Abstract

This research is aiming for understanding The Role of Headmaster Leadership, Working Motivation and School Culture in the effort of Improving Teacher Work, in Private Vocational High School in Wonosobo Sub-district, Wonosobo Regency.This research is correlative that is finding the relation between variables which is shown by the number of correlation co efficient. The data is taken from the sample that is Private Vocational High School teachers in Wonosobo Sub-district, Wonosobo Regency, Central Java. The data resource is taken from 125 samples. The technique of data collecting uses questionnaire instrument. Analysis technique uses double regression technique with three predictors. Hypothesis test collectivity uses F test or ANOVA test continued by individually hypothesis test with partial test. Abstract

Persepsi Perilaku Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerjadan,Kedisiplinan Kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki Kontribusi secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengansumbangan efektif secara bersama-sama  sebesar 50,4 %. Sementara itu 49,6 % sisanya merupakan kontribusi dari faktor-faktor lain dari penelitian ini.Pengaruh persepsi perilaku kepemimpinan secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru positif dan sangat signifikan artinya persepsi perilaku kepemimpinan memiliki Kontribusi terhadap kinerja guru dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 42,46%.Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerjasecara parsial terhadap kinerja guru positif tetapi tidak signifikan artinya Lingkungan Kerja tidak memiliki Kontribusi terhadap kinerja guru dengan sumbangan efektif 1,51 %.Kedisiplinan Kerja meningkatkan Kinerja Guru, semakin tinggi Kedisiplinan Kerja akan meningkatkan kinerja guru di SD Gugus Diponegoro Kecamatan Sapurandan sebaliknya jika Kedisiplinan Kerja rendah, maka kinerja guru SD Gugus Diponegoro

Abstract

This study is aimed to determine: (1) The role of  principal by using transformational leadership in the effort to improve the  learning quality in SMP Negeri 1 Gumelar kabupaten Banyumas. (2) The learning quality of principal by using transformational leadership in the effort to improve the  learning quality in SMP Negeri 1 Gumelar kabupaten Banyumas. (3) Constraints principal roles by using transformational leadership in the effort to improve the learning quality in SMP Negeri 1 Gumelar kabupaten Banyumas.This study method uses descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this are principal, vice-principal, teachers, staffs, and students. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The data  analysis tecnique uses an interactive model consisting of stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.The results showed that the principal SMP Negeri 1 Gumelar in carrying out its role in improving the quality of learning in schools using transformational leadership has been good as well as the quality of teaching in the school does well also. As well as teaching and learning activities in SMP Negeri 1 Gumelar has been running smoothly. Application of transformational leadership principals are as follows: (1) The principal has a charismatic (idealized infleunce) to emulate the way the universe persistence with regard all creatures are the teachers and all the place is class. Teaching and learning activities run smoothly because everyone wants to learn with whoever and wherever place. (2) The principal is an inspiring figure (inspirational motivation) that can provide exemplary. So that subordinates will follow by itself so that teaching and learning activities running smoothly. (3) The principal has the intellectual stimulation (intellectual stimulation) is to make himself as an agent of the school development. With the development is done in all areas by the principal teaching and learning activities for the better. (4) The principal has individual consideration (individulized consideration) that can make effective teaching and learning activities. Principals can empower all subordinate capabilities. Constraints principals by using transformational leadership are as follows: (1) Constraints charismatic (idealized infleunce) is common misperception by subordinates in carrying out the task. (2) Constraints principals become inspirational figure (inspirational motivation) is no perfect man. (3) Constraints principal as intellectual stimulation (intellectual stimulation) is subordinate still maintain old traditions. (4) the principal obstacle in conducting individual pertimabangan (individulized consideration) is common misjudgment by the principal.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the overview of the learning management in the perspective of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Al Furqan Integrated Islamic elementary School, Ambal Kebumen Regency.To achieve these objectives, qualitative research method was used. The selection of the research informen determined by using purposive sampling. In his research, the principal and teachers were the key informen. The data were collected by interview, observation, and document assessment. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques, namely by organizing data by category, grouped, be numbered according to the chronology of the acquisition / data sources. . The validity of the data is done by continuous observation and triangulation of sources and methods.The results of this research show that: 1).the pattern of learning management in Al Furqan Integrated Islamic Elementary School Ambal Kebumen Regency has applied the perspective of TQM in terms of improving school quality and be able to fullfil the various needs of the students because of learning oriented model of consumer satisfaction that is learners as he consumers of education. 2). The lerning management Al Furqan Integrated Islamic Elementari School, in terms of lesson planning, organizing learning activities, the implementation of learning, learning evaluation, supervision and follow up research are involving all of the school components. Researcher recommended that the Al Furqan Integrated Islamic Elementary should implement the TQM management model, to improve the performance of school administrators and the learning capability of of the students.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the principal's role in improving the professionalism of teachers in SLB N 1 Sleman, and to investigate the factors supporting or inhibiting factors anything contained in the school in relation to improving the professionalism of teachers in special schools NI Sleman.The method used is qualitative research that emphasizes the depth of information or meaning. Qualitative methods in this research is to gain a more complete data, depth, credible, and meaningful about SLB Negeri 1 Sleman. The reason for choosing the location of this study are striking differences in achievement between schools SLB in Sleman. In this study used data observation and interview techniques to the source ie the Principals and staffs as well as educators and education in SLB N 1 Sleman. To test the data used triangulation of data sources were analyzed by means of inductively to obtain meaningful conclusions.This study found a close relationship between the two variables, namely the role of the school principal and teacher professionalism. The role of principals include as, educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, motivator, and interpreneur ( EMASLIM ) in improving the professionalism of teachers in SLB N 1 Sleman. The factors supporting or inhibiting factors faced by principals in their role in improving the professionalism of teachers in SLB N 1 Sleman .

Abstract

This research aims to describe the planning, the organization, the implementation, and the evaluation of national character building through batik. This research was a descriptive-qualitative research which refers to phenomenological perspective and naturalistic. Data collecting method used observation, documentation, and interview. Data analyzing method used domain and theme analysis by studying, analyzing, interpreting the data and drawing conclusion. This research results shows that: (1) the planning of the management has met the standard of good management, although has not been complete yet. It contains supporting policy, good finance, curriculum which integrates national character education. (2) The organizing management of the national character education is good enough. The job description, responsibility, and authority are established in school meeting. On occasion of national character building through batik, has been tried to be done optimally. It is shown by the engagement of the school professional staff to the teaching-learning process (3) the school principal applies democratic leadership system. Each decision is always discussed by the school principal together with the school staff and committee. (4) On occasion of evaluation, SDN Puro Pakualaman 1 makes the correction to improve the result.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) To describe Planning martial arts education management PerPi Harimurti Yogyakarta (2) The organization of educational management and planting martial arts noble character value (3) The management of martial arts education in order to instill values of noble mind (4) Evaluation formation of noble character values in Universities Pencak Silat PerPi Harimurti Yogyakarta.This study used a qualitative descriptive research refers more phenomenological perspective and naturalistic. The data in this study were obtained from several sources that the Board of Elders or Swordsman, teachers / trainers, and students. The data were obtained by using the method of observation, documentation, and interviews. These data were analyzed using domain analysis and analysis of theme, namely, learning, analyze, interpret and draw conclusions from the phenomena that exist in the field.The results showed that (1) management planning has been quite good and has met the standard concept of planning (2) organizing the management of martial arts education in college Harimurti PerPi is good enough. The division of duties, responsibilities, and authority specified in the meeting (Elders, Council Swordsman and Master), Related to instill values PerPi Harimurti budipekerti noble college had tried to be implemented optimally (3) The chairman of the martial arts college PerPi Harimurti implement a democratic system in his leadership. Every decision is always discussed by PerPi Harimurti kadhang or residents. Planting Value noble mind in college PerPi Harimurti Pencak Silat is good, in view of the value in the input planting noble character in the syllabus and teaching rpp (4) relating to the evaluation, University of Pencak Silat PerPi Harimurti make improvements so that students or teachers (coaches ) can improve outcomes value.

Abstract

This research is aimed to know the mechanism for administering the accelerated class program in State Junior High School 1 Muntilan and the effectiveness of  implementation of accelerated class program in Junior High School 1 Muntilan Magelang  Regency measured using resource approach, process approach and goals approach.The approach used in this research was qualitative descriptive approach. The research was conducted in State Junior High School 1 Muntilan Magelang Regency in 2013/2014 Academic Year which involved the headmaster, the manager of acceleration class program, the school committee, the teachers, and the students of accelerated class program as the participants of this research. The data were collected by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The validity and the reliability of the instrument were conducted by using triangulation technique. The data analysis used was  interactive modal which included collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and making a conclusion.The results of this study indicate that in general the implementation of an accelerated program at SMP Negeri 1 Muntilan  Magelang Regency  had been running effectively, in terms of input, process, and out put components. The effectiveness of the program in terms of acceleration input components that included the acceleration students, acceleration teachers, the curriculum and the infrastructure of acceleration program was quite effective. The evidences show that the school successfully prepared all input components as needed. The effectiveness of the program in terms of the acceleration process which included the components of teaching and learning, guidance and counseling and evaluation of learning outcomes had been effective. The effectiveness of the program in terms of the acceleration component output which included the completion of the period of study and academic achievement had also been effective. It was proved that all students were able to complete the accelerated program during the study period of 2 years with again value of the subjects tested nationally over7.5.
