimal can lead to reduced participation and utilization of services by the elderly. This study aims to determine the optimization of the elderly posyandu on the participation of the elderly and the quality of life of the elderly in the elderly posyandu. The design was used pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. Samples were taken using purposive sampling with a sample of 34 elderly. Collecting data using the Short Form 36 (SF 36) questionnaire sheet was used to measure the quality of life of the elderly, while the elderly participation data collection used observation techniques for the presence status of the elderly during the elderly posyandu implementation. The statistical technique used to analyze data is the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that there were significant differences between the participation of the elderly in posyandu (ρ = 0,000) and the quality of life of the elderly (ρ = 0,000) before and after the implementation of the posyandu program optimization for the elderly. It is expected that the Puskesmas together with the community will make efforts to increase the participation of the elderly to come to the posyandu for the elderly by optimizing the posyandu service for the elderly with various programs that can improve the quality of life of the elderly to be healthier and more prosperous..Keywords : Elderly Posyandu, Quality of Life, Participation, Elderly

Abstract

Adolescence is a developmental period marked by physical changes,cognitive and social that can contribute to the emergence of social problems due tothe lack of social skills. Therefore we need therapy social skills training to improvetheir social competence so that the adolescent self-esteem increased in order tobuild and maintain positive relationships with the surrounding environment andfriends. This study aims to determine the effect of social skills therapy trainning toself-esteem and aggressive behavior of adolescents with interpersonal modelsapproach Peplau. The research design is quasi-experimental pre-post test withcontrol group. The sampling technique is Proportionate Stratified RandomSampling with 26 samples obtained for the treatment group and 26 samples for thecontrol group. the results showed that the therapy social skills training andcounseling can improve self-esteem and decrease aggressive behavior. the resultsshowed an increase in self-esteem and a decrease in aggressive behavior in thegroup receiving social skills training therapy were significantly higher (pvalue<0.05) compared with the control group. In addition there was no associationfound between self-esteem and aggressive behavior of adolescents. Peplauapproach will make it easier to interact with aggressive adolescents so that therapyis more effective SST.

Abstract

Abstract

One of activity that contributed to non-specific low back pain (LBP) is prolonged sitting. Therapeutic exercise that commonly used for management of non-specific LBP is McKenzie method while the Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) exercise was rarely used for non-specific LBP. The purpose of the study is to find the effect of PNF and McKenzie method in lumbar range of motion (ROM) on non-specific LBP. A quasi-experimental study involving 36 subjects (students and staffs) from the university population. The subjects were assigned to three treatment groups: PNF group, McKenzie group and control group (hot pack and educational home exercise sheet) which underwent 12 treatment sessions distributed over three times in a week for four weeks duration. Subjects were measured on lumbar flexion and extension ROM by modified schober method. Measurement was performed at three points: pre-test, mid-test and post-test. The within-between groups repeated measures ANOVA were used to analyse the effectiveness of PNF and McKenzie treatments based on the measurement time. This study showed each treatment has significant improvement lumbar flexion ROM (p<0.05) and extension ROM (p<0.05) after 4 weeks. However, there is no significant difference between PNF and McKenzie method in increasing lumbar flexion ROM (p=0.100) and extension ROM (p=0.127) after 4 weeks. The study findings showed that the PNF exercise and McKenzie method has no difference in improving of lumbar ROM on non-specific LBP subjects.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of the drill method in increasing learning motivation for Jurisprudence for Class VII students. 5 MTs. As'adiyah Puteri II, Sengkang Center, Wajo Regency The main problem studied is the application of the drill method to fiqh subjects and students' learning motivation. This study aims to determine the application of the drill method, how students learn, and how the application of the drill method increases student motivation in MTs. As'adiyah Puteri II, Sengkang Center, Wajo Regency To examine these problems, in this study the authors used descriptive qualitative methods. The approach used is an educational and psychological approach. Through library and field research as well as data collection techniques, the authors conducted observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study stated that learning fiqh using the drill-and-kill method can be seen from the way students learn, most of whom are enthusiastic in responding to each piece of the material taught when participating in the learning process. By using the drill-and-kill method, students can easily understand the subject matter presented. To increase students' learning motivation, subject teachers should often give praise or awards so that students are more enthusiastic about participating in the learning process.

Abstract

This paper discusses the role of teachers as facilitators in the learning process of Islamic religious education in state elementary schools. The main problem is what the reality is in the Islamic religious education learning process at Public Elementary School 91 Pammana. What are the factors that hinder the teacher's role as a facilitator in the Islamic Religious Education learning process, and what is the teacher's role as a facilitator in the Islamic Religious Education learning process? The author uses a qualitative descriptive research method in the form of written words from previously determined people. Meanwhile, for data collection, namely field research, the authors conducted interviews with school principals, Islamic religious education teachers, and students. The reality discovered by researchers in the field, namely the reality that occurred in the Islamic Religious Education learning process at Public Elementary School 91 Pammana in Wajo Regency in the pre-Covid-19 period when face-to-face learning was still implemented for lower grades, such as grades II and III, teachers Sometimes it still dominates learning, or it could be said that learning is still teacher-centered. For high classes, such as classes IV and V, the teacher has acted as a facilitator. During the COVID-19 pandemic, learning is done online or from home. Factors inhibiting the role of teachers as facilitators in the Islamic Religious Education learning process at Public Elementary School 91 Pammana in Wajo Regency: there are two inhibiting factors, including internal factors, in the form of the teacher's old habits in teaching. Meanwhile, external factors include the lack of supporting facilities owned by the school. The teacher's role as a facilitator in the learning process has been implemented, but it is not perfect.

Abstract

This article examines the impact of the implementation of moral aqidah learning outcomes on student discipline. The problem in this paper is: how is the subject of Aqidah Akhlak taught at MTs Daarul Qur'an Pajalele, Tellusiatinge District, Bone Regency? How is the discipline in the class of students at MTs Daarul Qur'an Pajalele, Tellusiatinge District, Bone Regency? And how are the results of moral learning implemented in the formation of discipline in the class of students at MTs Daarul Qur'an Pajalele, Tellusiatinge District, Bone Regency? To answer these problems, researchers conducted qualitative research with educational, psychological, and sociological approaches. The data collection methods are in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out in inductive, deductive, and comparative forms. The results of the research show that the implementation of Aqidah Akhlak learning outcomes in the formation of discipline in the class of students at MTs Daarul Qur'an Pajalele, Tellusiatinge District, Bone Regency, is not significant. Because student discipline in class is still lacking, for example, arriving late, still talking when the teacher explains, and there are still students who are late entering when the bell rings. Meanwhile, one of the objectives of learning Aqidah Akhlak is to form the character of students who are obedient and respectful to teachers.
