Abstract

Management transformation in start-up businesses has become a key element in creating innovation and creativity that affects the economic and social sectors. This article aims to analyze how changes in the managerial structure of start-ups can affect business sustainability, create added value for society, and support the growth of the digital economy. Using a descriptive qualitative method, this research examines various start-up management models that have undergone significant transformations, the obstacles faced, and the solutions implemented. This article also discusses the implementation of strategies, the development of managerial concepts, and the positive impact of these transformations on the business and social ecosystems. This research found that management transformation significantly affects the improvement of operational efficiency, team satisfaction, and the company's social participation. The results of this study are expected to serve as an important reference for start-up practitioners, academics, and policymakers.

Abstract

Sustainable management transformation has become a primary necessity in facing increasingly complex global dynamics. This article discusses the concept of adaptive organizational design as a strategy to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of organizations. With a descriptive qualitative approach, this research explores the uniqueness, novelty, and advantages of adaptive organizational design, as well as the obstacles and solutions in its implementation. This article also proposes a data- and technology-based adaptive organization model to enhance flexibility, innovation, and inclusivity. The results show that the implementation of adaptive organizational design can enhance resilience, creativity, and innovation. Abstract

ESG-based management transformation (environmental, social, and governance) has become a new paradigm in ensuring organizational sustainability. This article aims to analyze how the implementation of ESG in managerial strategies can enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of organizations. Using descriptive qualitative methods, this research examines various models, obstacles, and solutions in the implementation of ESG. The research results show that the integration of ESG can have a positive impact on the sustainability of the organization, both economically, environmentally, and socially. It was found that the application of ESG principles significantly impacts sustainability performance aspects. These findings underscore the importance of integrating ESG values into managerial practices as an innovative strategy to achieve long-term sustainability.
