Abstract

This research aims to improve adaptive learning systems by developing a Smart Tutor platform enhanced with Large Language Models (LLMs). Traditional systems that rely on keyword matching or cosine similarity often fail to accurately assess student responses due to their lack of semantic understanding. To address this, we propose a semantic-based evaluation system using BERTScore and TF-IDF to analyze student answers more contextually.

Abstract

Seafood allergies such as shrimp, crab, shellfish, and fish are common triggers of allergic reactions that can pose serious health risks. To address the challenge of identifying foods containing allergens, this study developed an image classification system based on Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) using MobileNetV2 and EfficientNetV2-S architectures. Data was collected through Web scraping and preprocessed via resizing, normalization, and augmentation. The models were trained using pretrained weights with manually tuned hyperparameters, including dropout, regularization, and fine-tuning strategies. Evaluation was conducted using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-Score. The best-performing model, EfficientNetV2-S, achieved an accuracy of 97,5%, precision 97,59%, recall 97,5%, and F1-score 97,5%, and showed greater stability in avoiding overfitting compared to MobileNetV2. The optimal hyperparameters included a dropout rate of 0.5, L1 and L2 regularization values of 0.01 each, a batch size of 32, and frozen layers. The trained model was converted into TensorFlow Lite format and integrated into the FoodLergic mobile application. Final testing on new images and through the mobile interface demonstrated consistent and accurate predictions. These findings suggest the system is feasible as an initial solution for detecting food allergens through images on mobile devices.

Abstract

This investigation analyzes social media content strategies on the MyGRACE.id Instagram account for the period of October to November 2025. The primary issue underlying this research is the fluctuation in audience interaction and the need for a more systematic standardization of digital content production. The main objective is to design relevant digital marketing content ideas and implement effective copywriting techniques to enhance audience engagement. The methodology employed is a qualitative descriptive approach with historical performance data comparison analysis, as well as business process modeling using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) to optimize the workflow between content managers and interns. This research analyzes a dataset of 97 digital content pieces published on the MyGRACE.id Instagram account during the 13 October 2025–30 November 2025 observation period. The research results indicate that high view performance was significantly achieved through synergy between short video formats (Reels), topics with strong emotional resonance such as interpersonal relationships, and the use of copywriting techniques based on the principle of clarity. The use of AI-based tools like Magic Write proved helpful in narrative efficiency, while the transition of language style from personal to inclusive ("Kita") successfully increased emotional proximity with followers. Statistical data shows performance stability with an increase in total views reaching 1,874 in November, dominated by new audiences (non-followers) through video content. The study's conclusion emphasizes that alignment between consistent visual elements and empathetic writing is the key to increasing active audience interaction. This research provides practical implications for social media managers in optimizing audience acquisition through integrated content strategies.

Abstract

The rebranding process of the Master of Computer Science Program at Maranatha Christian University requires an effective communication strategy to increase brand awareness through Instagram. This study compares the performance of organic content and Instagram Ads based on Instagram Insights metrics, including reach, impressions, engagement rate, views, and profile activity, using a quantitative descriptive method through insights data documentation. The results show that Instagram Ads are more effective in expanding reach and rapidly increasing impressions, making them suitable for the early stage of rebranding. Meanwhile, organic content generates more stable and authentic engagement, supporting long-term image building and audience trust. Therefore, the recommended strategy is to combine Instagram Ads for initial awareness and consistent organic content to strengthen the program identity.

Abstract

Instagram is widely used by educational institutions as a digital communication platform to enhance interaction and social presence. However, unstructured content management may result in low audience engagement. This study aims to analyze the implementation of content planning in improving the social presence of Instagram accounts. A descriptive quantitative method was applied using Instagram Insights data as the primary source. The analysis focused on content themes and formats using engagement rate as the evaluation metric. The results indicate that structured content planning, particularly activity-based and short video content, significantly improves audience engagement. These findings suggest that effective content planning plays an important role in strengthening the social presence of educational institution Instagram accounts.

Abstract

The development of visual-based social media has transformed digital marketing strategies for micro and small enterprises. TikTok is a potential digital promotional platform due to its short, creative videos and wide audience reach. The Momnmebanyumas baby clothing store faces limitations in promotional reach and suboptimal use of digital media. This practical work aims to explain the process of developing a TikTok account as a digital promotional medium and to analyze its impact on sales improvement. A qualitative descriptive method was applied through the analysis of TikTok content and account performance during the observation period. The results show that engaging visual content, clear product information, relevant hashtag usage, and consistent posting increase engagement, audience reach, and follower growth. These improvements align with increased sales. Therefore, TikTok is effective in enhancing brand awareness, expanding market reach, and supporting sales growth at the Momnmebanyumas baby clothing store.

Abstract

Implementing the Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system requires strong alignment among business requirements, process design, and user readiness to ensure consistent cross-module configuration and effective adoption. This paper presents the planning, design, and training phases in a case study of an Odoo ERP system implementation. Research data were collected through observations of operational processes, interviews and discussions with stakeholders, and document reviews. The data were then modelled into To-Be business processes and mapped to system requirements. The results include the development of a Business Requirement Document (BRD) a feasibility study, an integrated process blueprint, an initial configuration design for modules supporting the flow from digital campaigns to sales and financial recording, as well as operational guidelines as the basis for user training. These deliverables help minimize the risk of cross-module configuration mismatches, clarify implementation boundaries and scope, and improve user readiness before proceeding to subsequent execution stages.
