Abstract

Product packaging and marketing techniques are important elements that affect the amount of consumer demand and increase sales of a product, Darul Ulum Layaa Vocational School has one of the study programs, namely agribusiness of various livestock (AAT) which externally produces valuable products such as beef jerky, shredded beef and fresh beef, all of which are the result of AAT (various livestock agribusiness) study programs at DARUL ULUM LAYOA Vocational School, Bantaeng Regency, in order to support the productivity of the study program, it is necessary to carry out a training in the form of packaging and marketing through the school's website. increase the productivity of SMK students and especially the AAT Study Program (various livestock agribusiness). Good packaging is very important to increase sales of food products as well as packaging design can affect people's buying interest as well as the use of packaging labels which are the identity of our products, packaging and packaging labels not only as wrappers but also play a role as marketing aids, product imaging displaying legal identity and as a source of product information to consumers as well as results or with marketing techniques with the current competitive situation designing a unique packaging and utilizing marketing through the school's website is an added value that functions as a promotional medium for both the product produced and for the school is to attract more New Students, Currently the students of Darul Ulum Layoa Vocational School still use or have minimal knowledge about packaging and marketing techniques through the school website and only use traditional marketing with this service activity being carried out. So it is hoped that it can provide knowledge and help Darul Ulum Vocational students in carrying out packaging and digital marketing through the school's website to increase sales also put pressure on students who want to continue their education at the high school level so that it is promising.

Abstract

The heart is a vital organ for living things. In humans, like other living things, the heart functions to pump blood throughout the body. Risk factors for heart disease are age, gender, heredity or genetics, smoking habits, lack of physical activity, obesity, diabetes mellitus, stress and diet (eating habits or patterns). The method of community service is counseling and demonstration. From the results of community service, the results of knowledge from the pre test-post test questionnaire about heart disease and the benefits of oatmeal from the results of the average pre test - post test score have increased from 90 to 97.5. This shows the effect of providing information on heart disease information and the benefits of oatmeal on public knowledge. The results of knowledge regarding information on heart disease and the benefits of oatmeal obtained from N-Gain indicate that significantly this counseling has a better influence on community knowledge (respondents). It is suggested to the public to reduce the level of rice consumption by replacing the main dish with oatmeal, this can be done at breakfast and dinner. It is better to routinely do physical activity for at least 30 minutes every day, such as walking. And avoid foods that are high in cholesterol and contain bad fats such as fried foods, coconut milk foods, and also regularly consume 5-10 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.

Abstract

The rapid development and growth of population every year in urban areas has resulted in increasingly large and denser residential areas. The increase in human activity every year is increasing as well as the increase in waste in the area. Basically, waste can be divided into two types, namely organic waste and inorganic waste. Organic waste is waste that decomposes easily and can be processed directly into compost. The importance of providing education to the public in waste sorting. This community service is carried out by counseling and demonstration methods to the community in Banjarmlati. With a total of 48 respondents. The results of the counseling and demonstration of organic waste management with the Takakura method and adorganic waste management, namely an increase in public knowledge about waste management in Banjarmlati.

Abstract

Toga stands for Medicinal Plants family. Family medicinal plants are essentially a piece of land either in the yard, garden or field that is used to cultivate medicinal plants in order to meet the family's need for medicines. Garden Medicinal plants or medicinal ingredients can then be distributed to the community, especially medicines derived from plants (Agriculture Service, 2018). Medicinal plants are essentially a plot of land, like a yard, garden or field that is used for the cultivation of medicinal plants for the purposes of the family as the first step when symptoms appear. The low level of community utilization of family medicinal plants as light first aid for younger families. Counseling here so that people are more motivated in empowering family welfare. After carrying out counseling activities regarding "Family Medicinal Plants" the community can pay more attention to nutritious plants around the yard so that they can use them as first aid for minor illnesses at home.

Abstract

To realize the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students which is an integral part of the Merdeka Curriculum, SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kendal requires assistance and training in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project using a project-based learning approach that is different from project-based learning in the intracurricular program. in the classroom. This is in line with the Biology Education Study Program through the Research and Community Service Institute that will collaborate with SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kendal in implementing the Pancasila Student project through the PKM program, namely: a) Counseling and focus group discussions on management in the school environment, b) Waste management training become ecoenzymes, c) Training on processing organic waste into ecoenzymes as a form of student entrepreneurship. This PKM activity was carried out at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kendal for 3 months. Since August 20 - December 20, 2022. The methods used in the implementation of this PKM activity are lectures, simulations or demonstrations, hands-on practice, and assistance on processing eco- enzymes and their derivatives to be used as products that are worth selling as one of the creative ideas in building students Entrepreneur. The results of the activity, achieved student skills in processing waste and vegetables into ecoenzymes, an increase in students' knowledge related to ecoenzymes and their derivatives, students have knowledge about entrepreneurship through ecoenzymes.

Abstract

Organizational development can be influenced by the performance of employees in the company. One of the factors that influence employee performance is employee competence so a leader is needed who can develop employee competence in order to achieve organizational goals. This training aims to increase the effectiveness of a leader through coaching and outbound activities for employees of PT. Makassar Megaputra Prima. The training was attended by 20 leaders in each cluster at PT. Makassar Megaputra Prima. The trainees showed an enthusiastic response and were happy while participating in the training and the insight they got was that they have to lower their ego when becoming a leader.

Abstract

Ecumenical means living together in mutual understanding. Living together in a sense that must cover the entire denomination of the church without seeing differences in views that result in a misunderstanding. The fact in the field is that people often blame each other for the differences that exist, this situation of blaming each other creates a division. How can the church be together as one body of Christ if they continue to blame each other, not accept the differences. What must be discussed is how to take the divisions together. The Toraja State Christian Institute as a theological education institution actually has the opportunity to build this unity because at the Toraja IAKN there are various church denominations being discussed together. The important thing that needs to be seen is how the Toraja IAKN functions as a forum that can accommodate all church denominations. As a start, in the future these leaders, religious teachers and prospective priests will return there, when IAKN Toraja teaches ecumenical well. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative approach with data collection through observation, interviews and literature review. From the results of this study, it can be said that the Toraja State Christian Institute has not carried out optimally education towards ecumenical and has not fully implemented the practice of ecumenical life.

Abstract

Indonesia as a country filled with ethnicities, religions, languages, cultures, social groups and values has its own challenges. On the one hand, the diversity or plurality of religions in Indonesia is a nation's wealth that we should be grateful for, because with that wealth we can complement and enrich each other. Managing religious plurality in Indonesia is not an easy matter. On the one hand, religious people as a component of the nation try to maintain their identity and fight for their aspirations. But on the other hand, they are also required to contribute in the context of maintaining national harmony and integrity. In this regard, wisdom and maturity are needed among religious people to maintain a balance between group interests and national interests. The importance of religious openness, religion must be open and above all humanizes humans. Because how can a person claim to love an invisible God, if he refuses to love his neighbor who he can see? This open nature of religion, unfortunately, seems to be becoming increasingly rare in Indonesia along with the birth of violent religious organizations. Religious people should not find it difficult to respect the freedom of religion and belief of others. If he has faith in God, he must be able to prove that he has faith in God's sovereignty that faith is His prerogative. Thus religion will exude a humble attitude towards others, from which humanity always has hope. Violence in the name of religion does not deserve to happen, we will not assume all true beliefs. But that we don't admit it does not entitle us to impose our beliefs on others. Religion with a hard face, a religion that threatens, hates, and belittles those who are different must be rejected in this very plural nation.

Abstract

Biblical theology represents one of the most influential means that evangelicals have used to construct theology over the last few centuries. As we continue to study this approach to the Bible, we will find that it complements the more traditional approaches to theology, and also draws attention to so many insights that have often been overlooked in the past. A well-formulated biblical theology will help us to explore God's word more thoroughly and build a theology that is faithful to the Bible and builds up the church. In simple terms, biblical theology is a Christian response to a prominent intellectual movement in modern times, which is often called modern historicism. In general, modern historicism is the belief that history holds the key to understanding ourselves and the world around us. According to this view, an adequate understanding of things can only be obtained by considering their place in history. The current era of disruption marked by the birth of sharing innovations and new technologies cannot be avoided by all people, organizations and churches. The era of disruption will affect Christian faith, so the attitudes, policies and culture taken by believers of Christian faith on the effects of this disruptive era will determine whether their Christian faith will continue to grow steadily or will die completely. The disruptive era is an era where changes occur in such an unexpected, fundamental way that covers almost all aspects of life.

Abstract

Not understanding the concepts that students receive is one of the things that makes mistakes in learning mathematics. Apart from that, it can be said that the teacher failed in carrying out learning. Therefore, on this occasion we will discuss the Teacher's Mindset in Conveying Mathematics Learning Concepts. Objective: Teacher's Mindset in Conveying Understanding of Mathematics Learning Concepts. Method: problem solving using a qualitative descriptive approach by conducting community service research. Results: In overcoming misconceptions in mathematics learning, it is necessary to analyze the obstacles that influence misconceptions so that quick solutions can be provided to overcome the problems found.
