Abstract

The increase in drinking water needs in Ternate City is ttriggered by very rapid population growth. Population growth has resulted in the conversion of forests into housing which has resulted in reduced water catchment areas. In the end, several locations experienced a decline in water quality from fresh to brackish. To overcome the decline in the volume and quality of clean water, a plan is being made to distill sea water into fresh water. The method used in this research is the experimental method. Solar desalination is a process where solar energy is utilized to putify the fresh water from saline/brackish water for drinking purposes, in charging of the batteries, research laboratories. Experimental results with a distillation flow area of 325 cm with an average volume of 43.7 ml. Tests with a distillation drain area of 650 cm produced 76.0 ml of fresh water. Experiments with a distillation flow area of 975 cm produced an average of 106.3 ml of fresh water. The effectiveness of distillation occurs at the widest drainage. The price of fresh water per milliliter is IDR 1.41 cheaper than bottled water, namely IDR. 6.66 per milliliter. The results of research on the salinity of salt water to fresh water show that the salinity of salt water is 35 ppt, while the salinity of distilled water is 0, this shows that the result of distillation is fresh water that can be consumed.

Abstract

Android smartphone is currently one of the most extensively utilized operating systems. Nevertheless, Android devices are susceptible to issues such as Ic Emmc, Ic Power, software malfunctions, Blank Screen, Hang, complete device malfunction, and boot loop. Prompt intervention is crucial when a smartphone experiences a problem to prevent more harm and safeguard the user. The Certainty Factor (CF) accounts for the inherent uncertainty in an expert's analysis. Expressions such as "uncertain," "highly probable," "likely," "very likely," "almost certain," and "certain" are frequently employed in this context. This study employed a manual questionnaire to assess the efficacy of the expert system in identifying malfunctions in Android devices. All five technicians and all five user respondents expressed significant agreement about the reliability of the expert system in the questionnaire, and the black box test yielded a perfect 100% success rate. Through accuracy testing, using 10 samples of expert analysis data and 10 samples of system data, it was determined that the expert system achieved an 80% accuracy rate in generating diagnostic conclusions based on the tested data.

Abstract

Lelewi Village, Gane Tengah District, South Halmahera Regency, there are 80 families (heads of families) whose livelihood is farmers and fishermen. Geographically, Lelewi village is located in an area with a fairly high potential for solar energy, making Lelewi village a suitable place for the construction of a Solar Power Plant. Frequent sudden power outages due to lack of load capacity and natural disturbances (such as broken branches and trees and animals) cause a large number of electronic equipment to be damaged. And the operating time of PLN starts from 18.00 – 07.00, so a Solar Power Plant (PLTS) system is designed for use during the day only.So that this research will be discussed in more depth about the Analysis of Power Calculation at Solar Power Plants in Lelewi Village, South Halmahera Regency. To design an electric energy plant so that it meets the load needs for 10 years in Lelewi Village, South Halmahera Regency, it is necessary to carry out a load forecast (forecast electricity load). The method used to carry out load forecasting is the Linear Regretion method. Solar power energy is calculated at 50% of the daily load during the day, total electrical energy that can be generated from solar power plants is 12 Wh.  The solar components used after accounting for the need for electrical power backup are 48 100 wp solar panels, 48 units of 12V voltage batteries with a capacity of 100 Ah which are expected to be charged in about 10.05 hours, 2 units of solar charger controllers, and 1 unit of inverter with a capacity of 226.25 Watts

Abstract

Prediction or forecasting is one of the most important elements in decision-making. The impact caused is the number of motorized vehicles, residents, roads, and area area. By predicting the number of motor vehicles, the prediction data can be used from a program to reduce the impact of a high number of motor vehicles. This study aims to determine the Prediction of the Number of Motorized Vehicles in Ternate City using the Average Based Fuzzy Time Series Model Method in Ternate City from 2019 to 2024. Settlement using Average Based Method data and fuzzy time series interval numbers have been determined at the beginning of the calculation process, this process is very influential in the formation of fuzzyrelationship on each number to compare each other which will certainly have an impact on the difference in the results of the reduction calculation. The test results are known that the Fuzzy time series is one of the methods for prediction. One type of method is the average-based fuzzy time series with the average total value calculated using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) method obtained from the number of each indicator of 2.98% which shows that this study is included in the category of good used in the prediction of motor vehicles in Ternate City because it has an accuracy value of less than 20%. From the predictions carried out, the MAPE value of the test was 1.01%, the MSE value of forecasting was 1400.5, and the MAD value of forecasting was 27.93.
