Abstract

In this study the authors use a method that is based on the concept of the value of the three indicators , namely : BCWS , BCWP , and ACWP . Budgeted Cost of Work Schedule ( BCWS ) , and identification method variance , thus producing estimates the cost and the length of time until the end of the execution of a project . The results showed Based on the concept of the value of the method can be concluded that the project 12 weeks experienced a gain of Rp 1,425,418,200 ( BCWP - ACWP ) or 15 % of the total cost of the project budget and project implementation faster one week of the project plan . Based on the indicators available at the time of reporting that at week 12 , it can be concluded that the Cost Variance obtained is Rp . 1,325,418,200.00 which shows that ( CV > 0 ) means the project cost less than the cost of the plan ( experience gains ) and Schedule Variance obtained is Rp . 688,761,000.00 which shows that ( SV > 0 ) means the project run faster than the planning time. Abstract

Fiber Reinforced Polymer ( FRP ) is a material that is lightweight, strong, antimagnetic and corrosion resistant. This material can be used as an option to replace steel as reinforcement material in the construction of reinforced concrete or as material to add strength to existing construction. This study aims to determine: the behavior of the influence shear strengthening fiber reinforced polymer toward load and deflection concrete beam in the structure by the method of FRP reinforcements on the outer side of a sheet of woven carbon fiber. The shape and spacing of windings, namely: winding method U with the distance of each winding 50 mm and 150 mm . This study begins with a tensile steel ( fy ), the test characteristics of aggregate , concrete mix design f'c = 25Mpa, making concrete cylinders Ø = 15 c, t = 30cm, curing and compressive strength test 28 days. Furthermore, to analysis beam, sheets of woven carbon fiber. Then given the test object beam shear reinforcement in the form of woven carbon fiber sheets by the method of winding U with the distance of each winding 50 mm and 150 mm. Shear strength capacity test is done with concrete beam flexural test. The maximum load for the results of this study of normal concrete beams, FRP U-50mm, U150mm respectively were: 67 kN, 70KN, 70KN and deflection were: 1.94 mm, 2.94 mm and 2.79 mm. Abstract

Lecture room as a place of education requires a tranquility in the learning process. To improve the effectivity and productivity of lecture activities, then the purpose of this study was to determine the acoustic conditions of the environment and room on the building of the Architecture Department of Hasanuddin University, Tamalanrea, based on the potential noise levels. Evaluation of the lecture room acoustics based on the parameters: noise criteria (NP), noise insulation, direct arrivals, Reverberation Time (RT), warmth, intimacy, and diffusion. The results of the study in general shown that environmental conditions and lecture room has not fulfilled the criteria for appropriate acoustics, so it requires improvements to the room acoustic design. Abstract

Plastics which are classified as inorganic wastes take a long time to decompose. The amount of plastic that is continuously increasing requires serious treatment to avoid its environment problem. It is therefore important to minimize the discharge of waste with reusing and recycling, so that the disposed waste will be fewer. This research aims to find the effect of plastic pellets as a coarse aggregate to the weight-volume, compressive strength, and split tensile strength of concrete compared with normal concrete (crushed stone as the coarse aggregate), and to determine classification based on the weight-volume and compressive strength of concrete. The results of the research showed that the higher levels of plastic pellets in concrete, the lower the weight-volume, compressive strength, and split tensile strength of concrete, where a decline to normal concrete. According to SNI 03-3449-2002, concrete with 60% and 80% pellets levels are not classified as lightweight concrete, whereas concrete with 100% pellets levels are classified as structural lightweight concrete because its weight-volume is less than 1850 kg/m3. The results of compressive strength test showed that concrete with 60%, 80%, and 100% pellets levels are categorized as structural lightweight concrete because its compressive strength is more than 17,3 MPa, whereas according to SNI 03-3449-2002 are categorized as structural lightweight concrete.
