Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of the variable price of 250 ml bottle birpletok, the 600 ml bottle bir pletok price variable, and the bir pletok productioncost to the bir pletok sales volume. This research was conducted at UKM BirPletok Bang Isra, Jakarta. The data obtained is secondary data in the form ofprice data, production costs and sales volume. The data analysis method used inthis study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that thevariable price of 250 ml bottle bir pletok and the 600 ml bottle bir pletok pricewas not significant to the variable bir pletok sales volume with a significancevalue of 0.860 and 0.865. The results of this study also show that the variable production costs have a significant effect on the variable volume of bir pletoksales with a significance value of 0.000. The variable price of bir pletok, both 250ml and 600 ml bottles, and the variable production costs simultaneously have asignificant effect on the variable sales volume of Bang Isra’ Bir pletok. In thecoefficient of determination, there is an effect of 95.5% of the price andproduction costs on sales volume.Keywords: Sales Volume, Bir Pletok, Price, and Production Cost

Abstract

ABSTRACTResearch to determine the response of the Pagoda Mustard (Brassica narinosa L.)plant was carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Borobudur, Campus A, Kalimalang Road, No.1. East Jakarta, fromDecember 2020 to February 2021. This study used a Monofactorial Design in aRandomized Block Design (RBD) with three (3) replications. The treatments testedconsisted of Red Soilwith Husk Charcoal (1:1), Red Soil with Compost (1:1), Red Soilwith Goat Manure (1:1), Red Soil with Chicken Manure (1:1). Three (3) samples wereassigned to each trial unit.The data were analyzed descriptively and inference consisting of the F test andfurther tests on five (5) parameters, namely, Plant Height, Number of Leaves, LeafArea, Wet Weight and Dry Weight. Data analysis used the Least Significance Different(LSD) Test at 5% real difference, using SPSS software version 24.The results of the analysis showed that the effect of the composition of the plantingmedium of Tanah Merah combined with husk charcoal (1:1) had no significant effect onthe growth of Pagoda Mustard (Brassica narinosa L.). The composition of the plantingmedia of Tanah Merah combined with compost (1:1) had a significant (significant)effect on the growth of Pagoda Sawi (Brassica narinosa L.). The composition of theplanting media combination of Tanah Merah with Goat Manure (1:1) did notsignificantly affect the Pagoda Mustard (Brassica narinosa L.) plant. The compositionof the planting media combination of Tanah Merah with Chicken Manure (1:1) was notsignificantly different to no significant effect on Pagoda Sawi (Brassica narinosa L.).Keywords: organic fertilizer, pagoda mustard (Brassica narinosa L.), red soil

Abstract

DAUN KELOR (Moringa oleifera) SEBAGAI SUMBER PANGAN FUNGSIONAL DAN ANTIOKSIDAN ABSTRAK Beragam jenis tumbuhan yang tumbuh berpotensi memberikan manfaat bagi kehidupan manusia, satu diantaranya yaitu kelor. Kelor dikenal sebagai The Miracle Tree atau pohon ajaib karena terbukti secara alamiah merupakan sumber gizi berkhasiat obat.  Pemanfaatan bahan pangan lokal yang relatif mudah didapat, dan bernilai gizi seperti daun kelor (Moringa oleifera) dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai produk pangan fungsional dan sumber antioksidan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak kelor dengan pengeringan blower matahari memperoleh nilai 234.79 ppm sedangkan pada ekstrak kelor dengan pengeringan matahari + tutup kain hanya mencapai angka 223.12 ppm. Aktivitas dari kedua metode pengeringan hampir sama akan tetapi sedikit lebih baik menggunakan blower. Peranan antioksidan dalam tubuh manusia sangat penting yaitu untuk melindungi sel-sel dari kerusakan akibat radikal bebas.Kata kunci : kelor, pangan fugsional, antioksidan

Abstract

         Taman Wisata Lebah PT. Madu Pramuka menjadi tempat wisata edukasi di DKI Jakarta, setiap tahunnya terjadi kenaikan jumlah pengunjung. Keadaan tersebut menunjukkan tingginya antusias masyarakat yang ingin berwisata dan mendapatkan pengetahuan baru dalam satu tempat wisata di kota besar seperti Jakarta. Namun diketahui pada tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan jumlah pengunjung yang signifikan, dikarenakan pada tahun 2020 terjadi pandemi Covid-19.         Adapun sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu yang terdampak sangat besar dari virus Covid-19. Pariwisata yang pada awalnya kian mengalami pertumbuhan yang begitu pesat, seakan melemah dan mengalami penurunan yang drastis. Kondisi yang terjadi dalam sektor pariwisata, akan bisa ditanggulangi jika menemuka solusi yang sesuai untuk penanganan virus Covid-19.         Kualitas daya tarik wisata dinilai dari Daya Tarik (Attraction), Aksesibilitas (Accesibility), Fasilitas (amenities), dan Jasa Pendukung Pariwisata (Ancilliary). Menurut Zebua (2016) pengembangan pariwisata hendaknya sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan oleh konsumen.          Daya tarik wisata selain kualitas, hal yang perlu diperhatikan adalah produk wisata. Menurut Kotler dan Amstrong (2008), produk wisata adalah semua yang dapat ditawarkan kepada pasar agar dapat menarik perhatian, akuisisi, penggunaan atau konsumsi yang dapat memuaskan suatu keinginan atau kebutuhan.         Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja dengan teknik penarikan sampel adalah purposive sampling, dan untuk penyusunan skala menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis yaitu Microsoft Excel dan SPSS (untuk uji reliabilitas dan uji validitas). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi pengunjung terhadap daya tarik Taman Wisata Lebah PT. Madu Pramuka dengan menggunakan konsep pariwisata 4A dinilai baik. Kata kunci: Taman Wisata Lebah, Konsep Wisata 4A, Persepsi Pengunjung

Abstract

Abstract Oil palm farming is an economic activity that is very important for economic growth because the productivity of oil palm agriculture can increase the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP).This paper describes the technological efforts used to increase the productivity of oil palm agriculture, through the selection and processing of the right technology.The agricultural technology proposed in this paper is the technology of fertilization, seeding, handling of plant diseases, and handling of plant development and in the future it is recommended to digitize oil palm plants. Keywords: Technology, Productivity, Palm Oil
