Abstract

Cadres play an important role in assisting families to prevent adolescent anemia. Cadres can be empowered to assist adolescents in efforts to prevent anemia in adolescents. The purpose of this service is to form adolescent companion cadres, increase cadre knowledge related to adolescent anemia. The targets in this service are 32 cadres in Banjarsari Village, Kalibawang, Kulon Progo. The implementation time is May to October 2021. The approach used in this service is training and mentoring to cadres. The results of this service program are the formation of adolescent companion cadres and increasing cadre knowledge in terms of adolescent anemia prevention behavior and family assistance. Abstract

Dental health is very important aspect, especially in children. The risk of dental disease in children can cause eating disorders and reduced nutritional intake resulting in decreased body weight and suboptimal child growth and development. According to National Basic Health Research, the prevalence of cavities in early childhood is very high, namely 93%, meaning that only 7% of Indonesian children are free from dental caries In 2030. To support government programs, it is necessary to carry out promotive and preventive activities, namely by carrying out Community Partnership Program activities by teaching elementary school children how to brush their teeth properly and correctly by making a toothbrush alarm device providing benefits to help students brush their teeth properly in time, namely after breakfast and at night before going to bed and applying dental vitamins. Brushing teeth is a daily activity that is carried out to be able to maintain healthy teeth. Maintaining good and correct tooth brushing behavior can help reduce the risk of caries. The method of implementing this activity is the use of tooth brushing alarms and the implementation of dental vitamins. Management of children by providing dental health education and dental examinations. From this activity parents and teachers gave a positive response proposing MOU cooperation for this partnership activity. For schools, it is hoped that by establishing cooperation through the signing of  MOU so that the continuation of this promotive and preventive dental health program can run and will ultimately be beneficial in shaping behavior to maintain better dental health. Key words : toothbrush alarm; dental vitamins; children

Abstract

Foodborne disease is caused by various biological contaminants from food contamination caused by worms, parasites, bacteria, fungi and viruses. The spread of various diseases is often known to be related to food hygiene and sanitation, thus triggering poisoning, allergies, diarrhoea, hepatitis A and even COVID-19. Community service activities aim to accompany community behaviour and food hygiene in the midst of the new normal era at BUMDES Griya Kuliner Pacet. Community service activities were carried out for 30 days at Griya Culinary, Pacet Village, Mojokerto, East Java. The method used in this activity is the assistance of the head of the Culinary House management and several traders. In order to maximize the mentoring process, the community service team conducted surveys up to the evaluation stage. Before the service team provided this, respondents' knowledge and methods of hygienic food processing still needed to be improved. However, after education regarding hygienic food processing was carried out, respondents' knowledge increased. Abstract

Dental health, which is part of general health, is still a problem that needs to be addressed. Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) 2022 reports that the world's dental and oral health status in the form of dental and oral disease occurs in almost 3.5 billion people throughout the world, and an estimated 2 billion people suffer from dental caries. According to 2018 Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS) data, 57.6% experienced dental and oral problems. Factors that influence a person's dental and oral health status come from behavior, environment and health services. The aim of brushing teeth is to prevent dental caries and maintain oral and dental hygiene. People who use drugs experience dental and oral health problems. Poor oral and dental hygiene causes diseases such as dental caries, xerostomia or dry mouth, rampant caries, bleeding gums, a burning sensation, stomatitis, changes in the chemical composition of saliva, abscesses and decreased immunity. Community service activities carried out at the BNN Baddoka Makassar rehabilitation center, South Sulawesi. The sample used was 11 people. The method used in this activity is the Health system approach, namely: Input – Process – Output. The results showed an increase in client knowledge at the Baddoka BNN Rehabilitation Center after education was carried out using the module. Keyword : Dental hygiene; caries; drugs; brushing teeth

Abstract

Fulfillment needs baseman can be given through giving care in a way planned in a period time certain in a way sustainable until finish problem is. Actions of care health teeth and mouth carried out by a person therapist teeth and mouth aim To help patient fulfil eight need base on existing problems _ in cavity mouth patient . Based on Riskesdas problem health teeth and mouth form gum swelling and/ or go out boils ( abscesses ) are still there Lots experienced by society , namely by 14%. Problem gum swelling and/ or go out boils ( abscesses ) in the city of Makassar were 17.41%. Problem the make need there is a care program health tooth For handling pain in swelling consequence abscess . Implementation foster care started with data collection , identification problems , priorities problems , plans program implementation , and program implementation . In program implementation there are: three phase inside it . Devotion This carried out at the dental clinic RSAU dr. Dody Sardjoto in patients who have indication painful Because swelling consequence abscess . Products provided _ in devotion This form development implementation management of dental healt who has customized with characteristics patient sufferer poured abscess _ in the Consequential Pain Management Module Abscess . Result of devotion This is level severity pain experienced by the patient sufferer abscess experience 75% drop after done action distraction .
