Dynamic business markets require Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to continuously innovate in order to maintain competitiveness and increase business growth. This article discusses the product and service innovation strategies implemented by Bakso Simas Business in facing the challenges of a rapidly changing market. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, where data is collected through interviews, observation, and documentation analysis. The results show that innovation in product variants, improving service quality, and utilizing digital technology are the main factors in increasing customer attractiveness and loyalty. In addition, differentiation strategies and adaptation to consumer trends play an important role in maintaining business sustainability. This study provides insights for MSME players in developing effective innovation strategies to face competition in a dynamic business market.

The objectives to be achieved in this study are 1) to determine the role of school principals in improving the quality of Islamic religious education. 2) to find out the efforts of school principals in improving the quality of Islamic religious education. 3) to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of Islamic religious education at Madarasah Takmiliyah Singkuang Kecamatan Muara Batang Gadis Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the principal tried to improve the quality and knowledge of teachers by holding discussions, trainings, seminars and so on. The principal pays attention to the development of student activities in teaching and learning activities, in this case the principal sees directly what is used by teachers, student activity reports, and student attendance books. The principal also tries to equip school infrastructure and equipment including instructional media needed for the smooth and successful teaching and learning process. Completing library books because it is important for the development of the quality of education. Supporting factors in improving the quality of Islamic religious education are the role of effective school principals, exemplary teachers, outstanding students and human resources.

A company's human resource potential is basically one of the important capital and plays the most important role in achieving company goals. In producing good performance, leadership style, work environment and work motivation are a big influence for PT. Sentral Bra Makmur. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment and motivation on the performance of employees of PT Sentral Bra Makmur in Bogor. This research is in the form of quantitative and qualitative research with data sources from primary data. The technique of sampling used accendintal sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results showed that leadership style had a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Sentral Bra Makmur, the work environment had an insignificant effect on the performance of employees of PT Sentral Bra Makmur and work motivation had an insignificant effect on the performance of employees of PT Sentral Bra Makmur.

This study aims to determine the effect of Green Product on Repurchase Intention mediated by Brand Image at Fore Coffee in Makassar. The type of research used is explanatory research, which tests causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing. The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling using the purposive sampling method. The sample consists of 106 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, and data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study indicate that (1) Green Product has a positive but not significant effect on Repurchase Intention, (2) Green Product has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image, (3) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention, and (4) Green Product has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention through Brand Image.

This research focuses on analyzing the factors influencing the business development of Ayam Kampus Cimahi, a take-away culinary business that serves crispy chicken fillet rice with various sambal and sauce options. The study aims to identify and evaluate internal and external factors affecting business growth, enabling the formulation of more effective development strategies. The research employs a quantitative approach by collecting data through surveys and interviews with customers, as well as direct business operational analysis. The collected data is then analyzed to understand the relationship between variables influencing business performance. The findings indicate that digital marketing strategies, product quality, and competitive pricing significantly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, operational efficiency and responsiveness to changing trends are crucial factors in business sustainability. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that effective business management, product innovation, and the utilization of digital marketing strategies can enhance the competitiveness of Ayam Kampus Cimahi in the local culinary market. The recommendations provided include expanding menu variations, optimizing marketing strategies, and improving operational management to ensure sustainable business growth.

This study aims to analyze the effect of socio-economic factors on interest in using the BRImo mobile banking application among customers of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Watampone Branch Office. The factors analyzed include education level, income, occupation, perceived convenience, and perceived security. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 100 respondents selected through simple random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using binary logistic regression. The results showed that only perceived ease of use had a significant effect on interest in using BRImo, while education, income, employment, and perceived security had no significant effect. These findings indicate the importance of ease of use as a major factor in driving the adoption of digital banking services.

At the Regional Water Company of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, this study examines the role that years of service and position promotion have in raising employee job satisfaction. Questionnaires were sent as part of the research's data gathering strategy. In all, sixty-six people made their homes there. The data analysis approach that was utilized was Multiple Linear Regression. A t-value of 2.676 from the partial analysis reveals that job promotions at the Regional Water Utility in OKU Regency significantly influenced employee satisfaction. The duration of employment influenced job satisfaction among employees at the OKU District Regional Water Company, as indicated by a t-value of 7.073. The F value of 86.776 and R² of 0.734 were obtained from the analysis of the relationship between job satisfaction with tenure and promotion levels at the OKU Regency Regional Drinking Water Company. This showed that job advancement and length of service contributed 73.4% to job satisfaction, with other factors not included in the study, including education, work experience, perspective, and work attitude, accounting for the remaining 26.6%.

The development of financial technology (fintech) has encouraged the increasing use of e-wallets as a digital payment method, especially among students. However, user trust in e-wallets is still influenced by security and ease of use factors. This study aims to analyze the influence of security and convenience on the level of student confidence in using e-wallets and determine the most dominant factors in building this trust. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and inferential approach, where data is collected through a questionnaire of 100 students from three polytechnics in Palembang City. The analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression tests, and validity and reliability tests to measure the relationship between the variables of safety, ease, and trust. The results showed that security had a more dominant influence than ease in forming student trust in e-wallets, with a regression coefficient of 0.72 for security and 0.65 for convenience. The most influential security factors are two-factor authentication (2FA) and data encryption, while the most significant convenience factor is the intuitive application interface. The conclusion of this study is that e-wallet providers need to focus more on improving security features without neglecting the aspect of ease of use to increase user trust and loyalty, especially among students.

Financial performance analysis using the ratio analysis method is very effective for knowing the finances of a company or business, which includes both internal and external aspects. In addition, financial performance analysis functions to evaluate the financial condition of the company, which aims to make a decision on a financial problem that occurs. So that there will be improvements in financial performance in the future period. This study uses a quantitative method, focusing on the company's financial performance. The types and sources of data used are secondary data in the form of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and data needed from 2022-2024, the data is taken from UMKM or Family Camp Outdoor businesses. UMKM located in the West Bandung Regency area is engaged in the field of outdoor equipment rental services for those who have a hobby of being active or adventuring in nature. Researchers will analyze the financial performance of this business using the ratio analysis method. The analysis used is a quantitative analysis consisting of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and profitability ratios. Based on the research, the research results obtained from UMKM or Family Camp Outdoor businesses have good performance. This is proven quite well using the liquidity ratio, solvency ratio and profitability ratio which results in increasing financial performance every year. The financial performance results of the Family Camp Outdoor UMKM can be said to be very good.

This research highlights the potential of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sidoarjo, East Java, with a focus on Kedai Mbak Ana, in facing challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data in this study, which is descriptive qualitative in nature, was obtained through an in-depth interview process, as well as a literature review. This research focuses on product innovation and market penetration strategies implemented by MSME players in the culinary sector. The findings show that measures such as developing menu variations and utilizing social media effectively increase the competitiveness of Kedai Mbak Ana. In conclusion, MSMEs that are able to adapt have a great opportunity to survive and thrive in the midst of crisis situations.
