Abstract

Education requires adequate information infrastructure to ensure equitable access to facilities. Cianjur Regency has a wide and diverse distribution of junior high, senior high, and vocational schools, yet public access to accurate location information remains limited. This study develops a web-based Geographic Information System (Web-GIS) for school mapping in Cianjur Regency using the Waterfall development method. The system integrates spatial and attribute data of 412 junior high schools, 73 senior high schools, and 186 vocational high schools, visualized through the Google Maps API. Functional testing shows that all system features operate correctly, enabling users to access school location information efficiently and accurately. The main contribution of this study lies in the integration of multi-level school distribution data into a single interactive Web-GIS platform to support public access and educational infrastructure analysis.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has transformed higher education learning toward more flexible and collaborative models. This study aims to design and implement SkillShare Campus, a web-based collaborative learning platform that facilitates skill sharing and class management between students and tutors. The system was developed through needs analysis, system design, implementation, and functional testing using the black box method. SkillShare Campus was implemented using PHP and MySQL and provides features such as user authentication, skill management, and class creation. Functional testing results indicate that all core features operate according to user requirements. Therefore, SkillShare Campus effectively supports collaborative and self-directed learning in higher education environments.

Abstract

Digital technologies are rapidly expanding. This shift is transforming event management from a manual and fragmented practice into a systematically engineered process supported by information systems. However, organizers and vendors continue to face inefficiencies due to disjointed workflows, duplicated efforts, and limited transparency among stakeholders. To address these challenges, this study presents EventHub, a conceptual web-based event vendor management platform, with an emphasis on system design and formal modeling rather than full-scale implementation. Utilizing a user-oriented development approach, the research identifies and analyzes both functional and non-functional requirements, which are then modeled using a suite of Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, including use case, activity, sequence, and class diagrams. These models define user roles, interaction scenarios, process flows, and underlying data structures in a coherent and traceable manner, resulting in a comprehensive design blueprint for EventHub. This blueprint is intended to guide future implementation and serve as a reusable reference for similar event management solutions, thereby providing a structured foundation for ongoing digital transformation initiatives within the event management ecosystem.

Abstract

The implementation of Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) often encounters challenges in data management, including difficulties in locating partner companies and ineffective activity monitoring. This study aims to develop a web-based PKL management information system, named PKL-Hub, using the Waterfall method. The system was developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, and provides key features such as PKL location search, registration management, digital logbooks, activity monitoring, and partner-based assessment. Functional testing using the Black Box Testing method indicates that all system features operate according to the defined requirements. Therefore, PKL-Hub is able to improve administrative efficiency and coordination among students, faculty, and partner companies in PKL implementation.

Abstract

The development of information technology is driving changes in people's transaction patterns, particularly in online buying and selling activities. However, not all consumer needs can be met through available e-commerce platforms, especially for certain products that are limited or not always available. Therefore, consignment services have become a popular alternative solution. This study aims to implement a web-based consignment service system that can facilitate the ordering process, product data management, and transactions between customers and service providers in a structured and efficient manner. The system development method used is the Waterfall method, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system built has two main types of users, namely admin and customer, with different interfaces and access rights. The implementation results show that the system is able to support the online consignment service process, from product search, ordering, transaction management, to report presentation, thereby increasing the ease, speed, and accuracy of the web-based consignment service.
