Abstract

In 2021, dengue cases in the working area of Kedung I Public Health Center, Jepara Regency, showed an increasing trend of cases. A total of 59 cases of DHF were reported throughout 2021. This figure has increased from the previous year, which was 34 cases. Poor of home environmental conditions and vector control are risk factors for the transmission of DHF. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in home environmental factors and vector control between patients and non-patients of DHF in the working area of Kedung I Public Health Center, Jepara Regency. This research uses quantitative with retrospective design, comparative study method. The samples were 59 samples of patient group with total sampling technique and 59 samples of non-patient group with purposive sampling technique. The instruments used are questionnaires and observation sheets. Data analysis used is mann whitney statistical test. The results showed that there were differences in the conditions of TPA (p=0,038), use of mosquito repellent (p=0,035) and physical/mechanical control (p=0,009) between patients and non-patients of DHF. While the variables of presence of used goods (p=0,064), presence of hanging clothes (p=0,433), biological control (p=0,151) and chemical control (p=0,524) did not show a significant difference. The suggestion of this research is that every house sets one jumantik, and so that people are more aware to increase awareness of dengue disease by always implementing 3M plus.

Abstract

Batam is the city with the highest number of work accident cases in Riau Islands Province, which dominated by the industrial sector with an annual percentage of > 85%. Company X is the industry with the largest packaging box production in Batam . Based on the company's work accident report in 2016 there were 12 cases, in 2017 there were 9 cases, in 2018 there were 12 cases, in 2019 there were 20 cases and in 2020 there were 12 cases. The highest work accident cases are in the flexo finishing production section. This study aims to determine the factors that cause work accidents in the flexo finishing section in manufacturing company. The type of this research is analytic observational with quantitative approach and cross sectional study design. The research sample of 50 samples was taken using a total sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis using chi-square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between OHS training (p=0.022) and the use of PPE (p=0.003) with work accident. There is no relationship between age (p=0.087) and work period (p=0.383) with work accident. The suggestion of this research is that there is a need for a re-evaluation in the implementation of the OHS training program and the use of PPE, by providing OHS training equally to all workers and providing PPE in accordance with the potential hazards and risks of work accidents in the work section.

Abstract

Based on Riskesdas 2018, the proportion of undernutrition and malnutrition nationally is 17.7%. While in the RPJM 2019 is 17% and RPJM 2020-2024 is 7%. Malnourished children under five years in Rembang Regancy in 2018 was ranked 7th , namely 8.4%. Meanwhile at Rembang 2 health care center in 2020 there were 0.93% and 2021 1.37% malnutrition children. One of the program to resolve malnourised is F100, Iron Syrup and Suplementary Feeding Program. The purpose of the study was to evaluate of  F100, Iron Syrup and Suplementary Feeding Program for malnourished children under five years in  Rembang 2 Health Care Center using the context, input, prosess, and product (CIPP) method. The research was qualitative with descriptive approach. Informants were selected by purposive sampling consisting of 4 main informants and 5 triangulated informants. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews and documentation. The instruments used are observation guidelines, interview guidelines, recording devices, and cameras. Analysis data used are data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclutions. The result the implementation of the program with CIPP component had not run optimally and there are discrepancies with the guidelines, such as in determining the target children under five years using BB/U index, limited human resource, lack of parental role, and recepvity low of food in children. The F100, Iron Syrup and Suplementary Feeding Program (PMT) seen form context, input, process and product (CIPP) have problems that still need to be fixed, so the program would be maximal.

Its precaution and control programs held by Puskesmas Temanggung, those are “Batik Tulis”, “Grebeg Jentik”, routine counseling and epidemiologic research. Applied indicator to assess the dengue fever attempt is flick-free rate. The type of this research is quantitative research by case-study approach. Data collection technique implemented by semi-structured interview and documentation study, with the main informants are the head of Puskesmas Temanggung, epidemiologic surveillance of Puskesmas Temanggung, P2P Dengue Fever director of Puskesmas Temanggung, and environment hygienic sanitary of Puskesmas Temanggung while triangulation informants are tocologist in working area of Puskesmas Temanggung. Abstract

Background: To overcome the Covid-19 pandemic, the Government set regulations for the procurement and implementation of vaccinations, but when it was implemented, it caused various public responses. There are people who are willing or unwilling to be vaccinated against Covid-19. This research was conducted on UNNES students because UNNES is one of the universities in Semarang and Semarang is the city with the highest number of confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Central Java. Purpose: Knowing the factors related to the willingness of UNNES students to vaccinate against Covid-19. Methods: Using quantitative design through a questionnaire instrument (googleform) which distributed online to UNNES students. From the collected data, univariate and bivariate analysis was carried out. Bivariate analysis uses the Fisher's Exact Test as an alternative to the Chi Square Test with the SPSS application. Results: This research shows that the willingness of UNNES students to vaccinate against Covid-19 is related to attitudes, values/ beliefs, family support, and government policies. While the unrelated factors are knowledge, perception of distance and ease of information. The reasons WHY UNNES students are not willing to be vaccinated include not believing in the Covid-19 vaccine, doubting the halalness, effectiveness of the vaccine, fear of the side effects caused and so on. Conclusion: Factors related to willingness to vaccinate are attitudes, values/ beliefs, family support, and government policies while factors that are not related to willingness to do vaccines are knowledge, perception of distance and ease of information.
