Abstract

The purpose of writing this final project is to find out how to process cash flow data at PT. Complete Medical Indonesia using a computerized system. Build a computerized system to replace the existing system so that the company can take a quick and appropriate decision so that the company will grow. The information system that will be built in writing this final project is a spare part inventory information system, which can process data that will be stored in the database. The programs used in writing this final project are Visual Basic, and phpMyAdmin. The results of the system built are expected to be able to provide solutions or solutions to existing problems, with existing solutions meaning adding new knowledge that is poured into writing which can be useful for the readers.

Abstract

Motorcycles sold by PT. So Kencana Motor is provided with market needs so that sales have a lot of profits and supplies do not accumulate in the warehouse. Each sales transaction is processed using the Microsoft excel application. The problem that occurs is that when doing data search and report printing, then the administration must look for it one by one from excel data that has been stored a lot. So this complicates the administration in managing motorcycle sales. This research makes information systems created using web programming that implement systems based on sales reports into applications that can managemotorcycle sales until the printing of reports. With the existence of a web-based motorcycle sales information system, PT. Source So Kencana Motor gets convenience in managing sales data until the printing of reports..

Abstract

The aim of writing this final assignment is to design a web-based goods delivery information system to make it easier for the admin, warehouse department and finance department to make reports. The program used in writing this final assignment is web-based which uses PHP as the database and XAMPP as the link. This web-based goods delivery information system emerged when the author made observations, so it is hoped that this goods delivery information system can help the admin, warehouse and finance departments and provide the best solution for the company.  The results of this program show that the software with a connected database can store various archives and information needed. This application includes a goods delivery system, placement of goods in the warehouse and reports that can be transferred to Excel.

Abstract

YAPIM TARUNA MARELAN VOCATIONAL SCHOOL is a private school located in Marelan Pasar IV, where in every election for chairman and deputy chairman of the OSIS, so far they still use a manual system. The use of paper as a medium for conveying the vision and mission and valid ballot papers, problems are often encountered in the process, both When writing the candidate's name or number, the paper is wet, the paper is torn and so on, this causes the calculation process to be hampered and the calculation results to be inaccurate. With the e-voting system, the election process becomes easier and does not take a long time so it does not interfere with the learning process. Apart from that, the calculation process also becomes easier and faster.

In the context of data and information management in large organizations, the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technology is an interesting research subject. This research aims to investigate the benefits, challenges and findings related to the use of this technology. Through a systematic literature review approach, the analysis results show that the integration of AI and ML has great potential to increase efficiency, productivity and innovation in large organizations in various industrial sectors. However, the research also identified challenges that need to be overcome, such as technical complexity, data security issues, and ethical considerations. Abstract

IoT (Internet of Things)-based health systems offer the potential for digital transformation in healthcare, but face significant security challenges that require serious attention. This research aims to identify and analyze security challenges in IoT-based health systems and evaluate existing solutions to overcome these challenges. The research method used is a systematic review using the PRISMA approach, collecting articles from reputable databases such as Scopus, IEEE Xplore, and PubMed. The research results show that although IoT technology can improve real-time patient monitoring and operational efficiency, vulnerability to cyberattacks and data privacy concerns remain major obstacles. The implications of these findings indicate the need for the development of stronger security solutions and comprehensive protection strategies to ensure successful implementation of IoT in health systems.

Abstract

AI-driven job automation has driven global economic transformation, increased efficiency and created innovation opportunities, but has also presented serious challenges such as structural unemployment and social inequality. This research aims to explore mitigation strategies through policy analysis, retraining, and ethical approaches in technology development. Using a systematic literature review method, this study found that AI-based training and multisectoral collaboration are effective approaches to support workforce transition. The results of this research provide practical insights for governments and companies in creating inclusive strategies to mitigate the negative impacts of automation.
