Jurnal Ilmu Komputer Aceh (ILKA) merupakan jurnal berbasis OJS 3 yang dikelola oleh program studi Informatika Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Almuslim Bireuen - Aceh dengan e-ISSN 2986-7797 (online). Artikel yang diterbitkan pada jurnal ini merupakan hasil penelitian dosen dan mahasiswa di bidang ilmu komputer. Jurnal ILKA menerbitkan tiga volume setiap tahun, pada bulan Fabruari, Juni dan Oktober tiap tahunnya. Setiap jurnal yang diterbitkan melalui proses double-blind review dalam proses review suatu artikel yang akan disajikan di mana suatu artikel di nilai oleh reviewer yang tidak mengetahui identitas penulis. Jurnal ILKA yaitu memuat artikel dalam bentuk hasil penelitian, dan artikel konseptual yang mencakup bidang ilmu komputer, antara lain: Sistem Informasi, Informatika, Artificial Intelligence, Jaringan Komputer, Data Science, Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak, Internet of Thing, Teknik Komputer dan Multimedia

Abstract

Di era digitalisasi, sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dituntut untuk mengadopsi teknologi guna memperluas jangkauan pasar. Toko Permasi Textile Bireuen yang bergerak di bidang tekstil masih menghadapi keterbatasan promosi akibat ketergantungan pada media konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan website promosi menggunakan metode Waterfall. Pengembangan sistem mencakup penggunaan bahasa pemrograman PHP, basis data MySQL, dan framework Bootstrap untuk antarmuka yang responsif. Penelitian ini juga mengintegrasikan konsep User Experience (UX) dan digital marketing untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan fungsionalitas sebesar 100%. Website ini diharapkan dapat menjadi media informasi strategis yang meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya saing Permasi Textile di pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Corn is a major commodity in Indonesia, but farmers face serious obstacles such as diseases affecting the fruit or cob, which can significantly reduce yields. Small-scale farmers often struggle to recognize symptoms early due to limited access to agricultural experts. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system specifically for diagnosing corn cob diseases using the Forward Chaining method. This method works by tracing observed symptoms (data-driven) to reach a diagnostic conclusion. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, and the CodeIgniter 3 framework. Testing using the Black Box method shows that all system functions work as expected, providing fast and accurate diagnostic results and treatment recommendations to help farmers in Seuneubok Rheum Village manage crop diseases independently.

Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FORWARD CHAINING METHOD IN THE EXPERT SYSTEM FOR DIAGNOSIS OF PULMONARY TB (CASE STUDY: BLANG RHEUM PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER)] Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that poses a global health threat with a still high incidence in Indonesia. Delays in diagnosis due to limited medical personnel and laboratory facilities in primary care such as the Blang Rheum Community Health Center (Pustu) exacerbate the spread of this disease. This study aims to build an Expert System that mimics the ability of experts to diagnose early symptoms of pulmonary TB using the Forward Chaining method. This method was chosen because it is able to reason from a set of symptom facts to systematically conclude the disease. The system was developed web-based using PHP, MySQL, and the CodeIgniter 3 framework. Test results show that the system can recognize early symptoms of pulmonary TB and provide a confidence level for users, so it is expected to improve the efficiency of early detection at the community level.
