Abstract

The use of Hilbert Transform is becoming more and more Important for analysis and processing of geophysical data. However, the direct mathematical formulation in the form of contour integration is not easy to pro. A specific formulation which relates the Hilbert transform and the Fourier transform has been established for developing a computer Programme. This relationship enables us to execute the Hilbert Transformation in a very quick manner using the well known Fast Fourier transform algorithm. The application of this method for generating quadrature seismic trace and recovering minimum phase specimum from the magnitude demonstrates the effectiveness of the programme. The conversion of non-minimum phase seismic wavelet whichas similar spectral magnitude can be done using the hilbert transform.

Abstract

Low level alcohol-gasoline blends with normally under 10 vol% of alcohols are intended for use in the existing curs. Because the alcohols have differents properties than hydrocarbon components, their impact on critical gasoline properties have to be understood. This article discussed the research results on the properties of MEOH TBA (50/50) gasoline mixture at different alcohol levels using base fuels from different local refineries.

Abstract

The catalytic role of mono and bi-metallic of reforming catalysts is studied for the conversion of pure hydrocarbons: Le n, hexane, n. heptane, n, octane, methylcyclopentanÄ™, cyclohexane and nephtha in the reformning reaction

Abstract

In ASEAN we have the ASCOPE correlation programme on CFR engine laboratory to obtain precision data in the gasoline by CFR test research method. Member countries taking part in the 6th Laboratory test correlation program for CFR engine are Indonesia as coordinator with seven laboratories participating, Malaysia with one laboratory, Philippines and Thailand with two laboratories each, Singapore and USA with one laboratory each.
