Abstract

Good nutrition is paramount, especially in babies, a state of good nutrition is very influential to improve the process of growth and development in children. Good nutrition can be obtained from good nutrition Similarly, breast milk is an ideal baby food, with a balanced composition and in accordance with the needs of the baby's growth. The purpose of this study was founded out how the nutritional status of babeis fed formula milk and babies are given exclusive breastfeeding, and to investigate differences in nutritional status between babeis fed formula with babeis given breast milk exclusively. The research design comparative descriptive with cross sectional approach. The population used were 3- 7 month old babies in the Dinoyo Public Health Center, Lowokwaru District, Malang City. with due regard to inclusion and exclusion criteria as many as 40 infants. Having more nutrition by Mann Whitney test values obtained with a Z count equal -2.102 P- value 0.036 < α (0.05), it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in formula feeding and exclusive breastfeeding on nutritional status in babes with aged 3- 7 months in Dinoyo Public Health Center, Lowokwaru District, Malang City. The health worker is expected to be counseling and promoting the health benefits of exclusive breastfeeding (example: posters, pamphlets, and counseling to mothers) to increase the use of breast milk in Indonesia, so that pressing the incidence of malnutrition status or more.

Abstract

A cesarean section is a medical procedure that often causes anxiety. Mothers who are about to undergo a cesarean section generally experience varying levels of anxiety, ranging from mild to panic. If not immediately addressed, this anxiety can increase blood pressure and respiration, potentially leading to bleeding both during and after surgery. Involving spiritual aspects is a non-pharmacological way to reduce anxiety. One such method is listening to the recitation of the Qur'an, which serves to bring individuals closer to God, calm them, make them feel protected, and provide a sense of relief. This study aims to determine the effect of Qur'anic murottal therapy on reducing anxiety levels. The research method used is a pre-experimental one-group pre-test post-test design. The subjects of this study are patients scheduled for cesarean section surgery at the Nusa Indah Health Center in Bengkulu. The sample was selected using purposive sampling. Anxiety levels were measured using the HARS scale. Respondents listened to the Qur'anic murottal for 25 minutes. Data analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The results showed that, before listening to the Qur'anic murottal, many experienced severe anxiety, and after listening, there was a decrease in anxiety levels to mild and moderate anxiety. The hypothesis test using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test obtained a P value = 0.000, which means the P value < 0.05, thus H1 is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that Qur'anic murottal can reduce anxiety levels in pre-operative cesarean section patients.

Abstract

Midwifery communication in the Midwifery team is important for a person and for nurses and the health team so good communication must be implemented by all social beings so that communication is important for all social beings. Midwifery Care medical records are files containing Midwifery records and documents regarding patient identity, examination, treatment, procedures and other services that have been provided to patients. This research identifies communication within the Midwifery team and the completeness of medical record documents for nursing care, to determine the relationship between Midwifery communication within the Midwifery team and the completeness of medical record documents for Midwifery care at Elizabeth Lela Hospital. This research is quantitative research with a correlation method. The total sample is 9 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data collection using observation. Data were analyzed using the Spearman Rank test. Analysis results using Spearman Rank shows that the independent and dependent variables obtained sig results. P-value = 0.000 and r = 0.968. Midwifery communication in the Midwifery team is in the inadequate category, Completeness of medical record documents for Midwifery Care is in the incomplete category, there is a relationship between Midwifery communication in the Midwifery team and completeness of medical record documents for Midwifery care at Elizabeth Lela Hospital.

Abstract

Primary dysmenorrhea is a problem encountered with no abnormalities in the genital apparatus. One of the non-pharmacological treatment is dzikir therapy can increase endorphin hormones are hormones that provide comfort and relieve pain. The purpose of this research to identify differences in pain scale Primary Dysmennorrhea experienced Teenegers before and after the control group and the group intervention, to determine the existence the Effect of Dzikir Therapy against Primary Dysmennorrhea. The research is a quantitative research by Quasy Experimental model Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The sample of this researchace that consis of 25 respondents in the intervention group and 25 respondents in control group. The sampling technique by using purposive sampling. Gaved by using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and Mann Whitney U - Test. The result of the bivariate data analysis by using a Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test in the intervention group the values p=0.000 (p<0.05), while in the control group the value 1,000 (p>0.05). The Results of Mann Whitney test analysis of the differences decrease pain scale two groups by Mann Whitney test value-average pain reduction disminorea value difference before and after the intervention is given a value of 0,000. Inconclution There is The Effect of Dzikir Therapy Against Primary Dysmennorrhea on tennegers.

Abstract

Baby's brain growth is influenced by environmental factors including stimulation and parental care. Growth and development is said to be late if a child does not reach the expected stages of growth and development at the proper age. Research conducted at the posyandu in Asano Village, Abepura District, Jayapura City, recorded that 48.75% of children experienced developmental delays. The aim is to identify career women (employees) at the posyandu in Asano Village, Abepura subdistrict, Jayapura City. To identify the development of children with Career Women at the posyandu in Asano Village, Abepura District, Jayapura City. To analyze the relationship between career women (employees) and child development in the posyandu in Asano Village, Abepura subdistrict, Jayapura City. This research method is qualitative with a correlation design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study was 80 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling technique. And the data analysis used is spearman rank. The time spent by career women (employees) with their children at the posyandu in Asano Village, Abepura subdistrict, Jayapura City is mostly <7 hours. The development of children in the posyandu in Asano Village, Abepura District, Jayapura City is mostly P (successful). There is a relationship between career women (employees) and child development at the posyandu in Asano Village, Abepura subdistrict, Jayapura City.
