Abstract

The Warehouse Management System (WMS) is software designed to assist in managing and monitoring warehouse processes. The purpose of this research is to improve warehouse operational management by developing a WMS using the Extreme Programming method and implementing a monitoring system to display real-time temperature and humidity measurements. The research addresses issues observed in the warehouse operations of PT. Shippindo Teknologi Logistik (Shipper), a warehouse rental services company. The problems identified in Shipper's warehouse operations largely stem from human errors. Hence, this research aims to provide a viable solution to reduce human errors by implementing various management processes, including inbound and outbound management and tracking, as well as visualizing product placement within the racks using rack maps. Additionally, the integration of a temperature and humidity monitoring system in the warehouse helps monitor the warehouse's condition in real-time. Testing using the black-box method for WMS in this research was successful, demonstrating that the system can execute all functions and display temperature and humidity data as per the designed specifications (inbound, mapping, storage, temperature and humidity monitoring, outbound). The average error in temperature and humidity measurements is relatively low, with 0.9% for temperature and 1.3% for humidity. However, further development is still required to enhance the system for better performance. This includes creating a more robust model for product detection labeling on the storage page to improve label accuracy and developing control systems for advanced temperature and humidity monitoring.

Abstract

The Office of Communication and Informatics (DISKOMINFO) is an agency engaged in the fields of communication, informatics, coding and statistics. Based on the results of interviews with the Head of Application and Informatics DISKOMINFO Tasikmalaya City, it is known that there are obstacles related to limited resources. Starting from human resources, equipment, budget, and also other supporting facilities. So that an evaluation of information technology governance is needed to determine the capabilities possessed by the information technology. This study uses the COBIT 2019 framework using the RACI diagram as a mapping reference for observation and questionnaire distribution. The domains used are BAI02 (Managed Requirements Definition), DSS02 (Managed Service Requests and Incidents), and MEA01 (Managed Performance and Conformance Monitoring). The results of this study are to determine the capability level in each domain so that the current conditions of the Tasikmalaya City DISKOMINFO are obtained. After carrying out the analysis, it was found that the service performance from the BAI02 domain was at level 4, the service performance from the DSS02 domain was at level 2, and the service performance from the MEA01 domain was at level 3. The results of this service performance measurement made a recommendation to be implemented to increase the value information technology governance in accordance with the needs of DISKOMINFO Tasikmalaya City. Capability level objectives can be increased by carrying out activities that are not yet optimal by the agency until it reaches the full value for each level.

Abstract

E-commerce in Indonesia is growing very quickly every year. The Ministry of Communication and Information (KEMKOMINFO) stated that Indonesia is the 10th largest e-commerce growth country with score 78%. One of the effects from increasing number of internet users in Indonesia is the mushrooming of shopping activities through internet media. This causes internet users want everything that instant and easy. Knowing this, most business people use it to market their products, especially in the field of goods and services. As it grows, e-commerce becomes easier to use and download. One example of an e-commerce application that is in great demand is Shopee and can be downloaded via the Google Play Store. Google Play Store has a review feature which contains user comments about the downloaded apps. Sentiment analysis is carried out to extract information related to Shopee E-commerce. The Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm is suitable for use in sentiment analysis because this algorithm is purposeful as a classification method into positive and negative categories. The data was used from November 2022 to January 2023. From a total of 4902 review data obtained, after going through preprocessing, translation and then classification, the total data is obtained that is 4849 review data. From the data obtained it is classified 2348 positive reviews, 1259 neutral reviews, and 1242 negative reviews. Based on the results of the naive Bayes classifier method and testing with the confusion matrix, an accuracy value of 79% has been obtainednprecision 77%, recall 86%, and f1-score 81% on positive sentiment with support 2127. For neutral sentiment with an accuracy value of 83%, precision 87%, and recall 85% with support 1209, while for negative sentiment is with an accuracy value of 78%, precision 64%, and recall 70% with support 1513. From this data it is obtained micro AVG values for precision 80%, recall 79%, f1-score 79%, and support 4849, then for weighted average for precision 79%, recall 79%, f1- score 79%, and support 4849.

Abstract

Currently, the success and continuity of a company or organization is very much based on IT, in terms of speed and results that can help increase the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes to achieve goals. In its implementation, the Tasikmalaya City Manpower Department had problems with software frequently occurring applications error (system failure to operate), while problems with the website was the loss and damage of information due to attacks from hackers. To overcome this, the agency does not yet have a special section that has full control over IT governance due to the lack of staff or employees who are IT experts. These problems can be identified thoroughly with governance using the COBIT 2019 framework. The form and content of the COBIT 2019 model are updated from the previous COBIT method and many new functions are added, including enabling improvements to the IT governance system. By conducting analysis, you can provide recommendations to improve the organization's capabilities to meet the agency's expectations and goals regarding IT governance in supporting its performance.Domain The COBIT 2019 used is APO and BAI with details of the APO07, APO08, APO13 and BAI08 processes. The results of measuring the capability level of the APO07 domain at the Tasikmalaya City Power Service get a capability level 3 value, the APO08 and BAI08 domains get a capability level 2 value, and the APO13 domain gets a capability level 1 value. Providing recommendations for improving the agency's information technology governance is expected to be able to carry out immediately improving the management of agency information technology so that it immediately reaches the expected level of capability.
