Abstract

Efforts to improve the quality of these human resources, especially human resources need to be done well, directed, and planned, so that the company can compete fairly with other companies, given the future competition between companies will be intense. HR can be able to compete with competitors or business partners are companies that have qualified human resources. The research objective was to determine the effect of motivation and leadership, the performance of employees of PT. KharismaAntama Rosary. This study used survey method by using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The samples in this study were 67 employees. Samples were taken by accidental sampling technique that is saturated sampling technique when all members of the population used as sampell ,. Data were analyzed using Path Analysis. The results showed that the correlation coefficient obtained is positive, reflecting the fact that motivation and leadership have a positive relationship with the performance, so the higher the leadership and motivation, the higher the performance of employees. From the results obtained is also known coefficient of determination that reflects how much the contribution of independent variables (motivation and leadership) on the dependent variable (performance), ie 0.948 or 94.8%, which means motivation and leadership patterns affect the performance of the remaining 94.8% by 5.2% influenced by other factors not examined. 1. There is the influence of motivation and leadership patterns affect the performance of employees of PT. KharismaAntama Rosary simultaneously. 2. There is a motivational effect on the performance of employees of PT. KharismaAntama partially Rosary. 3. There is a pattern of leadership influence on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

The data used in this study in the form of primary data collected from respondents' answers based on questionnaires given, ie as many as 80 people. In addition, data on competency policy, motivation, employee performance and other literature studies. The method of data processing using multiple linear regression analysis method with the aid of SPSS version 19. Statistical test using individual significance test (t test) and simultaneous significance test (F test).The results showed that simultaneously competence and motivation variables significantly influence employee performance. Partially shows that in the analysis of competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so also in motivation analysis showed significant influence to employee performance.From the analysis of data obtained the results of multiple regression equation as follows, Y = 10.382 + 0.310X1 + 0.480X2, this equation explains that competence has a positive and significant relationship to employee performance. Similarly, the motivation that has a form of positive and significant relationship to employee performance. Furthermore, it is found that the relationship between competence and motivation on employee performance has a form of positive relationship, very strong, direct and significant. From the research also found that the value of determination is equal to 76.70% changes in employee performance is influenced by the competence and motivation together and the remaining 23.3% influenced by other variables not examined. Keywords : Competence and Motivation to Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the Employee's knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) in seeking Zero Accident, the provision of Training Education to ensure all employees are able to work safely and committed to work with integrity every time.The data used in this study is Primary data obtained directly by dividing the questionnaire to employees who have worked at least 1 year. Dawn Adhisurya Perkasa. The company wants an optimal profit on its business, because each owner wants the capital invested in his business immediately quickly return and also the results of the capital invested so as to provide additional capital (new investment) and prosperity for the owner and all his employees. in maintaining its business PT. Dawn Adhisurya Perkasa, by managing the company's finances carefully and well-planned by working capital efficiency, will be able to increase business income, and increase net income.Financial accounting is a process that ends in the preparation of financial statements concerning the company as a whole for use by both internal and external parties, including working capital which is an investment company in short-term assets such as cash, securities (letters, securities), accounts receivable and inventory, with the fulfillment of working capital, the company will be able to maximize its profit. Revenue is the gross inflows of economic benefits arising from the normal activities of the enterprise if inflows result in an increase in equity that does not arise from the contribution of investment. Abstract

By taking a sample of 50 contract employees and remain in PT.NGK Ceramics Indonesia, To solve the problems with analyzing and testing the relationship and influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable used models kausalistik through path analysis (Path Analisys) with SPSS 20. Abstract

The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation and work discipline toward performance of employee in PT Sinar Santosa Perkasa Cikarang. Data collection sample of 69 respondents Santosa Sinar Perkasa PT Cikarang given questionnaires and selected probability sample with sampling gradual withdrawal method (multistage sampling). Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 21.The results were obtained from the regression equation as Y = a + b1x1 + b2X2 + b3X3. This equation means that every increase of 1 scores leadership style variable (X1) effect on employee performance variable (Y) of 0.855, assuming motivation variable (X2) and discipline (X3) is constant.Any change in one variable score of motivation (X2) effect on employee performance variable (Y) of 0.613, assuming a leadership style variable (X1) and discipline (X3) is constant. Any change in one variable score work discipline (X3) influence on employee performance (Y) amounted to 0,600, assuming a leadership style variable (X1) and motivation (X2), is constant. Keywords: Leadership style, Motivation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between E-Money and Pricing on Service Quality and its impact on Passenger Satisfaction TransJakarta. Populasidalam this research is TransJakarta Passenger especially Students who have e-money card and are in Corridor VIII TransJakarta.Variabel independent in this research is E-Money, Pricing and Quality of Service where independent variable is Passenger Satisfaction. For a collection method datadilakukan by using a questioner. The data collected is analyzed by analyzing descriptive and statistical analyzes using SPSS version 22, whereas the underlying jihipotesis is Path Analysis.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence on E-Money and the Pricing of Service Quality directly, there is a positive and significant influence on E-Money and Pricing on Passenger Satisfaction directly, and there is a positive and significant influence between E- Passenger Satisfaction through Quality of Service indirectly. Abstract

Based on the test results using path analysis is known that the product, brand, and price together have a significant positive effect on promotion strategy.Afterwards, it can be seen that the products and promotional strategies proved to have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. While the price proved to have no significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.The test results using path analysis proves that the Product, price and promotion strategy proved together to positively and significantly influence the purchasing decision and not all variables are accepted because based on the coefficient test of sub-structure 2 lane only the coefficient of the price path to purchase decision that is not statistically significant. Thus the findings of this analysis provide information that Promotional Products and Strategies have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Product, Brand, Price, Promotion Strategy & Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Employee performance is the work of employees in carrying out tasks in accordance with the responsibilities charged to all employees. Compensation and work environment is believed to affect work motivation and employee performance. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bekasi Branch in achieving its intended purpose. The higher the compensation and increased work environment and motivation, the higher the performance of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bekasi Branch. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the compensation and work environment have a direct significant influence on employee motivation and performance. This research was conducted by taking samples of 60 respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires in the form of a list of statements. Pursuant to result of path analysis, proven that compensation and work environment have positive and significant effect directly to work motivation and employee performance of PT.
