Abstract

Penelitian ini berlatar belakang dari permasalahan supervisi kepala sekolah, peran komite sekolah, dan kondisi sarana prasarana pendidikan yang belum maksimal sehingga berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya kinerja guru pegawai negeri sipil SMP negeri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, peran komite sekolah, dan sarana prasarana pendidikan terhadap kinerja guru pegawai negeri sipil SMP negeri sekolah standar nasional di Kabupaten Kebumen.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah guru-guru sekolah menengah pertama negeri sekolah standar nasional pada Subrayon 06 dan 08 di Kabupaten Kebumen dengan jumlah populasi 188 guru dengan sampel 130 guru diambil dengan teknik proportionate random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket.Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif,korelasi parsial, dan regresi ganda, yaitu uji F dan dilanjutkan uji t. Sebelum dilakukan analisis data didahului dengan melakukan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas ,uji linieritas,dan uji multikolinieritas. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS v16.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, peran komite sekolah, dan sarana prasarana pendidikan secara bersama - sama mempunyai pengaruh positif yang sangat signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pegawai negeri sipil SMP negeri sekolah standar nasional di Kabupaten Kebumen. Supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Peran komite sekolah berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Sarana prasarana pendidikan berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

The study aims to determine: (a) The influence of professionalism activity, principal leadership and participation in training on teacher performance. (b) The influence of professionalism activity on teacher performance. (c) The Influence of principal leadership on teacher performance. (d) The influence of participation in education and training on teacher performance.The study was conducted in Kebumen in the school year 2013/2014. The study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The technique of collecting data through questionnaires to study the form of a questionnaire instrument. Sample was 121 teachers on Junior High School teachers in ninth Sub-Rayon, Gombong, Kebumen Residence. Sampling technique in this study is proportional random sampling technique.The results showed that: (a) if teachers often carry out activities of professionalism, leadership learning principals and teachers performed well often follow the training activities can provide a very significant influence on the performance of teachers with effective contribution of 34.7%. (b) the teachers professionalism activities give effective contribution of 9.47% and the relative contribution of 27.32% on teacher performance. (c) the principal's leadership influence with the lowest effective contribution of 7.07% and the relative contribution of 20.40% on teacher performance. (d) participation in education and training provide the most impact on the performance of teachers with the effective contribution of 18.12% and 52.28% relative contribution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengungkap sejauh mana: (1) Pengaruh kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP di Kecamatan Samigaluh Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. (2) Pengaruh kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP di Kecamatan Samigaluh Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. (3) Pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP di Kecamatan Samigaluh Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. (4) Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP di Kecamatan Samigaluh Kulon Progo Yogyakarta.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sampel karena yang diteliti adalah tidak semua anggota populasi. Adapun populasi yang diambil adalah guru - guru SMP yang ada di Kecamatan Samigaluh Kabupaten Kulon Progo yang berjumlah 109 orangdari 130 orang guru.. Untuk pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen angket (kuesioner). Untuk uji validitas instrumen dilakukan terhadap 30 orang guru yang ada di luar Kecamatan Samigaluh menghasilkan koefisien reliabilitas kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah sebesar 0,919; iklim sekolah sebesar 0,952; motivasi kerja sebesar 0,931; dan kinerja guru sebesar 0,946. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi ganda tiga prediktor.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Secara parsial kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP di Kecamatan Samigaluh Kulon Progo; (2) Variabel iklim sekolah secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP di Kecamatan Samigaluh Kulon Progo Yogyakarta; (3) Variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP di Kecamatan Samigaluh Kulon Progo Yogyakarta: dan (4) Secara simultan kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP di Kecamatan Samigaluh Kulon Progo.

Abstract

 Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Kerja, dan Pengembangan Karier terhadap Kinerja Guru SD Muhammadiyah di Kecamatan Umbulharjo Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode diskriptif dengan pendekatan survei dengan teknik korelasi. (1). Ada pengaruh yang signifikan pada p=0,000 kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, budaya kerja, dan pengembangan karier secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SD Muhammadiyah di Kecamatan Umbulharjo Yogyakarta. (2). Tidak ada pengaruh kepemimipinan kepala sekolah dam motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD Muhammadiyah di Kecamatan Umbulharjo Yogyakarta (3).Ada pengaruh budaya kerja dan pengembangan karier terhadap kinerja guru SD Muhammadiyah di Kecamatan Umbulharjo Yogyakarta terlihat dari signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 dan 0,039 untuk taraf signifikan 5%

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of the supervision of the principal, teaching experience and work ethic of professional competence of teachers of the state Junior High School in District Wates Kulon Progo Regency, both together there as well as in its own or individually in.   This research includes research survey with quantitative approach. This research was conducted across the city in the state Junior High School in District Wates Kulon Progo Regency that add up to 5 schools with a population of the state Junior High School teachers in District Wates Kulon Progo Regency that add up to 5 Schools with a population of Junior High School Teacher in district Wates Kulon Progo Regency that has qualified academic minimum D-IV or S1. Total population of 153 with sample of 107 persons determinate by proportional random sampling technique based on determination of the table total sample developed by Issac and Michael. Instruments used in data collection is a questionnaire with Likert earth, each of which has been tested and are qualified and reliability with validity of engineering analysis factors and cronbach’s Alpha. Data analysis techniques are descriptive and inferential.   Research result showed that : (1) There is a significant positive influence on the supervision of the head of School, Teaching experience and work ethic of teacher together against teacher professional competency with the contribution of 34,8%; (2) Supervision of the principal influence positively and significantly on the teacher’s professional competencies, effect with contributions amounting to 4,4%; (3) Teaching experience teachers influence positively and significantly the professional competence of teacher, with contributions amounting to 7,3%; (4) Work ethic teacher influence positively and significantly on the teacher professional competency with contributions amounting to 23,1%. Thus it can be concluded that in general the country Junior High School Teacher Professional Competency in District Wates Kulon Progo was good enough. The Supervision of the principal, teaching experience and work ethic teacher gives a positive and significant effect simultaneously as well as its own against professional competence teachers of Elementary Junior High School in District Wates Kulon Progo Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the effect in parallel the principal role, the work environment and commitment of teachers together to work discipline elementary school teacher in UPT-PPD Imogiri.The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study refer to the table base nomogram Harry King with an error rate of 5% has a confidence level of 95 % of the population. Total sample was 157 people. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis and partial correlation.The results of the study concluded that the principal's role, work environment and commitment of teachers together a positive significant influence on the discipline of elementary school teachers working in UPT-PPD Imogiri. If the principal role, the work environment and the commitment of teachers increased labor discipline teachers also increased, and vice versa the principal role, the work environment and commitment to the discipline teacher working decreasing teacher will also go down.

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1). The influence of compensation on teacher performance to, (2) the influence of the teachers discipline on teacher performance, (3) Whether or not the influence of principal leadership teacher performance. (4) The influence of compensation, discipline, principal leadership. And environment teacher working simultancously on the performance.This research was conducted in Yayasan Pendidikan Pembangunan Persada district Kebumen. The population of this study the teacher Vocational Senior High School (SMK) Pembangunan 1 Kutowinangun and SMK Pembangunan 2 Kutowinangun Kebumen regency. Data collection techniques using the method of documentation and questionnaire. The techniques of data analysis using regression analysis and partial correlation, with terms of data analysis before being tested using the normality test and linearity test with a significance level of 5%.The results of research concluded that: (1). There is a positive and significant influence of compensation, teachers discipline and principal leadership on teacher performance and significant level, it mean that the hypothesis verified. (2) There is positive and significant influence compensation on teacher performance. (3). There is positive and significant influence the discipline of teachers to teacher on performance. (4). There is significant influence between the principal leadership on teacher performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi Manajemen Kesiswaan di SMA Negeri 9 Kota Yogyakarta. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu Implementasi Manajemen Kesiswaan di SMA Negeri 9 Kota Yogyakarta meliputi aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, hasil dan evaluasi, Perkembangan SMA Negeri 9 Yogyakarta dilihat dari prestasi akademik dan non akademik, kendala yang dihadapi dalam Implementasi Manajemen Kesiswaan di SMA Negeri 9 Yogyakarta dan langkah dalam mengatasi kendala tersebut.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sumber data berasal dari narasumber atau informan yang meliputi: Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Komite Sekolah, Pembina OSIS, Guru, Karyawan, dan Siswa serta dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan Implementasi Manajemen Kesiswaan di SMA Negeri 9 Yogyakarta. Tehnik pengumpulan data adalah menggunakan tehnik observasi, wawancara dan pencermatan dokumen. Sementara pengujian keabsahan data dan penyelusuran data dilakukan dengan cara memperpanjang waktu penelitian, triangulasi data dan penyelusuran data serta penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Implementasi manajemen kesiswaan di SMA Negeri 9 Yogyakarta sudah cukup baik karena sesuai dengan aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, hasil dan evaluasi. Perkembangan siswa dari tahun ketahun sepanjang 3 tahun terakhir semakin berkembang dapat dilihat dari perolehan prestasi akademik dan non akademik siswa dan siswi. Terdapat Kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi manajemen kesiswaan di SMA Negeri 9 Yogyakarta, namun masih bisa di kendalikan oleh Wakil Kepala Sekolah urusan kesiswaan. Langkah mengatasi kendala yang ada adalah dengan koordinasi antar komponen sekolah.

Abstract

 This study aims to describe (1) the program planning of principal (2) the implementation of program planning of principal. (3) the evaluation conducted by the principal and related to effort the improvement of the quality of education in SLB Bhakti Pertiwi.This study used a qualitative approach; the data source comes from informants included: principal, vice-principals, teachers, staffs, parents, school committees, and documents related to the effort of the improvement of the quality of education. The date collection technique be used were in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. While the testing the validity of the date carried out by the observations of extension, the increase of persistence, the using of reference materials, and tri-angulations.The result of the research shows that the planned program, the implementation of the planned program and also the evaluation of the planned program which is committed by the principal is suitable with the eight national standard of education. The skill training which is conducted in school is a program that has purpose to form the student to be more independent and this is suitable with the main mission of the school. The school already has the curriculum based on educational level and also appropriate teaching media. The method has been appropriate to the need of the students, the process of teaching suits with the guidance of educational department and also supported by appropriate facilities and infrastructure, qualified teacher and school committee who always support the program. The existing obstacles are; the initiative and the attention of the student’s parents are less than what it is supposed to be. The establishment of the dormitory for the students is also still face a problem. The way to solve that problem is by conducting a briefing to the parents and also initiate a proposal to the government of Yogyakarta to build the dormitory.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the development of educational programs in order to make independent of disable studentsin terms of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs in Special Education of Dharma Bhakti Piyungan Bantul whichhas students with different types of disability which of course in the development programs, there are in contrast to regular school.This study used a qualitative approach. The sources of data were derived from sources or informants which include head of school, vice-head of school, teachers, staff, parents, school committees, as well as documents relating to the implementation of education development program. The data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and document scrutiny. For the validity test of data, it was done by extending research, triangulation of data, and auditing or verification of data.The research results show that the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of educational development programs in order make independent of disable studentshas alreadyaccordance with 8 National Standard of Education (SNP). Skills lesson that are taught in school were a program to make independent of disable studentshas already met the school's vision. Theschool implementing the educational development program in order make independent of disable students had a Second Level Curriculum (KTSP), enough instructional media, the use of the method according to the needs of students, evaluation of learning processes in accordance with the guidelines of the department of education, and supported by adequate infrastructure, human resources and the participation of the school committee. The problems that occursare the less awareness of child's condition by some parents, the child's mood up and down, less specialized skill instructors and less information technology media. To solve the problems by home visit coaching, propose specialized skill instructors to the Yogyakarta Department of Education and propose E - Learning support.
