Women's worked has become at usual things in this modern era. They are very diverse reasons, among others: economic conditions, the demands of time and self existence as human beings who have the same ability as men. However, culture is still not in favor of working women encounter resulted in a double burden, which play a role in public and domestic spaces. This double burden became socio-cultural problem and a form of gender in equity with the victims are women.

Human trafficking is one of the problems that still cannot be resolved in Indonesia. In general, there are still many problems from patterns of prevention and crime controlling of human trafficking which is currently being implemented. The movie of ‘Jamila and the President’ is a representation of a survey result conducted by a filmmaker who cares about women problems in this country, namely Ratna Sarumpaet. This research was developed from critical discourse analysis models by Sara Mills. The result showed that there was an impartiality of the state's role to a female victim of human trafficking which affects the moral aspect, gender, and the so many cases of human trafficking. The contribution of this study is to give knowledge and awareness of women to fight and or without someone’s help in order to fix their condition to be better.

This paper discusses about one of the major themes in the movement and thought in Western feminism namely the issue of the exploitation of women's bodies. The modern feminism was born in the context of Western civilization. This paper discussion starts from a review of how Western society treats women and an effort from feminism in changing the community. Then, this paper will explain the main point about how come the feminism stuck in a similar pattern to their opponent society. Islam will describe a unique way of looking at this issue.

Narcotics are substances causing change of consciousness. Psychotropic is a substance that causes changes in mental activity and behaviour. There is negative impacts on its users. Surprisingly, the demand for narcotics is increasing. Some starts it as trial and error, to have fun, be used under certain conditions such as sadness, tense and disappointed, abuse / deviation and addicts. With the increasing demand, drug sellers attempt to increase their market in various ways including using women as couriers, although the death penalty confronting. The issue needs to be discussed further is the reasons these women becoming drug couriers. Data shows some women are trapped by drug sellers and they are victims of human trafficking promised to be married.Poverty is one factor of this problem. Thus, among the solutions is to fight against poverty by means of entrepreneurship education facilitated by government to become independent generation. Poverty is one of casualties in war against drug. Parents awareness to monitor and educate their children needs to be strengthen in order to prevent becoming targets of drugs' mafia, both becoming user or dealers.

Iraq once touted as the Middle Eastern country that offers freedom to women. However, the fall of Saddam's regime in April 2003 by the Coalition Forceshas brought the Iraqi women in to uncertain change. One of the Coalition Forces agenda to Iraqwas to set UN Security Council Resolution No.1483 to improve the lives of Iraqi women in a stable democratic system. But until the withdrawal of Coalition Forces in 2011, the lives of women in Iraq remain decayed. The purpose of this study was to assess descriptively the changes occured in Irak under the regime of Saddam Hussein (1979-2003) and under the Coalition Forces invasion (2003-2011).Methodused was qualitative approach by interviewing some Iraqi emigrants in Malaysia with additional of literature review. Result of this study showed that women conditions in Iraq during the invasion has worsened. Even some Iraqis claimed prefer to live in Saddam’s erarather than the time of Coalition Forces presence.

The muamalah maliyah in the Islamic law is the important think for the Moslem to teaching it, because every one is practicing it. The basic principle on the Islamic law is that a muslimah women or a wife should remain at home, and not go out except for necessary purposes, she is no allowed to work outside her house. It is like Al Quran says in surah Al Ahzab : 33 and this is addressed to the wives of the prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Arabian women different between the Indonesian women, on the other situation is permissible for a women to go out of her house for work, but that is subject to certain conditions. That she needs to work in order to acquire the money she needs, the work should be suited to the nature women, such as a medicine, nursing, teaching, and so on, in the work she should observe complete shar’i hijab.

This study aims to understand the theology of liberation as an alternative solution that freed because of the discrimination against women. Discrimination against women is a result of the hegemony of patriarchal society jahiliya that is still growing in the view of Islam, so that religion can not function as a mercy to entire human race. Religion as the foundation of justice also become invisible. That condition requires a liberating theology, so it can be used as an alternative to achieve maslaha of the people, including women
