This research is motivated by the low interest of female students in vaccination of cervical cancer, whereas the number of patient of this disease is increasing from year to year. Some concerned about this issue do various health promotions. This study aims to determine the effect of awareness of health promotion and word of mouth intensity to the interest of vaccination of cervical cancer in female health students. This research is explanatory research with 80 samples and taken with non probability sampling technique. Data analysis in this research use logistic regression analysis. The results showed that there is a significant influence between awareness of health promotion with interest in vaccinating cervical cancer with a significance value of 0.003 and regression coefficient 0.655. This means that the higher awareness of cervical cancer health promotion, the higher the interest in vaccination of cervical cancer in female health students. In the second hypothesis shows there is a significant influence between the intensity of word of mouth on the interest of vaccinating cervical cancer with a value of 0.000 significance and regression coefficient of 0.580. This means that the higher the intensity of word of mouth then the higher the interest of female students to perform cervical cancer vaccination. Further research is expected to examine more about other factors that may affect the interest in vaccinating such as the effect of endorsers.

Keluarga merupakan kelompok primer dalam masyarakat yang memiliki dan menjalankan fungsi penting bagi perkembangan anak. Tetapi proses ini akan mengalami perbedaan ketika keluarga mengalami perceraian. Perceraian memberi dampak yang signifikan kepada anak baik itu dari sikap dan perilakuan, bahkan memunculkan stigma dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pola komunikasi pengasuhan yang dilakukan oleh ibu single parent terhadap anak setelah terjadinya perceraian. Penelitian ini akan dikaji menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis fenomenologi. Teori serta konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni, Teori Peran (Role Theory), Teori Belajar Sosial (Social Learning Theory), Teori Atribusi dan Konsistensi Sikap (Attitude Consistency and Attribution Theory), serta Konsep Komunikasi Interpersonal. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa adanya hubungan yang baik ini membuat anak lebih mudah beradaptasi pada keadaan baru setelah terjadinya perceraian ini. Pada penelitian ini juga ditemukan meskipun intensitas pertemuan dan komunikasi secara langsung yang terjadi antara anak dan ibu single parent cenderung sedikit, namun hubungan di antaranya tetap saling terjaga karena adanya sikap terbuka dan percaya serta pandangan positif terhadap masing – masing di antaranya. Selain itu, proses komunikasi pengasuhan yang dilakukan ibu single parent dalam memberi kebebasan dan tanggungjawab kepada anak secara tidak langsung membuat anak membentuk sikap futuristic dan self criticsm.

LDR relationship is prone to conflict and separation. Frequent conflicts due to poor communication such as low intensity and frequency of communication, misunderstandings, unresolved conflicts, high suspicion, spouse bustling, low confidence in spouses, fewer meetings with partners. But there is a long-distance relationship and stay afloat until so long can even commit seriously with his partner. This study uses the theory of relational dialectics theory (RDT) or dialectical theory of relationship as the main theory, as well as privacy management theory, social penetration theory and model of relationship development as a supporting theory. These theories to explain the management of communication on long-distance relationships to be able to commit seriously. The results of research that is managed in the development of interpersonal communication relationship is the feeling of mutual love and love that underlies them to continue to survive long distance relationships that are vulnerable by conflict and the breakdown of relationships. it is marked by how often they express their feelings to their partner. And the mutual trust and understanding of each other and open to the couple to be a supporting factor to deliver the relationship to a serious stage. The next result is how the management of communication in interpersonal communication to develop the relationship to the stage of serious commitment is the existence of self-disclosure of the couple as told about the problems experienced even the privacy of the couple, find out the things favored and disliked partner, explain to the couple what is meant when misunderstanding occurs. Informants share private information with a partner who is a higher stage in the relationship because they already trust and comfortably share the story with their partner. These are the ways in which they manage communication so that relationships can develop more intimately.

This research was conducted to know the effectiveness of leadership style and climate of employee communication to work motivation of police officer of bidhumas of Central Java Police. Definition of theory of X-efficiency by Leibenstein a good leadership style is a leadership style that can control their subordinates by adjusting to the situation. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview to the agency and become input for Bidhumas Polda Central Java, to keep motivating its members in carrying out the tasks in order to achieve maximum results. Sampling in this research is total sampling. The population in the study were all employees of BidHumas Polda Central Java. The number of samples studied were 34 respondents.Based on the hypothesis test conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. There is influence of leadership style and climate of employee communication to work motivation of BidHumas Polda Jateng staff. This is indicated by multiple linear regression test conducted on leadership style (X1) variable, and employee communication climate (X2) on employee work motivation (Y) got significance value 0,000 (<0,05) variable Y. In the hypothesis test obtained coefficient value direction regression leadership style of 0.368, communications climate of 0.207. Superhero genres have been Hollywood's blockbuster for ten years, but none narrates the story of a female Superhero. The release of Wonder Woman film directed by Patty Jenkins become a commercial success and received praises globally but that didn't make this movie free from the accusation that it objectified the character. This study based on the idea that director's gender could offer a difference in the portrayal of women as a subject and aim to describe her political gaze. This research refers to a critical paradigm with discourse analysis using Sara Mills' approach and used Male gaze and Auteur as the main theories. Research findings show that the personal (like political gaze) can indeed be political. The character has a maternal, sensitive, and naive trait which identified as a female attributes and have never shown in the lead character of a Superhero films before. Fragmentation like chest, buttocks, and those which portray women from foot to head did not occur. Patty Jenkins was able to add a message of female subjectivity in the film genre that is identic to the masculine audience, but she still can not escape the Male gaze. Diana's character communicates the feminine notion of peace and justice with the classic Superhero charisma. The fragmentation of a robust and sturdy female physique forms a protest against the soft, passive and commodified bodies in conventional femininity even though it still contains scopophilia. Diana's focalizations portray the subjectivity of women as feminine and heroic subjects. The schemata analysis based on the cinema's structure show director's political gaze which communicates that femininity is power and not a weakness.

In this modern age the world has undergone rapid development. technological progress is one of the most visible advances. The most widespread form in use by the world community is the internet. But technological progress can not be separated also from the problems brought about by these technological advances as well. Cyberbullying is a problem that comes along with the technological advances. The modern version of this breeding becomes a problem that plagues and even casualties. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of watching intencity Kemal Palevi’s vlog and perception about Kemal Palevi’s vlog with Attitude to cyberbullying on Kemal Palevi. The population of this research is teen millenials from 17 - 34 years old by using purposive sampling technique. Based on the test performed using the Chi-Square formula, it shows the result that: first, the intensity of watching the vlog of Kemal Palevi with attitude of cyberbullying on Kemal Palevi with asymptotic significance value of 0.000, but there are 4 cells with expectation value below 5 (50% 20%) and the lowest expectation value is 2.52. thus the hypothesis can not be inferred. Secondly, there is a positive correlation between perception of Kemal Palevi vlog with cyberbullying attitude on Kemal Palevi with significance value 0, but there are 4 cells with expectation value below 5 (50%> 20%) and lowest expectation value 1.80. Thus the hypothesis can not be concluded. suggestions given that Kemal Palevi should create a text or subtitle in the vlog that contains a foreign language so that the audience can absorb the information and the message as a whole from the vlog he watched.

Bank Syariah Mega Indonesia memiliki rekam jejak yang baik dalam pengaturan keuangan. Banyaknya penduduk yang memeluk agama islam di Indonesia seharusnya membuat bank syariah menjadi pilihan di Indonesia. Kenyataannya, Bank Syariah Mega Indonesia belum menjadi pilihan masyarakat Indonesia dilihat pada data topbrand.com. Tujuan melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan terpaan promosi penjualan Bank Syariah Mega Indonesia dan tingkat kepercayaan pada Bank Syariah Mega Indonesia dengan minat menjadi nasabah Bank Syariah Mega Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan nonprobability sampling menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Korelasi Kendall’s W dengan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan positif di setiap variabelnya dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000. Nilai korelasi variabel terpaan promosi penjualan dan tingkat kepercayaan pada Bank Syariah Mega Indonesia dengan minat menjadi nasabah Bank Syariah Mega Indonesia adalah 0.137. Hasil ini sesuai dengan teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Theory of Reasoned Action. Hasil tersebut memberikan saran kepada Bank Syariah Mega Indonesia untuk memberi lebih banyak variasi dalam melakukan promosi penjualan seperti membuat pameran produk yang dimiliki dan pemberian hadiah, meningkatkan kreatifitas dalam membuat program program yang dapat memperbaiki citra merek Bank Syariah Mega Indonesia, dan memberikan saran untuk penelitian berikutnya agar meneliti Bank Syariah Mega Indonesia dalam media sosial.

Pertamina MOR IV memiliki divisi Communication & CSR dengan salah satu tugas yang dijalankan yaitu pengelolaan hubungan dengan stakeholder baik internal maupun eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompetensi komunikasi yang dimiliki public relations Pertamina MOR IV dalam menjalin hubungan dengan stakeholder. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang menggunakan teori kompetensi komunikasi dari Spitzberg & Cupach dan teori kompetensi interpersonal. Public relations Pertamina MOR IV memiliki kompetensi komunikasi yang terdiri dari motivasi, pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang berada pada tahap conscious competence, dimana praktisi public relations telah memahami karakteristik stakeholder. Kompetensi interpersonal unit manager berada pada level atas yaitu mampu untuk berkomunikasi secara diplomasi dan memperlakukan stakeholder secara hormat. Staf public relations berada pada level menengah yaitu mampu untuk membangun hubungan dengan stakeholder secara konstruktif berdasarkan bidangnya.

Pasar deodoran di Indonesia diprediksi akan mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat hingga tahun 2021. Namun di sisi lain, intensitas persaingan antar merek akan meningkat. Salah satu deodoran yang cukup terkenal adalah Dove yang merupakan produk dari PT Unilever Indonesia TBK. Dalam launching variant baru yaitu Dove Ultimate White, Dove menggunakan berbagai strategi untuk menarik target konsumen untuk melakukan keputusan pembelian seperti iklan Facebook, artikel advertorial, dan endorser di Instagram yang dilakukan pada bulan November 2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh terpaan iklan Facebook, artikel advertorial, dan endorser di Instagram terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Dove Ultimate White Deodoran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan 60 responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan hasil terdapat pengaruh ketiga variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen.

Perbedaan budaya dalam diri pasangan perkawinan beda bangsa bisa memicu timbulnya konflik di dalam rumah tangga. Pasangan perlu melakukan manajemen konflik yang efektif agar menghasilkan keluaran konflik yang menguntungkan kedua belah pihak. Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami manajemen konflik yang dilakukan pasangan perkawinan beda bangsa di dalam rumah tangga. Teori yang digunakan yaitu Teori Gaya Manajemen Konflik oleh R. R. Blake dan J. Mouton dalam konteks hubungan antar pribadi, serta Teori Negosiasi Muka oleh Stella Ting-Toomey. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa objek konflik dalam perkawinan beda bangsa tidak hanya yang berkaitan dengan urusan domestik rumah tangga seperti jadwal kegiatan pekerjaan pasangan dan tanggung jawab mengurus anak, objek konflik juga bersumber dari perbedaan budaya seperti dalam hal bahasa, gaya berkomunikasi, serta cara mendidik anak yang tidak sama. Lalu gaya manajemen konflik yang digunakan oleh pasangan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, gaya manajemen konflik kompromi dan menghindar. Informan dengan budaya individualistik memandang muka diri (self face) lebih penting sehingga upaya pemeliharaan muka dilakukan ketika menghadapi konflik. Informan dengan budaya kolektivistik, sementara itu, lebih cenderung melakukan upaya penyelamatan muka untuk melindungi dan memperbaiki muka diri dan muka lain (other face).
