Abstract

The Quran memorization is a highly recommended education in Islam. At the same time the internet has penetrated and become an irremovable part of all fields of human life, including santri life. Some are optimistic, but some are worried about the harm. The present study will discuss on how the internet utilized among Qur’an memorizers, and how it did affect to the achievement of each of them. It is different with the other scholars who have compared different groups of internet user and proposed contradictory conclusions. The surveys confirm that the Quran memorizers who have various techniques of memorizing, all aimed to utilize internet to increase the knowledge, but they are ultimately affected to use for social satisfactions and mere fun. Furthermore, the experiment has resulted that the increasing achievement has been performed during the internet banning, whereas the decrease happened at the access allowance.

Abstract

Learning evaluation is very important for students to know the level of understanding of a material that has been given. Evaluation can be done by giving an exam or test. The type of exam can be multiple choice, matching, right or wrong, short answer, description answer. This study focuses on the essay quiz assessment system in the LMS VidyaNusa framework using Nazief and Adriani algorithms. The stemming algorithm is a word cutting process that makes use of basic words using certain rules. The stemming process is carried out for Indonesian-language texts which generally consist of a combination of prefixes, basic words and suffixes. This Nazief and Andriani algorithm will be processed in real time. This system will help the teacher in the assessment of answers to student essay quiz because this system is equipped with value weighting so that it reduces subjective assessors and increases accuracy in assessment.

Abstract

The Institute for the Development and Development of Al Qur'an Kindergarten (LPPTKA) in Sidrap city is an organization of the Indonesian Youth Mosque Youth Communication Agency (BKPRMI). LPPTKA BKPRMI Sidrap city is an educational institution that seeks to foster and develop the reading, writing, understanding and practicing the Qur'an through TKA / TPA units. As is known, basic religious education for early childhood is very important, where basic religious education special attention to children. The Qur'an Education Park (TPA) has become a forum for debriefing the basics of religion for children such as learning iqro ', prayer, ablution and many more. The learning method used in most TPAs in Sidrap Regency still uses a general learning system such as using prayer books or iqra books so that students easily feel bored, especially when learning is very limited so that the knowledge gained is not maximal if they do not repeat home. By using an Android-based interactive learning application, it will provide a new way of learning and know technology to students so that it can increase the interest and quality of TK/TPA students in Sidrap district.

Abstract

Basic guidelines. This document is itself an example of the desired layout (inclusive of this abstract) and can be used as a template. It contains information regarding desktop publishing format, type sizes, and typefaces. Style rules are provided that explains how to handle equations, units, figures, tables, abbreviations, and acronyms. Sections are also devoted to the preparation of acknowledgments, references, and authors' biographies. The abstract is limited to 150–200 words and cannot contain equations, figures, tables, or references. It should concisely state what was done, how it was done, principal results, and their significance.

Abstract

In practice the majors are often determined by the teacher with consideration of academic achievement and ignore the interests and talents of the students. Students who have high scores on the grades of report cards will be educated on IPA and low achievers will be led to IPS and Language. Problems faced by most schools because students who enter the majors are not in accordance with the skills, abilities, interests and talents of students that affect the quality and success of student learning. With the majors in accordance with the characteristics of personality, students will feel happy when learning so as to help prepare students to continue their studies and choose the world of work and help strengthen the achievements to be achieved in the future. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of Decision Support Sistems (DSS) using the Naive Bayesian method in determining the department in accordance with the skills, abilities, interests and talents of students held in SMA Negeri 10 Makassar and SMA Islam Athirah Makassar. Technique of data retrieval is done by observation and direct interview. The instrument used is a validated questionnaire by 2 (two) validators to test the questionnaire validity. There are two types of data that are analyzed ie student value data and questionnaire data that generate interest and talent of students to determine the direction. It is expected that with this application it can be seen that the students go to the department has been in accordance with the potential of each student.

Abstract

Money is a tool used to using in sale and purchase transactions. It's has been using by peopleeverywhere. Money is a staple for everyone, even for disabilities such us blind people. The limitation of the blind people in terms of seeing is a problem in communication so they rely solely on the sense of touching and listening. This limitation can make them confuse to identified money, miscalculation, or even deceived when selling. Referring to the above, it is necessary a tool that can facilitate the blind to identify the authenticity and nominal value of money. The purpose of this study is to design a tool that can be used to detect the authenticity and nominal value of banknotes. This tool uses TCS3200-DB color sensor to detect the color of banknotes, and ultraviolet sensors to detect the authenticity of money. Then by the microcontroller converted into RGB data and issued in the form of sound. Type of research used is the type of qualitative research with experimental methods, and using Black Box testing techniques. The result of this study is the system can recognize the authenticity and nominal money. So that makes it easier for users, especially blind people in buying and selling transactions in order not to change money.

Abstract

This study aims to design and apply smart government monitoring of population administration applied by using Hypertext Preprocesor (PHP), MySql and C# with online server in Gattareng Toa Village, Marioriwawo Subdistrict, Soppeng District This data is obtained through (1) Field Research (2) Research Library (3) Interview. Abstract

Online media journalists like tribunnews journalists usually determine the news category when make news input. Unfortunately, often the topic submitted is not in accordance with what is expected by the editor. These errors will make it difficult for news searches by customers. To eliminate these errors, editors can be assisted by an application that able to classify topics. Thus, editors is no longer too dependent on journalist input. This study aims to design applications that able to classify topics based on the texts contained in the news. The method used is the K-Nearest Neighboor algorithm. This design has produced a system that able to classify news topics automatically. To measure the accuracy of the application, several test were carried out by comparing between its results and the results of manual classification by the editor. The tests those carried out with several scenarios produce an accuracy rate of 82%

Abstract

The amount of time and energy that is wasted if people queue for public services is a serious problem. More ever if that queuing done by busy or sick people. Because of busyness, a person sometimes has to complete several matters at different places in short period of time. Therefore we need a queuing system that is able to integrate all queuing services so that the public can do all queuing processes with more comfort without having to cram into a queue. In addition, by integrating all community queuing services can get services in several places just by registering through one application. The working system of this application is to distribute information on service position and estimated waiting time through an application. To design the system, a survey was carried out in several public service facilities in the cities of Makassar and Gowa Regency. Beside that, literature studies also were carried out on similar papers. System analysis and design using the SDLC method include planning, system analysis and system design. It is expected that the results of this design can become a model that can be used as an appropriate reference to implement integration of mobile-based online queuing systems.

Abstract

This paper discusses ICTs for the development of rural areas of Indonesia that have been carried out.  This papaer review 37 papers related to ICT and rural area. The ICT model for development that is mostly carried out is telecenter models such as PLIK, MPLIK, Information Village and Integrated Broadband Village. The main problem faced by ICT for development is the problem of literacy, in addition to territorial problems. Both of these problems are challenges for ICTs for future development, especially in rural areas.
