The purpose of this study is to make an attempt at doing a full survey of blockchain technology by describing its structure in addition to several consensus methods. They also investigate the difficulties and potential benefits associated with the Internet of Things and cyber security. In addition, they investigate potential future developments that the technology may accommodate in the next few years. The Internet of Things (IoT) aims to create a vast network of devices that generate and share data to enable intelligent interactions between people and their surroundings. The IoT is open, heterogeneous, and dynamic and might speed up real-time applications. These traits raise security, privacy, and trust issues. Thus, these issues limit IoT technology adoption. On the other side, Cybersecurity keeps unwanted people from getting into digital devices, networks, and data. This makes it less likely that data will be stolen or changed. It is about methods, processes, and routines that are carefully made to protect personal information and stop hacking. Cybersecurity has grown a lot because of cyberattacks. Cybersecurity tools include filters, encryption, secure passwords, and systems that look for threats and tell people what to do about them. Workers must learn how to do these things. The integration of blockchain technology with the Internet of Things (IoT) and cyber security serves to mitigate risks and enhance capabilities. This article presents a comprehensive analysis of blockchain security risk categories, drawing upon the intersection of Internet of Things (IoT) and cybersecurity challenges. Additionally, this study investigates the unique dangers and weaknesses associated with blockchain technology, as well as the security solutions designed to mitigate these risks. The use of blockchain technology in the domains of Internet of Things (IoT) and cyber security is advantageous owing to its attributes of openness, auditability, consistency, and security.

This study examined the significance of the automotive technology program of state universities and colleges in the Bicol Region as a basis for curriculum improvement. The assessment analyzed the SUC Automotive Technology Program's faculty qualifications and laboratory facilities, alongside the program's curriculum and instructional status, adherence to quality assurance protocols, and the employability of its graduates. This research study utilized a descriptive survey methodology. The questionnaires serve as the primary instruments for data collection. Frequency, percentage, and general mean are the statistical methods employed in analyzing the acquired data. The study comprised four groups of respondents: BSIT majors in Automotive Technology and BSAT students participating in industry immersion/supervised industry training during AY 2022-2023; core faculty members in automotive technology from five SUCs; graduates from AY 2020-2021 and 2021-2022; and automotive industry partners of the aforementioned SUCs, represented by their service advisors and technicians. It was disclosed that the majority of the academics lack the requisite industry experience mandated by CMO 76, s. 2017. Similarly, the qualifications of professors as trainers in automotive disciplines and the availability of automotive equipment do not entirely satisfy the regulatory requirements. The SUCs failed to adhere to CHED and TESDA standards regarding laboratories and physical facilities; however, the SUCs in Region V met the minimum requirements set by CHED

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming software development by automating critical processes such as code generation, testing, maintenance, and security. AI-driven solutions like OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, and DeepMind AlphaCode are revolutionizing programming by enhancing efficiency, reducing errors, and accelerating development cycles. Similarly, AI-powered testing frameworks improve bug detection, security evaluation, and software performance enhancement. This study analyzes recent advancements in AI-driven software development, assessing its benefits, constraints, and ethical considerations. Additionally, it examines the function of AI in cybersecurity, low-code/no-code development, and workforce transformation. The lecture concludes by discussing potential research directions and the balance between automation and human oversight in AI-augmented software engineering

The growing ubiquity of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) models in diverse sectors has underscored the essential requirement for effective and scalable deployment methodologies. Conventional deployment methods frequently encounter difficulties in adjusting to variable demands and sustaining cost efficiency. Serverless computing has arisen as a viable way to tackle these difficulties. This article examines the implementation of AI models in serverless architectures on Amazon Web Services (AWS), with particular emphasis on AWS Lambda and Knative. The research examines the constraints of traditional deployment methods and suggests novel solutions utilizing the advantages of serverless technology. Additionally, it offers a thorough assessment of the performance attributes of various serverless deployment methodologies, addresses essential security and privacy issues, includes pertinent real-world case studies, and delineates prospective avenues for future research

Systemic Functional Linguistics (SFL), developed by Halliday, conceptualizes language as a social semiotic system that fulfills communicative purposes. In Systemic Functional Linguistics (SFL), Thematic Progression (TP) pertains to the development of themes across sentences to establish coherence and cohesiveness in conversation. Structured argumentation and clarity are crucial in legal education, especially in criminal law. Students at the People’s Police College II (PPC II) studying criminal law must refine their writing skills for assignments, reports, and legal analyses. This research emphasizes the significance of thematic progression in assisting students to compose more organized and coherent legal writings. This research examines the utilization of thematic progression in systemic functional linguistics as an educational instrument to improve cadets' case-solving and comprehensive case analysis abilities in the PPC II criminal law exercises. Thematic progression, which entails the methodical advancement of topics within texts, is essential for creating cohesive and logical legal arguments. By examining several patterns of thematic progression, including constant theme, linear theme, and split theme, students can enhance their capacity to formulate coherent legal speech. This method enhances their understanding of legal papers and facilitates the creation of clear and succinct legal reports. The study offers pragmatic instructions for incorporating thematic progression into criminal law exercises, enhancing communication abilities among law enforcement cadets
