Abstract

This article discusses environmental management strategies in reducing the impact of company operations on ecosystems. Against the backdrop of increasing environmental damage due to carbon emissions, toxic waste, and ecosystem degradation, this article examines the concept and implementation of environmental management through a qualitative descriptive method. The study uses secondary data from scientific journals, books, and company reports to analyze the steps taken by companies in implementing environmentally friendly policies. The results show that the implementation of clean technology, energy efficiency, circular economy-based waste management, and collaboration with stakeholders significantly reduce environmental impacts. Case studies from PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy and PT Semen Indonesia Tbk show success in reducing carbon emissions by 150,000 tons and 2 million tons of CO2 per year, respectively. In addition, the use of alternative fuels and waste recycling are effective solutions to reduce dependence on fossil fuels. This article emphasizes the importance of green technology investment, public awareness raising, and cross-sector collaboration to support environmental sustainability. Thus, environmental management is not only a corporate obligation but also a strategic opportunity to improve operational efficiency and business reputation.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of farmer group management on the success of integrated farming programmes. A total of 500 respondents from 10 farmer groups in five sub-districts in Indonesia were selected based on criteria such as the type of commodity being cultivated, partnership patterns, and level of access to extension services. The research instrument was a structured questionnaire designed to measure the independent variables, namely aspects of farmer group management (planning, coordination, division of tasks, and evaluation), and the dependent variable, which includes productivity, sustainability, and member satisfaction. Descriptive analysis was used to describe the characteristics of respondents and the distribution of research variables, while inferential analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results show that the majority of respondents rated the aspects of farming group management as good to very good. Coordination within farmer groups has a significant positive influence on the successful of the integrated farming programme (B = 0.28, p = 0.001). The results of this study are expected to serve as a foundation in the development of community-based policies to improve farmers' welfare and agribusiness sustainability in Indonesia

Abstract

Given importance of marketing strategies in the digital era, this study investigates the effect of influencer endorsements on online fashion product sales. A quantitative experimental design was employed involving 100 respondents, who were divided into experimental and control groups. The results show that influencer endorsement increased product sales by 108.33% and raised consumers’ purchase intention from an average score of 3.2 to 4.5 after exposure to endorsement content. Statistical analysis using the Mann–Whitney U test revealed a significant difference between the two groups (U = 450, p = 0.002). These findings indicate that influencer endorsement is an effective marketing strategy for promoting fashion products online. The study highlights the importance of selecting credible and relevant influencers aligned with the target market. Nevertheless, this research is limited by respondent demographics and the range of social media platforms examined; therefore, further studies are recommended to include broader samples and additional influencing factors.
