Abstract

The role of law in encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship in the digital era is crucial to creating an ecosystem that supports economic growth. Law provides a clear and stable framework for business actors, allowing them to innovate without fear of rights violations. On the one hand, proper regulation can protect intellectual property, encouraging innovators to develop new products and services. On the other hand, law also functions as a regulator to prevent unethical business practices and maintain healthy competition. In the digital era, law must adapt quickly to technological changes. For example, laws related to personal data and consumer protection are becoming increasingly important as the use of digital platforms increases. In addition, collaboration between government, industry players, and academics is essential to formulate policies that support innovation. With an inclusive approach, law can be an effective driver of entrepreneurship, strengthen national competitiveness, and improve people's welfare. Thus, the role of law is not only as a regulator, but also as a facilitator of sustainable innovation in the digital world.
