Abstract

This study aims to analyzethe influence of motivation, work experience and work discipline on employee performance. This study took a sample of employees at PT MulyaPrivate Indra55 people by using the calculation method Likert scale. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Edico Utama, Jakarta. Data collection through questionnaires distribution to 110 employees from 151 employees of PT. Edico Utama Jakarta. The method used in this sampling is purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the regression equation obtained is as follows: Y '= 9.930 + 0.355X1 + 0.524X2By using multiple regression analysis method, it can be concluded that simultaneously leadership and work discipline have positive and significant effect on employee performance with F value counted 307.563> F table = 3.08 at the real level α = 0.05, which means simultaneously leadership and work discipline influence positive and significant to the performance of employees of PT. Edico Utama, Jakarta. The value of coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.852. These results show that 85.2% of employee performance variables can be explained by independent variables, leadership and discipline work, while the rest of 14.8% by other variables not proposed in this study.Leadership variable (X1) and work discipline (X2) have positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with value 0,355 (X1) and 0.542 (X2). With t value equal to 15,092> t table = 1,659 at real level nayata α = 0,05. Thus it is known that partial leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. There is a positive and partially significant influence between the variables of work discipline on employee performance. With t value counted 16,071> t table = 1,659 at nayata level α = 0,05. Keywords: Leadership, Work Discipline and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee productivity at PT Jayatama Selaras. The data used in this study is primary data collected from the results of distributing questionnaires conducted at PT Jayatama Selaras, the method of data processing using path analysis method (Path Analysis) using SPSS application program version 22, and the sample used as many as 75 people.The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style and motivation on work productivity. This is evidenced from the results of previous statistical tests. And from the test results also confirmed that motivation mediates some of the leadership style to work productivity. Keywords: Leadership Style, Motivation, Employee Productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation and Job Characteristics on Employee Satisfaction at PT. ZHU SHINThe data used in this study is primeryang data collected from the results of questionnaires distributed and filled by employees of PT. ZHU SHIN on September 20, 2014 concerning compensation, job characteristics and employee satisfaction PT. ZHU SHIN.Metode data processing using Multiple Linear Regression analysis method with the help of SPSS version 19.0 software analysis tool. for Linux and Windows OS. The statistical test in this research use Multiple Linear Regression Test.The results showed that simultaneously variable Compensation, and Job Characteristics have a significant effect on Employee Satisfaction with the value of 85% which means both variables X affecting 85% of variable Y with a significant number of 0.000 <0.05 that means 25% explained by other variables outside research. The results of multiple linear regression research partially also shows the number 0.367 on the variable Compensation tehadap Employee Satisfaction and the number 0.380 on Job Characteristics of Employee Job Satisfaction that indicates the relationship is strong. Keywords: Compensation, Job Characteristics, Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Bogasari Flour Mills in Jakarta.The variables that theoretically influence the relationship between the independent variables to the Dependent variable are the interverning variables in this case, as the observed variable and able to directly correlate between the Independent variables (Product Quality, Service Quality and Sales Promotion) to the Dependent variable (Customer Satisfaction). Abstract

The results of this study, there is generally an influence between Remuneration and Discipline on Employee Performance in the Deputy Environment Sector Rehabilitation Agency National Narcotics. From multiple linear regression equation obtained Y = 4,407 + 0,990X1 + 0,071 X2. From the regression equation above it can be explained: Looks the constant value of 4.407. The value of the constant indicates that when the Remuneration and discipline variable is 0, the Performance score is 4.407. From the equation above is also known each regression coefficient is positive (0,990 and 0,071) so that describes the existence of direct effect between Remuneration and discipline on employee performance; where each increase of one variable score of Remuneration causes a performance increase of 0.990 and the increase of one disciplinary variable score increased by 0.071 at 4.407 constant. While the value of Beta coefficient, Remuneration has the highest value of coefficient Beta of 0.923 means the most dominant remuneration in determining the performance in the Deputy Environment Field Rehabilitation Agency National Narcotics. While Discipline has the value of Beta coefficient under Remuneration of 0.066 means the discipline determines Performance of employees in the Deputy of Rehabilitation of the National Narcotics Agency after Remuneration.From the results of F test calculations (simultaneously), F calculate of 314,037. While the probability value (Sig) in the F test is 0,000 smaller than 0.05, then Ho3 is rejected or Ha3 is accepted. So the conclusion is: there is a significant influence Remuneration and discipline together have an effect on to the performance of employees of Deputy BNN Rehabilitation Division. Keywords: Remuneration, Discipline and Performance

Abstract

PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, engaged in banking, the method used is a quantitative method through pembrongraman SPSS version 19.0. related to conflict management in dealing with conflicts that occur in the six main principles underpin the best practices of corporate governance in everyday operational activities such as integration, fairness, openness, accountability, commissioners, responsibility of commitment as a profession and independence with the application of such methods then the conflicts that occur in the company can be minimized. In the company's activities in anticipating risk management in daily bank operations are summarized in a number of categories such as credit risk, market risk or also known as price risk, liquidity risk, operational risk. The focus is on improving employee productivity through improving the quality of the work environment. The focus of Danamon's human resource development in this year is Culture and Employee Engagement, Leadership, Talent Management, Sourcing and Recruitment, Performance Management, to realize the effectiveness of the employees of Bank Danamon. Then based on the results of research obtained the results of multiple regression equation is Y = 20,781 + 0,659 X1 + 0,085 X2, Correlation (R) is 0,828, R Square equal to 0,686 whereas coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) from result of regression statistic output in this research got number equal to 0.674, this explains that the contribution given conflict management variables, and risk management on labor effectiveness of 67.4% while the remaining 32.6% influenced by other factors not examined in this study such as organizational climate, commitment, compensation , and others. Keywords :  Conflict Management and Risk Management In Returning Labor Effectiveness

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the leadership style, discipline motivation and performance either partially or simultaneously at PT. Askrindo.. Total population in the study is a quantitative method. Total population in this human development resourch and the study sample research, counted as many as 108 respondance. The sampling technique using purposive sampling. The variable in this study is the independent variable (independent) consisting of leadership style, discipline motivation and performance  and the dependent variable (dependent) is Audit quality.The results showed that the leadership style, discipline, motivation and performance effecting significant partially on PT. Askrindo. leadership style, dis style cipline motivation and performance effecting significant Simultaneously, leadership style, discipline, motivation and performance effecting significant effect on performance level determination coefficient to 81,6%.

Abstract

Efforts to improve the quality of these human resources, especially human resources need to be done well, directed, and planned, so that the company can compete fairly with other companies, given the future competition between companies will be intense. HR can be able to compete with competitors or business partners are companies that have qualified human resources. The research objective was to determine the effect of motivation and leadership, the performance of employees of PT. KharismaAntama Rosary. This study used survey method by using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The samples in this study were 67 employees. Samples were taken by accidental sampling technique that is saturated sampling technique when all members of the population used as sampell ,. Data were analyzed using Path Analysis. The results showed that the correlation coefficient obtained is positive, reflecting the fact that motivation and leadership have a positive relationship with the performance, so the higher the leadership and motivation, the higher the performance of employees. From the results obtained is also known coefficient of determination that reflects how much the contribution of independent variables (motivation and leadership) on the dependent variable (performance), ie 0.948 or 94.8%, which means motivation and leadership patterns affect the performance of the remaining 94.8% by 5.2% influenced by other factors not examined. 1. There is the influence of motivation and leadership patterns affect the performance of employees of PT. KharismaAntama Rosary simultaneously. 2. There is a motivational effect on the performance of employees of PT. KharismaAntama partially Rosary. 3. There is a pattern of leadership influence on the performance of employees of PT.
