Abstract

This study evaluates how effective the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) Program is in addressing poverty in Mataram City. This study focuses on the impact of BLT on the economic, social, and psychological conditions of recipients, and assesses technical obstacles that arise in the implementation of the program, such as mistargeting, lack of supervision, and suboptimal use of funds. Using qualitative and quantitative approaches, data were obtained from field observations, interviews, and official documents. The findings of this study indicate that although BLT provides short-term benefits in maintaining purchasing power and a sense of security for the community, this program has not succeeded in creating sustainable economic independence without the support of education and empowerment. This study recommends that BLT be integrated with economic empowerment programs and increased accountability and routine evaluation as a strategy to strengthen poverty alleviation programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak tata kelola bantuan sosial dan transparansi anggaran terhadap efektivitas penanggulangan kemiskinan di wilayah perkotaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR), yang dilakukan melalui identifikasi, evaluasi, dan interpretasi sistematis terhadap literatur ilmiah relevan dalam lima tahun terakhir. Sumber data diperoleh dari database Dimensions dan Scopus, dengan kriteria seleksi yang memastikan keterkinian dan relevansi terhadap topik penelitian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas program bantuan sosial di perkotaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas tata kelola, akuntabilitas fiskal, dan kapasitas kelembagaan lokal. Ketimpangan struktural, kelemahan dalam penargetan, dan keterbatasan regulasi menjadi penghambat utama keberhasilan program. Di sisi lain, transparansi anggaran terbukti mendorong partisipasi publik, mengurangi potensi korupsi, serta memperkuat akuntabilitas sosial. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi antara tata kelola yang inklusif, pemanfaatan data demografis, dan inovasi teknologi berbasis konteks lokal. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual bagi perumusan kebijakan sosial yang lebih adaptif dan berkeadilan dalam konteks urban.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of social protection programs in reducing multidimensional poverty by emphasizing the importance of sensitivity to local context and intersectionality. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach is used to critically examine research results from the Dimensions and Scopus databases over the past five years (2020–2025). The analysis focuses on studies that explicitly discuss the impact of social protection on non-monetary dimensions of poverty, taking into account regional, gender, age differences, and structural factors that influence implementation. The results show that although social protection programs contribute significantly to reducing deprivation, their effectiveness is greatly influenced by program design, targeting mechanisms, and adaptation to the specific needs of vulnerable groups. The gap between design and implementation, as well as the lack of integration of gender-based and contextual approaches, are key challenges. This study recommends developing policies based on microregional data that are responsive to local and social dynamics, to ensure more inclusive and sustainable interventions. The findings provide conceptualization and practicality for policymakers in designing equitable and evidence-based social interventions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to dynamically evaluate the relationship between extreme weather shocks and energy sustainability in shaping climate-vulnerable poverty among rural women communities. Although studies on climate poverty, gender inequality, and energy access have developed, the literature is still lacking in systematically integrating the three. This study employs a qualitative method using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach on scientific publications over the past six years (2020–2025) obtained from the Dimensions and Scopus databases. Inclusion criteria were established to ensure the relevance and quality of the reviewed literature. The synthesis results indicate that rural women's resilience to climate impacts is significantly influenced by structural limitations, including social exclusion, unequal access to energy, and weak institutional capacity. Access to clean energy is a key determinant in strengthening socio-ecological adaptation, but its unequal distribution creates a complex ecosystem of vulnerability. This study recommends the need to develop gender-sensitive and community-based renewable energy intervention models. The main contribution of this research lies in the integration of three dimensions of vulnerability into a single evaluative framework, which is expected to enrich academic discourse and support inclusive policies based on climate justice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Upaya Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam Meningkatkan Ketersediaan Air Bersih di Desa Bebidas Kecamatan Wanasaba Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Pendekaan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Perencanaan peningkatan ketersediaan air bersih dengan menghubungkan mata air di Hutan Gong yang mengalir dari jaringan perpipaan atau tandon yang membendung air bersih telah ter laksana dengan cukup baik. Dalam pelaksanaannya bumdes melibatkan masyarakat pada proses Pembangunan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Keterlibatan masyarakat merupakan bentuk komitmen pihak BUMDes untuk berpartisifasi penuh dalam meningkatkan ketersediaan air bersih. Pengorganisasian BUMDes air bersih dilakukan dengan menetapkan pengurus yang berpengalaman, mendapatkan pembinaan manajemen dan pengawasan internal maupun eksternal. BUMDes dalam meningkatkan ketersediaan air bersih juga harus menerapkan prinsip yang transparan, akuntabel, partisipatif, berkelanjutan, dan akseptabel. Pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh BUMDes terhadap ketersediaan air bersih di Desa Bebidas dilakukan secara rutin untuk memastikan distribusi air bersih berjalan dengan baik guna memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat di Desa Bebidas
